Looks Description: Rex is a is a genin-level shinobi from Sunagakure who is both old for his rank and quite tall with an equally intimidating bulk. Kokuō has short, spiky brown hair and dark eyes. He wears a light-green shirt with the sleeves rolled up, brown pants and a bracelet of sorts around his left hand. He wears his forehead protector sternly wear it is supposed to go.



Personality Description: Rex initially appears bloodthirsty, but this is noted to be only a common behavior due to being a shinobi Genin with no real 'action' under his belt. Kokuō himself doesn't want to kill anyone but in reality he wouldn't mind beating anyone to a pulp. His fits of rage are random, and thus are the reason why he willingly calls everyone out to fight, no matter what the rank.

History:
Birth: Rex was born to an average family in Sunagakure, and this has always got him a little vexed, to think that his family has done nothing in the shinobi world after living in this world for such a long time. Because of this, Rex has always tried to get ahead by any means necessary, hence why Rex is older than the average Genin, because he has been caught cheating five times during the Genin Exams, thus failing the test 5 different times. When he aggressively questions those who are regulating the event on how exactly they are able to keep watch on everyone in the exam room, he was labeled a 'renegade' and someone who does not follow orders. Although a bad quality is some villages, Sunagakure does like the kids attitude at times, hoping to use his moxie for something that will benefit the village.

Genin: An outcast due to his age and rank, Rex's rage made him a danger to anyone around him, as they stood little chance of avoiding conflict should he lose his temper. At one point, he became so angry that he picked a fight with the villages head Jonin, Shi Sutorōku. Shi showed the young Genin no mercy as he swept the floor clean with his dignity in front of his family. At  the end though, Sutorōku said his respect for what he considered to be either 'true courage' in the name of the word, or 'true stupidity' for the sake of the event. This has caused others to label him, "Rex", because anything could get the chaotic dinosaur angry and no matter what is in the other end, Rex is attacking full force. After a while of fighting nearly everyone he came in contact with, Rex began cursing his existence, where then afterwards he took refuge in the arms of Akarui Cherī. Akarui is Rex's first love, and he considers her his only reason to stay in Sunagakure.
