Masaaki vs Seito

"What a boring day...."

After walking all the way from Suna to the Land of Tea to retrieve some ingredients for a batch of medicine he was making. Finally a few hours from the land of tea he saw in the distance a small farming village that looked like it was covered in a thick smoke with various people on horses fleeing in all directions. Masaaki broke out into a sprint and quickly rushed towards the smoking town. 'This might just get interesting after.' RING...CLANG....AHHHHH!!!!! The closer he got the more sounds of blades he hear ring together in various directions from small battles outside of the village. Once he finally reached the village he was in a small sort of a shock as he saw countless blood bodies everywhere and most of the bodies looked like villagers. As he turned around they was a female raider on horseback charge at him with a spear in hand.

"Awww, honey you want to kill me too, aww you shouldn't have."

The moment the horse charged at him he donned his Chakra Scalpels and cut deep into it's tensions on both it's front legs. Then twisted out of the way to dodge the charging horse as it fell to the ground on top of the woman pinning her down. Masaaki quickly severed her spinal cord and cut her throat in one strike of his Chakra Scalpels. Making his way into the village he saw a man wearing a unique cloak that looked vaguely familiar before.

"Who the hell are you and why is this town being raided. Do you have some part in this as well?" Masaaki spoke as his hands glowed of chakra at his sides and a grin glanced across his face.

Sigh.

Saito was feeling particularly lazy today, and the weather did nothing to help ease and flex his mood. Instead, he decided to head out and see if there was something he could find -- anything interesting, for that matter. He looked up to the sky and squinted his eyes, raindrops subsequently began falling onto his clean face one after another. "This is such a hassle... Nothing to do."

The road to the Land of Tea was unnecessarily muddy today. The middle-aged adult's feet practically began sinking into the dirt pathway, forcing him to put a little more effort into his strut. "Am I ever going to find anything to do?"

That's when he heard the clashing of blades. A battle, perhaps? Immediately, Saito's frown turned into a smile fueled by pure ecstasy. This is perfect... He picked up his pace and soon came into view of what appeared to be a raid. It was unexpected, certainly, but not unwanted. The shinobi's thirst for battle practically had him foaming at the mouth.

As Saito observed his surroundings, an average-sized adult made his way toward him. He listened closely to his question with a puzzled look on his face. "I have no idea what you're talking about, but I can tell by the glowing of your hands that you're not one to participate in much conversation." Saito smiled, not wavered in the slightest by the man's threats.

"If it's a battle you want, you'll get one. Make the first move."

"Alright, sunshine lets go time to have some fun I suppose." Forming a single boar seal he disappeared from from seemingly  all visual sight. Moving sure to step as quietly as possible to took a quick step behind a burning building to his left and picked up a rock. Still hiding he threw the rock to his left hitting one of the leftover raiders still in the village  causing him to erupt in anger. 'Let's see just how good this ninja truly is.' Now after throwing the rock he changed his position to be a roughly 30 meters north of the raging raider in case the ninja had a large area of effect justu. Now north  of the raider he stood in an alley of smoking building peering outside of the alley well within eye sight of the raider.

'Hmmm he is at least decent in Taijutsu so I have to worry about his strength or speed but not matter. People the act like that are usually not Medics so lets try this." Masaaki quickly drew in closer without making hardly any sound especially considering the screams of people, burning buildings much more louder than his foot steps. 'Lets see him dodge this.' Masaaki now within five meters of him to his left quickly blew out a large cloud of purple smoke that expanded to a diameter of 10 meters. Masaaki quickly fled backwards upon releasing the poison cloud to hide behind another large building. 'I better release my invisibility jutsu.' Masaaki quickly released his jutsu causing him to slowly fade back into sight while he was behind the building.

Where the hell is he?

That's when he heard it, a noise he had heard before. I know this jutsu... Immediately, he ran from the location at a blitzing speed (covering his nose and mouth at the same time), heading behind one of the nearby buildings. He had successfully evaded the poison and secured himself in a safe location. He's a tricky one.... That was close.... Not really. He gave himself a wide smile and looked around the small village, trying to locate the hiding shinobi. It's no use... I'll flood him out.

Saito quickly strung together handseals at a blinding rate. Immediately, a massive pool of sinking mud began drowning the buildings, trees, and raiders in the area. You won't be able to hide from me anymore, fool... After a few seconds, the entire area had been submerged, along with anyone who didn't do anything to avoid the unsuspecting mud, leaving behind an absolute barren wasteland with.

"Hide from me now, loser!

"Hmm Dayum no time I have to move" Quickly leaping to the top of the building he leaped from building to building further and further away from the swamp until he was hopefully out of range of the swamp and about 200 meters from where he originally was to the south. Since he did not have is invisibility up it is quite likely that his opponent saw him flee in that direction.

"I need a plan...I gave away my position and I think it saw me...no I KNOW he saw me. So he has Earth Release and is good a Taijutsu and is a fast one AND he has some experience against Ijutsu...impressive but not that great I got this guy not problems."

Masaaki quickly surveyed to village...it was flooded probably killed everyone besides the user in the village. 'Powerful Jutsu. But he is afraid of my poison so that leads me to believe that he is not as impressive as I thought. Time to show this guy who's boss.' Masaaki quickly headed back into the village topping from floating rooftop to floating rooftop until he was again face to face with his opponent.

"You almost got me back there...I am impressive but do you think you can dodge my poison again?"

Saito immediately cancelled his jutsu. So I've finally found the little rat...

Saito's eye was caught by the shinobi fleeing from the location, hopping from rooftop to rooftop in his attempt to escape. He did, but Saito's intentions were already fulfilled. He had snaked him out, and now there was no escape. The man's hit-and-run tactics would be useless against Saito. He was too fast to hide from anymore.

"You talk too much, I'm afraid."

"Hmmph." In the blink of an eye, the Ninjutsu master weaved together a few handseals. Immediately, a massive dragon sprouted from directly underneath Masaaki (head first, mouth open, attempting to swallow him). Unless the shinobi was a lot faster than he let on, there would be no escape from him. This was a powerful jutsu, but far from the best he had to offer. This Wood Dragon was a personal favorite technique of his. It was swift, powerful, and unmatched in terms of raw power.

"Damn no time." Masaaki quickly blew out a poison cloud at his attacker as the Dragon quickly enclosed Masaaki inside it's mouth as Masaaki felt the intense power of the Dragon close down upon him and dealt a large amount of damage to Masaaki before he quickly cut a whole in the dragon using his Chakra Scalpel and launched himself at his target again While blowing out another cloud of poison while he weaved the boar handseal again becoming invisible. 'Now it's your time to run away.'

A huge cloud of poison smog emitted from the shinobi's mouth. Once again, Saito would cover his mouth and nostrils and retreat from his location. Once dodged, he immersed himself in the satisfaction that his newly spawned dragon had brought him -- it had successfully swallowed the poor Masaaki whole, overpowering the shinobi and inflicting a massive amount of damage. However, this happiness would be short lived, as Masaaki managed to successfully cut himself out of the dragon's jaws. With his escape came another puff of smoke, which Saito would successfully dodge once again.

Without hesitation, Saito made a single handseal and spawned a single wood clone from his cells. The clone would take his position next to his 'creator' and string together a series of handseals, making a dome that trapped Saito inside, keeping him safe from harm. If he's going to hide, I'll bide my time. The Wood Clone waited patiently outside for the man to reveal himself. He would have to eventually, after all.

Spoiler:

'That dome will be your grave.' Masaaki thought as he slipped behind to where the dome where he was hidden from the Wood Clone and made a small incision inside of wood using the Chakra Scalpel and quickly filled the dome with a large poisoness cloud. 'Lets see him get out of that. Masaaki after filling the dome with the poison quickly stepped back a few meters and used the mystical palm technique to heal most of damage d from the Wood Dragon.
