Hitomi entered the training grounds as per her usual time. Today however wasn't as windy as yesterday which did sadden her a little but it wasn't outworldly shown. The sky was nice anyhow and it was a clear day, much clearer than before. She walked for a bit before seeing her sensei standing there, waiting. "Soma Sensei! Oh, is today the day we train with that new jutsu?" She looked up a bit excited however also curious. She knew he must be here for something important, even if a mission of his own would be excellent to see.

She awaited his answer patiently with her clear blue eyes that almost matched the sky's color. She almost looked younger than who she was and thus gave off the vibe of a academy kid rather than a genin if looked at wrong.

Almost a second later than Hitomi, Rias entered the training grounds with his arms folded and a look tranquility on his visage. The red kimono that merely draped loosely over his shoulders swayed with each of his steps. He had walked here with Shiruku-san, in the agreement that he would join as a teammate of hers on a squad. Not long after arriving, Shiruku-san yelled out to her sensei who wasn't too far off from them. Taking a look, he observed the jonin for a bit as he walked at a more leisurely pace behind her. ~So this is her sensei...interesting.~ The words resounded through his mind as he came to a halt some feet from the two. His lips would move into a small smile, as he brought one of his hands free to wave before folding it again with the other. "Hello sensei, nice to meet you. I am Rias Masumi." With he just waited for a response as he looked around the area. It looked really different compared to at night with the moon illuminating the place. He only trained at night here, rarely during the day when he spent most of his time sleeping and cloud watching.

Hitomi nodded carefully seeing Rias had caught up close behind herself. She noticed the bells and of course the questions went through her mind but were soon answered before even audible. She looked at her sensei then back at the bells for a moment. One bell by 1, or else no food for later. Thankfully she and Rias already had eaten but those noodles weren't going to last long, one would need a more hearty meal to last. She did note however that since she had the food in her she wasn't tired or dried out from exhaustion like she would have been had she skipped the meal. Supposed good luck on her part and Rias of course.

She took a moment focusing on the bells then looked to Soma for a moment. "Fair enough, any other rules we need to know? Or can we get started..." She asked making sure she could utilize anything she may need.

~Oh, an Uchiha...their said to be difficult opponents with those eyes of their's.~ This was kind of unexpected, he didn't think her sensei would be an uchiha clansmen. Though he was somewhat anxious now about the training because of that, an opponent like this would make training a much more valuable experience. Soon his new sensei had pulled out two bells. ~Hm...~ then began to explain their purpose as well as the training method he was using. Basically, a team-work exercise, where himself and Hitomi would have to work in tandem to acquire the bells. The consequence being that if they failed to do so, would result in neither of them eating. Luckily, the two of them had eaten earlier. Though, if he hadn't that actually would've intimidated him a little. He would have had to wait till much later on in the day to eat at home. Rias believed he was a capable shinobi with potential as he is now, but starvation is merciless, everything dies from it. "This'll be a fun game." Adding his statement on after Hitomi's question, he looked around the grounds once again taking notes of certain things. In his mind he was planning, but he didn't really know Hitomi's fighting style so planning with too little knowledge wouldn't bear any fruit later.

Hitomi noticed his quick movements and prepared herself getting into a more battle-like stance. She overheard him talking about his sharingan and took a minute to try to close her eyes so she wouldn't get intimidated, rather the lesser word scared. She then focused all the chakra she could into one finger. She then took the time to try to get in contact with Rias. "I'll distract him, I can't get fast enough nor am I any good at near attacks...Hopefully you can." She then pointed her finger out.

"Well Sensei, I've learned something after all my chakra training anyhow, so here goes!" She then begun to write in the air as it seemed though as she wrote a semi transparent white streak came from her finger tip shaping the symbol. The symbol turned into a kanji lettering that showed as a 猿. "Wind Style Jutsu: Winded Kanji Creatures" As it was said the kanji formed into a wispy creature shaped as a monkey. It even created similar sounds and actions as one. She then started making more being sure to be far back and concentrate on the lettering.

Once she finished she looked to Rias for a moment. She had to wait for one turn which was a little bit of time to keep the creatures forming and in formation. This was difficult since the move was fairly new and just finished developing. This meant she'd be open for the attacks coming at her however they missed just barely. She knew she wouldn't be able to just grab a bell out of the blue so it would be better if at least one of them could thus rendering them less of a failure. This test was known and difficult to other Genin and no one shared answers in class thus it was merely by instinct that one would find the answer. Perhaps she could find it if she could watch one person do it in front of her own eyes so she may catch on.

"Sure thing, just cover me 'kay." It looked like he was going to have his work cut out for him as even his sensei used fuuton style techniques. Quickly dashing back to evade the bullets, Rias then began to sprint out towards his left at full speed and would curve into the direction of their sensei. Shiruku-san was running interference for him to increase their chances. Now he had to plan ahead a bit, in order to do his part successfully. Reaching into his pouch he took hold of three kunai with explosive tags attached to them, with dead on accuracy he launched all three at sensei whilst still sprinting. The kunai soared through the air with the exploding tag fluttering behind them. One was aimed at the ground near his left leg, another at the ground before him, and the last aimed a foot on the ground to his right. Soon after adding on a second distractor, Rias' body began to flicker for a second before he seemingly vanished from sight leaving a few leaves in his place.

A second later, his body would reappear fifiteen feet behind his sensei. In a kneeling position, he held his hands together in the Tori handseal. For the technique he wanted to use, he needed at least a few moments to prepare. Hopefully, Shiruku-san would be able to keep him distracted long enough as well as the kunai he threw. Being that the explosions caused from the tags would become stronger from the wind she used.

She watched his fire moves blast the kunai away effortlessly as she focused her creatures to attack at him. It was difficult to keep track of where he went however and not to mention Rias had fallen back to take time of his own. She turned around to see Soma very close by with his air bullet attack hurling towards her again. However she slashed through the kanji lettering as if to cancel it. The monkey apparitions dissipated soon enough as the broken jutsu slammed wind on herself to put her back a bit. As she was thrown back she took a breath in then used the simple Wind Release Stream to blow herself into a much safer area around 5 meters.

Using the backlash of the Kanji creature jutsu gave her a good enough distance to preform her next attack. She preformed the sign ram before taking in another deep breath and blowing it out. Rather than just be some small jutsu she aimed pretty big. Using the Wind Release: Pressure Damage she she had trained along with Soma beforehand. This time however she was ready with it, Knowing what to do. The wind became stronger causing a large amount of white streaks to form as the wind was moving fast enough to be seen.

It started to swirl and create a semi tornado within it which strong wind forces that could knock a horse off it's hooves. If anything it should cause him to struggle to stay up, let alone sling him around until he'd be knocked out. This way any new jutsu or even another person blowing into the force would go straight to him without much ability to dodge. She couldn't speak however but hoped her new teammate would understand. This was a chance to get him down quickly otherwise she'd have to start from scratch once more.

OOC: Really sorry about the wait, I work nights now so i sleep alot more during the day than usual. I be tired... T.T

~Hm, almost there...~ He thought as his chakra surged through his body. Sensei had taken care of his explosive kunai easily and moved his attention torwards Shiruku-san. Watching as he shot air bullets in the direction of her creatures, alot of his techniques so far were long ranged projectiles of wind or fire. In response, Shiruku-san had cancelled her technique in order to evade the bullets. Which was a good tactic, cutting her losses had in fact allowed her to move to safety quickly. She probrably had more battle experience than he did, as he only trained on his lonesome. Ignoring his lack of real experience, Rias had mentally noted how sensei fought at the time. The man apparently, stopped all from getting close, which was obviously due to the bells he protected. So he needed to put pressure on him up-close and at least get a bell. The wind would be troublesome for Rias' raiton techniques but he had a way around that. Speed was his forte, for this upcoming moment it would be. "Ah, there we go. Now lets see what i can do with this." Standing up from his previous position, he looked on to see Shiruku-san let loose a torrential blast of wind akin to that of a cyclone almost.

Surely he'd be occupied by such a thing. Taking this moment to strike, Rias tightly closed his hands into fists as half a second later his body became consumed in a dim lightning aura. The lightning made a serene humming sound like that of a hummingbird. This was his own technique created by him, and as far as he was concerned it was still in it's first stages of completion. "Hachidori..." Now the neurons and synapses of his body relayed information quicker, allowing for quicker movements and reflexes. This made him faster than those who were of adept level in taijutsu. Setting his sights on the bells, he was off leaving almost nothing but a blur of electricity with his speed. It didn't take long for him to end up right beside him and in his haste attempt to deliver a sweeping low kick to trip him. If succesful, he would clasp his hands immediately and create a sharp javelin to cut off the bells from his waist. Rias moved as fast as he could during this moment as he knew of the impending jutsu aimed at them. He knid of planned to stall the man from evading her jutsu or nulling it. Reckless, maybe, but he had already planned a way out so it would be fine. Just gotta flow with it.

Seeing him put on the armor so quickly then rush by was like a blur. Not to mention she was still attacking and had to calm the winds before she could start another jutsu. For that she noticed the two of them brawl off and see Rias trying to gain the bells which seemed so close that he actually touched them however it wasn't close enough. With that Hitomi tried to make sure the bellowing winds would follow the two hoping her sensei would be knocked by it.

That was until the fireball. She took a moment seeing the flames come at her and she started to panic seeing as her wind attack still was going. She couldn't dodge it either, it was to big to dodge even if she did go in the air. Or perhaps...if she did. She then pushed her head down with the attack so hard to move before it sent her up high in the air. Probably to high to tell how she'd get down safer but atleast she was out of the fireball which could have damaged her more.

She then finally finished the attack and started falling. She tried to do another Wind Release Stream to counter react with the speed she was falling at. However it wasn't really enough pressure to keep her from dropping to the ground in a loud thud and cause her to bruise her arm. "Ack!" She said with the thud feeling some pain from the fall. It did look painful as she pushed herself off the ground and stood up with the large bruise across her arm and was huffing air since it was pretty much knocked out of her.

As he went to strike, Rias' attack had been evaded and his javelin had been disrupted by the wind blades causing the weapon of raiton to dissipate. He was close to getting a bell but still not close enough. It was expected, those eyes of his were indeed formidable. Sensei had evaded him even at his top speed, but maybe if he had charged for longer, he could have kept up the pressure. ~Meh, its only an exercise...plus i'm enjoying this.~ He thought as the fireball was unleashed and simultaneously the lightning aura faded away. The time limit for the technique wearing off allowing for the after effects to kick in. Because he unnaturally boosted his neural and muscular body systems, it would now go through a slower recharge mode to get his body back to its regular sense of movement. "*pant*...*pant*...Ahh haha, i got to get used to this technique. Whew, now since i probrably can't move as fast as i normally would be, I have to time this right."

looking up at the fiery orb, he only smiled for a moment before the technique crashed into the earth creating a large explosion of smoke and flame. Soon, from the cloud of smoke something would jump out spinning still covered in the black gas before hitting the ground with a loud 'clunk'. After wobbling around for a bit it would settle on it's side and reveal itself to be a cindered log. At that exact moment Rias would 'poof' into existence beside Shiruku-san. That was the body replacement technique for you, although he was covered singed spots on some places. He was perfectly fine, save for the moment he couldn't maneuver as quick as he wanted. Panting somewhat as his body continued to readjust itself. Looking over to his teammate, he noticed the bruise on her arm and her breathing. Smiling he uttered a few words to her. "Hah, I haven't had my full yet...I can still play some." Grabbing a single kunai from his pouch and holding it in the usual reverse style. "So...How about it Shiruku-san?"

She groaned a bit sitting up to rub her face from the dirt and grass when Rias came over. She took a moment looking up at him before Soma came near to check her over. "It was just a fall...I've had worse when I trained with other wind shinobi anyhow." She said actually trying to not bite her lip since she was in a bit of pain, but showing weakness to an enemy is like a big target sign. Of course they weren't enemies but this exercise had them act like such so she must act like it too. She did enjoy the fact that they actually cared however, it was just the fact that she knew she was weak and it is going to slow her teammates if she didn't get stronger.

For a minute she stood up with a frown as if disappointed in herself but perked up to hide the frown and got back to a cheerful mood so they wouldn't notice. However she seemed quieter than her cheerful mood gave. She didn't nod or give any signs, just standing there ready. Her serious mood didn't falter as if she was wearing a sort of mask to hide. This is how she learned to fight, don't show how you feel just do, even if you want to cry just mask it away until you're done. A cruel idea however not as cruel when one thinks on it deeper. She pointed a finger out lighting the end of it with chakra then begun her move by drawing the kanji once more however it was a different shape. Since it would take some time she sped up her drawing speed and awaited Rias's move.

Looking over to sensei, he noticed the katana. Which reminded him that he forgot his weapon at home. Maybe he should have brought it here with him, though carrying it around all the time was a hassle but it would be fun to test it on that blade. Enough of that he had to focus on the matter at hand. Taking those bells from him.

"Okay, lets give it another go. Rias said as he tightened his grip on the kunai in his hand. Shiruku-san seemed fine but her demeanor had changed somewhat, Rias only watched as she began her jutsu. He wondered how they should go about this and what tactics were available to them at the moment. At the top of his thoughts was to deter their sensei's vision with smoke bombs and go for his blind spots to achieve the bells. As the bells would allow him a sense of location with their ringing. The only flaw would be that he is a user of fuuton, which could easily blow away the smoke and undermine the strategy. Crossing his arms, he pondered for a bit with a chuckle. ~Hm, that plan is a dud. Plus, I don't plan on using that technique, so I got nothing at the moment.~ Before looking over to Shiruku-san with a smile. "Shiruku-san, do you have a plan that you want to put into play? I mean...you've trained with him before. So anything you have in mind, i'll aide you in it." As he spoke he spun the kunai in the palm of his hand.

She took a minute to fnish the creature which showed as the kanji lettering 亀 for tortoise. There a stood a large thick winded tortoise that took up the flame attack but quickly disapeared just as fast as it was made. "First of all render the fire attacks useless, I can't work with them being only able to use wind ninjutsu." She then paused to think then smiled a little. "However using an attack that isn't an attack would be helpful."

She begun using her handsigns which wasn't as fast as he was but fast enough. Then she held out her hands as they shined blue showing the chakra through them. This move was different than usual since she always took defensive measures but she seemed to be taking the offensive. "I'll keep him busy, you grab the bells..." She said charging up towards Soma ready to fight. Her move in hand was the Chakra Scalpel. Highly unusual to use in battle but it's usefulness was needed.

Listening to her words, Rias nodded in agreement before he tensed up as their sensei let loose an onslaught of techniques at them. Before rias could think of a way to counter them Shiruku-san had created a large tortoise that took the eplosive damage of the fireball. "Way to go, Shiruku-san!" As those words left his lips, he noticed her smile before her hands began to weave through handseals and glow a blue hue. immediately after she had sprinted off towards her target. "Wow, she seems... a bit different. Heh, I like it." Wearing a smirk, Rias soon took off not long after her. Just a few steps behind now, he felt like this was going to be fun. His adrenaline was rushing and he allowed the kimono that hugged his shoulders to fly off behind him. A clash of blades would surely leave the precious item slashed and riddled in cuts.

While running, he made the tori hand seal to charge his body once more. he would need the boost in this situation to make sure he was capable of grabbing the bells. "Alright, lets do this Shiruku-san." He encouraged, as they both went into a close quarters clash with their mentor.

Hitomi watched his fast movements. This time, this time she knew she'd get him down. It reminded her within her mind. She soon came close to Soma ready for either defense or offensive moves. Her hands with the chakra pointed like a dagger towards his own hands. She knew this wouldn't harm anyone, let alone kill. Just hinder him from using the ninjutsu long enough to grab the bells. His speed was incredible as he neared with his sharp attack. However once he finished his signs his hand landed on her head and she was ready to cut at it with her bladed chakra just barely centimeters from cutting one of his muscle tissues from movement.

She then lowered her hands with the chakra releasing from them quickly. Time was up, not to mention she had failed. It was the fact of failure, but the fact of the same feeling crawling back to her. Being so weak, so slow at the start that one can't think of the now. His hand on her head only just made it feel worse inside because, what if that was the last strike of an enemy. She took a moment to try to gather something from herself to put on a fake farce of a joke. But she just stood there, no emotion given off. Just the same as before, just the same as she is. Before long she looked down in defeat sighing out.

Heck food wasn't a problem, nothing towards that was. Academically, psh...who cares on that. Even the fact that she just took to long didn't bother her. It was just how it ended was how it felt. She was silent while looking down, just wondering what did she do wrong. Was there any way to push herself to do better. Was that punishment even harsh enough to compensate for her incompetent actions. Then again that's what her parents did to make sure she'd never be caught out...again.

"There" The lightning aura had taken effect and now once again his body's natural reflexes and muscle movement were enhanced. The lightning emitted it's usual humming sound assorted with the hummingbird as it enveloped Rias, and cackled. even with his boost in agility he remained closely behind Shiruku-san as they closed in on sensei. Who had also began a charge of his own with a spiraling ball technique, which soon after manifested was shot towards Rias or rather the ground near his feet. However, Rias easily weaved around the projectile's area of trajectory and with that both him as well as Shiruku-san had gotten within close proximity to their sensei. Almost in sync with his teammate, Rias had moved to strike at their opponent but for him it was more focused on the bells tied to the man's waste. He was almost there before he was stopped by a hand and two simple words. The hand had halted his movement when it was placed on his head. It was more of like a shock, that he had been caught a hold of so quickly and casually. Meh, but what can you do. When times up then times up, just as simple as that.

The humming sound soon subsided as the aura itself faded along with it. Rias leisurely put away his kunai before crossing his arms and putting that relaxed expression he always held on. "Heh, well it was fun while it lasted. This just means I have more training ahead of me." As he spoke in that calm tone, he glanced at Shiruku-san and noticed something was somewhat off with her. Maybe this was getting her down. it may have just been an exercise or a warm-up in Rias' case, but to her it could have been seen as something more. Closing his crimson eyes, his lips began to move and let sound flow. "Or rather, WE have more training ahead of us. We'll get stronger together as a team, so don't worry about today Shiruku-san." At the end of his statement, he smiled gently in her direction before he walked away to go pick up his kimono that he had let fall a distance behind him. So his upper body at the moment was completely exposed and showcased the tribal tattoos that he wore, along with his toned physique. he hoped it hadn't gotten dirty or anything. As he walked towards it he noticed all the craters, slashed trees, and fires in the training grounds from there little exercise. The place was if not completely but almost utterly destroyed. Though with his easy-going persona, he brushed off the thoughts of getting blamed for this and instead felt sorry for the aspects of nature that were harmed, the trees and plants. Hopefully, no animals were injured during this. Is what he thought as he picked up and draped the kimono atop his shoulders.
