Bloodline Ability: Izuki members, being strategists, have a special ability called the Iiguru Ai (Eagle Eye), that allows them to expand their field of vision, able to watch everyone on the battlefield. Eagle Eye gives Izuki clan members the advantage when it comes to sparring in larger fields of battles, or when they're going against more than 2-3 people. It's if he/she watches moves from above, he can see the formation of all the other ninja. Practically, Izuki clan members can use it to work efficiently and move, giving the opponents a harder time to counter, attack or defend. However, there is a weakness the the Eagle Eye, as any other, they have a blind spot. The blind spot is when someone can misdirect the users attention, going in a diagonal direction, rather than vertical or horizontal movements.

Description: Eagle Eye is a passive technique that all Izuki clan members are born with. Once they have reached the rank of Genin or even Academy Student, this technique is unleashed in their blood, allowing them to activate their Eagle Eye. The Eagle Eye expands the users field of vision, like a birds eye view. Given the Eagle Eye, it's basically like an eagle flying above, seeing everything into this birds eye view. The ability allows the Izuki clan members to see an extra 10m further than a usual humans perspective. This doesn't have them react slower in any sort because this is just their type of view on the field, it changes the way their perspective is, but doesn't interfere with the speed of the ninja himself/herself. This technique is basically allowing the Izuki member to think of a strategy as well, giving the opponents a harder time to attack, defend or counter without them noticing easily. Due to having this technique, their reflexes are faster than the usual, letting them catch their opponents off guard.
Weakness: The blind spot is when someone can misdirect the users attention, going in a diagonal direction, rather than vertical or horizontal movements.

Description: Feather Clone jutsu is not a regular clone technique. The clone unlike normal ones, have the Eagle Eye ability, however it's just not as strong as the user. This technique can take up quite a bit of chakra if used too often. This technique, like any other clone jutsu, may be used to just confuse the enemy, however Feather Clone can attack and defend at the user's will. Commonly speaking of course, when hit enough times and whatnot, the clone will disperse into feathers that will float it's way to the ground.
Weakness: Cannot leave the user too far.

- Before the start of the Fourth Great Ninja War, the Izuki clan had formed. However, they didn't have any Kekkei Genkai's, or bloodline abilities. Through the war, the Izuki clan had stayed undercover, developing their techniques, trying to figure something out. The war was half over by the time they'd invented the Eagle Eye ability. Once the ability was released, descendants from the Izuki clan had it in their blood since then. When they were born, they'd have the blood of the Izuki clan, after discovering Iiguru Ai. Once the ninja war had ended, and peace had arrived, the Izuki clan came out of hiding, and exclaimed their progression. Many rivals had tried to go up against them but failed. They didn't know how to counter the Eagle Eye. One day, a veteran had explained the blind spot to the Izuki. Izuki clan members were shocked about the blind spot that the Eagle Eye had, and they've been trying to develop something to counter the blind spot, however it's never happened. The blind spot was if they were to misdirect your attention somewhere else if you weren't focused enough. Ever since the blind spot was discovered, no one in the clan was able to counter it and find a way to reduce the chances of becoming unfocused during battles. Even if it was by a few seconds. Izuki clan members live on, in Konoha. The members remaining are legends to the Izuki clan, they are to progress the clan and their fame forward like any others!
