It had been a full day since the ninja from Yukigakure had begun his journey to the Land of Waves, more importantly the Festival of Peace. None of the other ninja would be attending, so he was sent as a representative for his village. Still a minor power in the eyes of the other nations, but the white haired nin could care less. The crest of Yukigakure was only something he was wearing so he could get paid and not have people on his case for his deeds of murder. He could careless about how other villages saw the Village Hidden in the Snow, but . . . but that didn't mean the teen, Junpei, wouldn't be on his best behavior. The very thought made him snicker as he took a sip from a canteen of water, before depositing it back in his yukata.
He wondered how things would turn out, because Junpei really didn't have any plans on acting more civilized or changing his ways of living. He wasn't the type to modify his ways for others and he wouldn't start now. A representation of this attitude was displayed as he would enter the village that was hosting the festival with three blades on his persona. One monster sized hunk of metal on his back bandaged up, one on the back of his hip, and the last one on the side of his hip. As he walked through the masses he simply weaved in and out the crowd with a smile. Some people's heads turned examining him and others continued about their lives and enjoyed the festival.
Anything could happen at this point in time. Junpei had a hunch the festival was gonna be a dud, but that would be if he didn't participate and Junpei was too much of a child to not participate in soooooo much fun. The vibrant colors, giggling children and parents, the smell of foreign foods intermingling with one another, it reminded Junpei to get those strawberry snow cones he thought of while murdering those two iwagakure ninja. His expression turned to a more surprised one before melting back into a warm smile as the demon had truly arrived at the Festival of Peace. Only time would tell if he had peaceful intentions or was just there to play around and press the buttons of other nin.
