Personality: In Mount Myoboku, Shiva is among the highest and most important and respected Sages under the current Great Toad Sage. Much like Neru, in more ways than most, Shiva is very unorthodox, even for a toad. Much like a conjoined twin, Shiva is a single body that spawns two toads from the waist up. Given the difference in personality of the two and the fact that they are relatively and for most intents and purposes joined together this causes some trouble. It doesn't help the fact that they are both Shiva, one entity and regardless of being conjoined twin highly dislike being singled out or referred to as different beings. Nevertheless, one of them is rather vulgar, often flirting with the males and making comments of such nature that would make a ladies-man blush. The other is quite conservative, most often than not being the level headed one and voice of reason.
Appearance: Relatively small, their bodies tend to look like a dark, brownish green color. It becomes relatively lighter into a more natural green from the torso up. The old ladies seem somewhat old, even for toads, with the vulgar one having dark black hair, and the level headed one having lighter almost blonde hair.

History: At a point in her life, likely just before her time as a Kage, Neru was summoned herself into Mount Myoboku. She had some of her future told and she conversed with the Toad Sages. Following her contract with the toads, she would meet Shiva who taught her how to master Sage Mode and how to better use Shiva to remain in it.

Description: Shiva is able to fire large amounts of oil from her mouths at very fast speeds towards the target. The thick oil is such that upon contact, it makes it very difficult for the opponent to move, effectively rendering them immobile for about two posts. To be able to be freed, the opponent needs to be washed with substantial amounts of water akin to jumping in a lake or the sea, but given the immobility, must be done so by someone else. The technique also acts as a conduit through which Neru may use her fire techniques to augment the power of the Toad Oil Bullet to even more devastating results as the oil, as usual, is highly flammable.

Description: Shiva is able to spew out a dense cloudy smoke form of her oil towards the opponent. Immediately, it makes the eyes watery and renders the opponent unable to see or open their eyes for a duration of 3 posts. While their sight is impaired for that time, the rest of the senses are fine. Neru of course, is immune to the effects as is Shiva.

Description: One of the Shiva creates and spits a large volume of oil, while the other uses a large wind release technique to propel the oil and spread it faster forward. Often times, this would be followed by Neru using a fire release technique to ignite it, and thus, in an instant, that area would be filled with oil burning at temperatures of thousands of degrees. The super heated oil creates an inferno of such magnitude that, within an instant, the target and the surrounding area will be reduced to cinders.
