Surai is a dual pair of assassination tools, properly named Katar. They lie hidden on Kobachi's forearms held by a leather bracer around his wrist. With a chakra signal, that has no noticeable toll on the user, a 1 foot blade emerges forth. The length at which the blade reaches out can be adjusted on the users whim.

Special Abilities: The blades can be fired off like projectiles. This reaches up to 20m and moves at the speed a weaponry Adept would toss a kunai. Cost a D-Rank amount of chakra and they can be imbued with other jutsu or the users chakra to increase their damage.
