Description: The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. (May not attack immediately after use.)

Description: This technique supplements an enhancement in speed by giving Rias a light electrical aura. The level of boost isn't big but it is easily noticeable, allowing him quicker reflexes and agility. Becoming faster than most who are adept in taijutsu, yet still slower than those of the mastery level. To initiate the jutsu, Rias will form the bird handseal and flow the raiton chakra throughout his body until the desired length is achieved. Then by relieving the hand seal the technique will begin. As the name implies, when in effect the technique emits a  unique humming sound akin to the beating wings of a hummingbird.
Weakness:
Though the technique enhances his nervous system for faster reactions, it puts him in a slower reactive mode afterwards for equal length to when it was active.

Description: Rias clasps his hands together before slowly pulling them apart, whilst focusing raiton between them. As he pulls his hands away from each other, a slim five foot javelin of lightning are formed. The javelin is very sharp and thus capable of piercing through most defenses of it's rank and below. Also when spun can be used to deflect projectiles.
Weakness:
Rias unable to perform other jutsu while this one is active, due to when the javelin is released it dissipates into nothing. So to use other jutsu this would have to be let go of, unless the other jutsu does not need hand seals.

Description: A technique, Rias has been creating in secret as his signature technique as well as a last resort, due to the backlash. Rias places his left hand upon his right shoulder and builds up lightning chakra in that arm. When done, the his right arm becomes consumed and cackled with raiton. The area of lightning around his hand vaguely becomes reminiscent of a dragon's head with crimson eyes. The dragon is not much bigger than his actual hand, only being four inches larger. When Rias makes contact with the target, by delivering a punch, the lightning surges forward in an electrical explosion, which thoroughly electrocutes them, riddling the victim with electrical burns around the impact zone.
Weakness: Due to his current rank and the fact that this technique is still incomplete, after it's use the arm used will be in sharp pain for two posts and under light paralysis.
