Today was the day Kobachi had finally ascended to the rank of Chunin. Well, not officially, but in due time it wold be official as in a few more crutch assisted steps he'd be at the mans office door ready to meet him for the first time as well. It was all very exciting for him seeing as he was denied the privilege to visit him the day he was instated, but now he would have his own personal meeting with the man. Finally at the double doors to the office, Mochi atop his head knocked with Kobachi in synchronization. Assuming he would be permitted entrance, the door would open and the boy would hobble in before turning on a pivot, using the single crutch as a center point, and closing the door. "Greetings Raikage-dono I am Kobachi Monzaemon the Genin in question, as it is formally called in English." Just for this occasion the teen had studied hard to learn some new words and phrases, cramming for hours the night before, he only hoped he wouldn't embarrass himself in the long run.

Was the only thing the man could say as he saw the broken genin walk into his room. He sighed as he felt bad for playing the dude like that but it was pure instinct and seemed something to brighten his mood. He looked at the papers on his desk and matched up the pictures of the boy in the papers and the broken shinobi in the room.
"Looks like you've seen better days boy...Keep at it.
He chuckled softly as he looked at all the missions the boy has done and how his body changed and formed into the image he sees now. He chuckled as he said out in a great tone.
"I am not about to pull your chain around this one. You have better things to do then hear me rabble. Welcome to the life Kobachi Monzaemon, the life of being a Kumogakure Chuunin!"
He stamped the papers as he commented in his head. A rather funny taste of the Raikage's sense of humor.
"Like everything changes. However I want him to stay bright."

Kobachi chuckled and scratched the back of his head with his left hand, the right being bent up in a cast and sling. "Yes I have indeed, Raikage-dono, but I have drawn the positive out of this situation and maybe next time to table will turn yes?" Respectfully standing as the Raikage hadn't directed him to sit, he simply hobbled closer and waited seeing his Raikage make short work of the promotion process. "Wow . . . that was as fast as lightning hehe, thank you." Bowing the best he could, he guessed that was all, but waited until he was properly dismissed to leave. "Am I dismissed now sir?"

"Sure....and remember to pace yourself. A fool will go out into the world whilst still unprepared."
He chuckled softly as he warmly closed his eyes, raising his hand slightly waving towards him. He had a slight smile as he was glad the boy remained optimistic. He spoke again with a bright tone.
"Right. Try to remain optimistic, okay? The world will try to change you into something you never wanted to be. The world needs more optimistic shino-bi. Yo?"
He chuckled softly as he spit a weak rhyme to the boy but also giving him advice. He wanted the boy to remain as innocent as he can, the world has many horrors that one must face. He would have to face those on his own however.

Kobachi laughed at the Raikage's mannerisms and truly saw him as a cheesy being, but as was the boy. Turning to leave the office after one more bow, he was glad he hadn't judged the Raikage on his appearance. Though he was a gruff looking man and a man who harbored peculiar eyes, he wasn't what he seemed like he'd be. Repeating the mans rhyme in his mind a smile was brought to his face as he opened the door. Hobbling out, Mochi reached and closed the door behind his master who was now a Chunin of the Cloud.
