Bloodline Ability: Members of this clan have a strong affinity towards lightning release.
They able to amplify their lightning techniques by converting them an extremely powerful lightning style known as 'Black Lightning'. Black Lightning is very strong and can be molded in multiple ways. When techniques with this style are used, they become as the name suggests a black color and stronger in rank.
Black Lightning Converting Ability: Members of this clan make any lightning style technique a black lightning technique for a D-rank chakra cost. When this is done, the rank of that technique goes up by one rank in power.

Description: This technique covers the users body in the black lightning, after that a stream of lightning generates a large body of black lightning that resembles a panther, the user can then manipulate it to affect multiple victims at once by electrocuting them. Like various other Lightning Release techniques, the potency of this ability can be increased through the application of water. Due to the fact that this technique stays connected to the users body through covering their body with black lightning, the user is also protected by the lightning while using this technique.

Clan History: Members of this clan originated from Kumogakure, but through out time have been scattered across the world and have grown in numbers some what. During the fourth shinobi war, the black lightning had only belonged to two people through out time. But, due to the changing of the shinobi world the style has been spotted in random area's through out time. The style is still quite rare though.
