The whirlwind will only cut the clothings of the target, and stop when it comes in contact of the skin(Not doing any damage). The whirlwind would focus more on the parts such as the chest, and the crotch.

Description: The user first concentrate lightning on their palm. After that, the user would release the concentrated lightning, allowing a huge light to burst out, causing temporary blindness to enemies that are looking at it. Normally, someone would be blinded for 1 turn and takes another turn to slowly regain vision. With shades, you would be blinded for one turn and immediately recover.

Description: This jutsu requires one handseal. This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.

Description: The user creates a hound composed of lightning chakra standing four feet tall at the shoulder. This beast is connected to a leash also made of lightning chakra held in the user's hand that allows them to control it but prevents the user from doing hand seals for the duration of the technique. The hound is able to run around at the user's command for the length of it's leash (50 feet) at a max speed of 30 mph, when it hits something it can either explode and cause second degree electrical burns to everything within five feet of it, or try to maul them with it's claws and fangs which paralyze for a round on contact and can cut through iron. The maximum number of rounds this hound can remain is three, after that it automatically explodes and then dissipates.

Description: This jutsu can create up to ten fireballs that are each six inches in diameter, which are spat out of the user's mouth, flying wildly in every direction and assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can be hidden within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction, and can cause up to second degree burns on contact with skin. Each fireball moves at 20 mph to allow control of one fireball at a time.

Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. At its largest, Great Fireball is 10 feet in diameter, and can travel at 30 mph.

Description: Wind Release: Air bullets is a technique where the user fires a barrage of condensed bullets of air. The user forms the bird hand seal, condensing their chakra into several pressurised spheres of wind that the user spits out in rapid succession towards the opponent. These air bullets are transparent spheres, and are roughly 4 inches in diameter. When fired, they travel at roughly 50mph. Direct impact by one of these spheres will knock the victim back several feet, tear through any clothing it hits and leaves the surface of the skin where it hit torn and frayed. If a bullet passes near the target, it can leave small lacerations on any exposed flesh it comes near. The cost is 5 chakra per bullet, and the user must fire at least three at once. a maximum of eight can be fired per use.

Description: Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added.

Description: The user brings their hands together and an electrical energy will begin to crackle around them. They will then slam their hands to the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. When the current approaches its target, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack separate targets individually. If it hits, it will most likely cause a slight burn due to the electricity. It would give the enemy an electric shock.

Description: User creates an indestructible barrier that takes the form of an Angel. The Angel covers the user and or designated person with its wings. This technique lasts three posts, but prevents the user from moving his/her arms and legs the entire time; has a cool down period of 5 posts. This technique can be cancelled before the three post wait. Can be destroyed by 2 S rank jutsu on the same spot.

Name: Raiton's Messenger

Description: This jutsu enables the user to focus raiton chakra in their hands, then shoot it out towards their target in the form of a small-sized raiton bird, no larger than a full grown pigeon. The bird must continue to be fed /5 chakra per post after the 15 chakra activating it, to maintain it going. The bird can be maneuvered freely by the user, until it hits the target, though for how far it can be maneuvered is deteremined by the user's rank.

C rank - damage = second degree burns + 1 post paralyzation to opponents same rank or lower, bird can be maneuvered in and around a distance of 10m away from the user.

B rank - damage = second degree burns + 2 post paralyzation to opponents same rank or lower, bird can be maneuvered in and around a distance of 20m away from the user.

A rank - damage = third degree burns + 2 post paralyzation to opponents 1 rank above or lower rank to user, bird can be maneuvered in and around a distance of 40m away from the user.

S rank - damage = third degree burns + 3 post paralyzation to opponents same rank or lower, 2 post paralyzation to opponents one rank above, bird can be maneuvered in and around a distance of 60m away from the user. Speed of bird is also twice the speed as before.

Description: This genjutsu starts after the opponent hears the cla. The user can creates clones of themselves much like bunshin no jutsu. However, when hit by an attack, rather then puffing away, they act as if they were made of a blackish oil-like liquid, repairing themselves even if fully destroyed. They are able to imitate attacks, though they are only illusions and can’t actually affect their surroundings, and are often used to hide projectiles of the user amongst their own. The user can create far more clones with this then using bunshin no jutsu, able to create over a dozen clones at once even as an Academy Student, and the average Chuunin can create hundreds at once, filling up an entire battlefield with them.

Description: The genjutsu can be triggered in two ways. The first is the traditional way; eye contact. The other way is to create sword movement patterns. By sword movement patterns it means spin it and in a unique way. After the target falls for the genjutsu, the user would turn invisible, and then he would leave a fake decoy clone where he was. This fake clone can be controlled by the user, but it’s nothing more than a clone. The real user now can move around, invisible to the target.

Description: To begin the genjutsu, the user first calls the person. Once the person listens to the user’s voice, and answer his call(by turning to him), the Genjutsu starts. The user rolls the mind of his opponent with his voice alone. He may also empower it by eye contact, showing his warm, loving, and honest eyes. It is a very warm and pleasurable sensation and very hard to fight against it because of it. Once more, this is a power of elegance rather than power. It is a skilled use of articulation and not something to overwhelm a person with using force. The user is able to let the target perform a task for him such as handing him over a file, letting him through a gate, or tell him some details. No commands that would cause physical harm on the target or someone else. After command is done, the target stays stationary before he snaps back to reality. The target will have no memory of what happen during the Genjutsu, or any detail 1 minute before the genjutsu was cast. Lasts four posts or until the command is done.

Description: This genjutsu allows the user to view the target’s memory. As he lurks in the target’s memory, both him and the target can view this memory. The caster can also alter the memory of the target, and he can also replay the memory.

Description: The user would pretend to cast a jutsu by performing handseals. He would then slam his palms on the ground. This sound would then trigger the genjutsu. After hearing the sound,  the target’s surrounding would then glow. After that, tentacles would then materialize stemming from the area around the target. Up to eight tentacles are able to be formed. The tentacles are slick, and cannot be grasped, but are able to to coil around objects to 'hold' them. These can be manipulated by the user simply by will. The tentacles are able to restrain the strength of an average C rank ninja and have the strength of the user when striking. The speed at which they move is also equivalent to the user's. This is a powerful illusion, and it would actually make the opponent feel as if it is real.

Name: Demonic Illusion : Tree Binding Death

Description: Requiring handseals, this genjutsu starts after the opponent hears the clap after the handseals. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will disappear and approach his/her target. Once near his/her target, a tree will grow at their feet and its branches will bind them so they can no longer move. As the tree wraps around the arms and legs of the enemy, binding them, so too does the actual body of the enemy get bound from movement. Once the target is immobile, the user can then attack the enemy. The enemy is capable of feeling the bark of the tree scrape against their body, see the tree wrap around them, and hear the tree as it rapidly grows and contorts to bind them. The illusion can be stopped through the use of Kai, or the sensation of pain, though most likely it is not capable by the enemy due to their being bound entirely by this genjutsu. When bound, the arms are free to use kai to escape in the first post but if they fail to do so, the user gets the chance to kill.
