Looks Description:
She has Steel Blue, spikey hair, a good height, and a nice body XD. She also has green eyes, which are like emeralds, and a star tattoo on her shoulder, the inside slightly darker than the rest of her skin. Her outfit consists of a scarf, sleeveless shirt. a bandage belt covering her mid section, pants, all white, and black and white boots. She is a bit smaller than most girls, by about 2 inches, BUT is well endowed. Her posture is normal relaxed, especial when in a small place. She stiffens up around superiors, and her parents. When thinking, she is often hunched over her topic of interested.
Personality Description:
She is a tomboy at heart, a girl, but seen as one of the guys. She is often seen training, or having fun, and being all around the sterio typic tomboy she is. She is moronic, instinctive and often very loud. However she is very loyal, and very caring, not as much of an annoying brat as she sees. When serious, she becomes her opposite, silent and strategic.
Because of her two inches lower height, she likes showing off her body. She does this normally by "accidentally" walking into the guys side of any naked area, or shoving a guy's face into her boobs. However, she does get pissed when guys touch her saying "They didn't' have permissions :p " She will normally react with a punch or a kick. This is actually how she deals with most of her problems XD.
Even though being a tom boy, she still wants to be treated as a woman too. When someone looks at her as either a ninja only, or only a girl, she gets PISSED. She always brings up how she wants to be seen as both a ninja and a woman, not one or the other.

History: Chi grew up in the sand village her entire life. Her great ancestor was on a mission here, and wasn't there at the assassination. She, a later Uchiha, is the current generation, and has a legacy to live up to, not that she cares.
She watched many shinobi, legendary and regular, and was inspired to become one. Originally she joined for fame, but by the end of the training at the academy, her father had taught her to do it to protect the village, not for fame or fortune.
However, it took her a while to get in, YEARS of arguing with her parents. After about 3 years, she was able to go through the hard training that was the academy. She failed the 1st year, wanting to skip all of the basics and learn how to shoot fireballs. On her second try, do to her dad, she was much more serious, and passed through the academy, This so far being the happiest day in her life. She now has graduated and waits to be assigned to a genin squad.
RP Sample:
Chi was out training again, basic bukijutsu drills. She started with target practice. Of course her's was different. Her friend was using a puppet, and so was a moving target, and certain times it was like sparing. She jumped into the air throwing 4 kunia, one at the front, on at the back, and one at each side, while she came down with a kick from above. The puppet dodged them easily, ducking, doing just what she wanted. The clank of the kunia, the way they formed, would leave a normal person blind to upper attacks. As the puppet put it's arms up, one arm was stabbed with a kunia. Her friend had her puppet react as if it were human, flinching in pain but them moving before she could kick it. She then ran at her friends puppet, and threw down some smoke bombs, and waited in the smoke as the puppet looked for where she was gonna go. As she smirked, she summoned her puppet and disguised it as her, as it ran at her, she jumped and brought a foot down only to be caught on the leg. As the puppet put a blade in her throat, her friend smirked.
"You loose again Chi." She said, happy she won again. Once the smoke cleared, her friend realized the error, the puppets head spun 180 degrees and shot needles from it's mouth into the other puppet's face. Chi smirked and laughed, jumping into the air.
"HELL YAH! MY FIRST WIN!" She said as she began to run all over the place, laughing, and acting as if she had one the lottery. She began laughed, unable to hear what her friend was saying. She turned to see her friend leaving and followed. "HEY WAIT UP!" She said as she followed her and they began talking as they went home.
