I would advise you to change that part of the description. As it makes the Jutsu "two" elements and you'll have to add that into the Elemental Nature of the Jutsu. So unless you had both natures you couldn't use it.

Given this Jutsu's rapid nature the user can use it twice for the Chakra price of only using it once via both hands.

We already have Chakra Costs in use on the site, so this is unnecessary.

Weakness:
*S Rank water Jutsu
*S Rank Earth Jutsu

These are both weak to Raiton(lightning). You're suppose to put the combat use weaknesses to your own Jutsu. Not what is weak against YOUR Jutsu. Look at some other Created Jutsu for ideas.

In the description, you need to add, the fact that Fuuton used weapons, or Jutsu can burst through it. As Fuuton is the natural combatant Element to Raiton and has the advantage.

Weaknesses:
Same as the above jutsu, need to be weaknesses about the Jutsu not what is weak against the Jutsu. Also again i will note, Fuuton is stronger against Raiton, so an A Rank Fuuton would likely defeat your A rank Raiton, because it's simply stronger against that type of Jutsu.

Lightning Bomb - Earth is weak against Lightning, thus how is Earth the weakness to this technique? If anything, Wind is your weakness since it beats Lightning, and a wind technique lower than this Jutsu would be sufficient enough to combat your attack. How are weapons a weakness? Water? Most metals? You state in the Jutsu that it melt and destroy metal, thus I am not seeing that as a weakness. Thus I'm requesting better weaknesses for this technique. E.g. the inability to use techniques B or higher for a set amount of post. That is merely an example.

Lightning Web - Wind users, being the natural enemy of Lightning users, would only have to use a B technique to defeat your technique. How are weapons a weakness? Need to know how long the victim is paralyzed.
