Description: The user releases a very vague amount of lightning chakra through the majority of the chakra holes in their body, in amounts minimal enough to do no damage. This technique instead of damaging an opponent by an offensive matter, is used as a distraction or for defense. Since the lightning around Aomine's body is so slight, only the light from the lightning expands itself. The light that has been reflected from the lightning will blind the foe if they're close enough. The light does not affect Aomine himself because when he uses this technique he keeps his eyes closed as the light shines off of him against his opponent. Rewinding back, this technique will unleash through a majority of the chakra holes, however it doesn't come out from the face, because the amount of light released is enough just from the upper half of the body, with the exception of his face and head.
Weakness: The foe has to be in range to be blinded, otherwise this technique is useless.
