Looks Description: The Raikage is a dark-skinned man, with prominent creases under his eyes and a mop of shaggy black hair, which partially obscures his headband. In terms of attire, he wears a high-collared dark kimono-shirt, dark pants bound by a sash and a light-colored scarf around his neck. He also wears small stud-earrings. Considering himself to be rather simple, he doesn’t like to dress in a flashy manner.
Personality Description: Within the Raikages lifetime thus far, his extraordinary powers of invention, his "outstanding physical beauty", "infinite grace", "great strength and generosity", "regal spirit and tremendous breadth of mind" as described by the great thinkers of Kumogakure, as well as all other aspects of his life, attracted the curiosity of others. One such aspect is his respect for life evidenced by his “no-kill unless thou has killed before policy,” according to the record books, the Raikage has a habit of purchasing caged animals and releasing them.
The Raikage has many friends who are now renowned either in their fields of combat or for their historical significance in their village via rank. The Raikage is a renowned artist, psychologist, mathematician, metallurgist, cryptographer, biologist, etc. Knowing many sciences paved the way for him to be one of the few intellectuals in the shinobi world. The Raikage appears to have no close relationships with women except for his friendship with the ANBU Cpt. Hana. He is known to draw portraits of Isabella while on journeys in order to pass time seeing as he easily gets bored. Akuma loves to read, a trait he passed down to his whole family.

History:
BIRTH – The Raikage was born on the sixth month of the year, at the third hour of the night in the mountain ranged village of Kumogakure, in the lower Valley of Clouds and Lightning territory. He was the out-of-wedlock son of the wealthy Susumu, the Raikage’s right-hand for some time in the prime of his era, and Taizai, a peasant. The Raikage had no surname in the modern sense, so he adopted the surname "Akuma" simply meaning "Devil." His full birth name became "Kuro Akuma", meaning "Kuro-Black” and “Akuma-Devil". The inclusion of the title "Righthand" indicated that the Raikages father was a powerful shinobi.
GENIN – Little is known about the Raikages early life. He spent his first year as a Genin in his mother’s home, then for two years, he lived in the household of his father in order to train and better hone his skills. The Raikage received an informal education in Village politic and populace diversity, geometry and mathematics. The Raikage claims to only be able to record two childhood incidents. One, which he regarded as an omen, was when a lightning bolt dropped from the sky and struck his home, the heat from the lightning element brushing his face. The second occurred while exploring in the mountains of Kumogakure; he discovered a cave and was both terrified that some great monster might lurk there and driven by curiosity to find out what was inside. The Raikkages Genin career consisted mostly of learning criterions based on presidency and kingship, so it was in a young age that he read both his favorite books.
CHUNIN – In Kumogakure, at the age of thirteen, the Raikage was a student to one of the best weaponry specialist in all of the village, known as Vex, whose weapon-workshop was "one of the finest in Kumogakure". The Raikage here, was exposed to both theoretical training and a vast range of technical skills including drafting, chemistry, metallurgy, metal working, mechanics and carpentry as well as the artistic skills of drawing, painting, sculpting and modelling. The Raikages Chunin career is defined by him as the most rewarding one in terms of acquiring knowledge applicable for the battlefield.
JOUNIN – In his older age, the Raikage took to account his family and decided to create the Akuma family branch. An undeclared official Kumogakure family with only a few members. Kuro created a reputation around Kumogakure no sato as a painter, sculptor, architect, musician, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, geologist, cartographer, botanist, and writer, to say a short list. His genius, perhaps more than that of any other figure, epitomized the humanist ideal of the new age Kumogakure. Kuro was described by members of other villages as the archetype of the Kumogakure Man, a man of "unquenchable curiosity" and "feverishly inventive imagination." The Raikages Jounin career is considered one that his primary focus was tilted toward popularity and fame.
RAIKAGE – Raikage was inducted into office, not by his choice, but by the choice of the people. The Raikage is widely considered to be one of the greatest shinobi of all time and perhaps the most diversely talented person ever to have lived. According to those who know him best, they chose him because “his mind and personality seem to the villagers superhuman, the man himself mysterious and remote.” Shinobi state that while there is much speculation about his position into power, his vision of Kumogakure within the world is essentially logical rather than mysterious, and that the empirical methods he employs are unusual to say the least. Not much has been done as Raikage since the position was just assigned, but a nickname he quickly adopted after become Raikage because of his masterful appliance of the jutsu is “Akuma of the Manipulating Blades.”
