Bloodline Ability: This ability usually takes on the form of a high-speed beam of light that can easily melt through thick metal walls and cause explosions on things like refine alcohol with its heat alone. Users have displayed the ability to create four beams at once, create shields capable of either disintegrating objects upon contact or blocking shockwaves, as with a number of other things.
How this is achieved is through the manipulation of electrons, which has been limited to three members thus far. Such an ability is produced by the user forcibly controlling electrons in the ‘ambiguous’ state, a state where the electron is both a particle and a wave. This ambiguous state is how the highly destructive beam of high-speed electrons is made, as well as any other Jutsu that is formed through the manipulation of electrons.

1. It is good to note that one can identify a user of electrons by the color of their Jutsu when utilizing their KKG. Saika’s beam is green, whilst her brother’s is white, and her daughter’s is light blue.
2. Another thing to note is that members of the clan have rather sucky chakra control, their chakra being unstable for that. Thus Genjutsu is not something they can learn, and Ijutsu would be difficult.
3. Saika is the current leader of the clan, her daughter being a heiress.

1. To be part of this clan, one must know the requirements expected from their character. One of these requirements is lightning being the main element, no exceptions.
2. Members of this clan, especially the electron users, cannot learn Genjutsu, their unstable chakra making it hard to preform something that requires refined chakra control. They could attempt to learn Ijutsu, but would be unable to heal somebody, and any attempts to do so would result in more harm than good for the patient.Pros

1. Members of this clan have the misfortune of utilizing more chakra when preforming lightning Jutsu without hand seals. An example being a member of Jounin ranking utilizing an S Jutsu. Usually they would pay 65 chakra for that Jutsu, but due to not using hand seals they must pay an additional amount of chakra. The extra amount is a single rank below the Jutsu they are utilizing. Back to the example, due to this member utilizing an S Jutsu without preforming the necessary hand seals, they must pay 65 as well as an additional 35, resulting in the usage of 100 chakra to preform the Jutsu. This is nearly half the chakra of a Jounin, and thus safe to assume that preforming lightning techniques without hand seals should only be used when there’s a limited time to act.
2. Members of this clan have displayed a complete lack of skill when it comes to utilizing Genjutsu or even Ijutsu, their chakra being far to unstable for such things that require refined chakra control. They could attempt to learn Ijutsu, but would be unable to heal somebody, and any attempts to do so would result in more harm than good for the patient.
3. Electron users are unable to fully conceal their chakra, having to wear specially made chakra concealing clothing in order to hide their chakra. This thus make them incapable of hiding from sensors, and pretty bad when it comes to covert missions.

Description: Using what their genetic mutation has granted them, Meltdowner is the purist form of electron manipulation possessed by the users. A high-speed beam of light is generated in the user’s specific color, e.g Saika’s beam being green compared to her brother’s white beam. The destructiveness of the beam depends upon how much chakra was poured into the Jutsu. For example, when a S amount of chakra is poured into the Jutsu, it’s capable of melting through thick metal with ease; compared to a C amount, which can only melt very thin metal.
Weakness: Meltdowner is an ability that is much like lightning in the case that despite the danger it poses, it’s not a very good technique when one wants to accomplish devastation on a large scale, like one would do with fire or wind. This technique is much more useful for a single target.
Clan History: The Oshiro clan, one known for their strong desire to remain outside any of the major villages and for training their own, none going to the academy to gain their Shinobi training and thus none are considered to be official Shinobi. This set up has been great for the clan, for they hold ties to no single village and thus can ally themselves with whomever they desire. Though not a name heard a lot in this day and age, the clan had been known for their ability to utilize lightning Jutsu without the need for hand seals. It was the only thing they had been known for until recent years.
33 years ago, the clan gained access to a new KKG, electron manipulation. The first user being Saika and her twin brother. The element made its debut at the Chunin exam Saika attended, though she really had no business being there. Due to the debut of this new element 11 years ago, the clan has become known for having user that posses the ability to manipulate what is perceived to be unstable chakra. For now it’s unknown that the clan has affiliated themselves with Akatsuki.
