He is very well fit in this definition and thus has a rather small frame and is of light weight. He, however, holds a muscular tone due to his shinobi ways. He is one an old shinobi that never truly grew up and thus this will give glimpse of his personality.
His cheeks are toned and his lips are light. His complexion of ashy and his skin tone is considerably pale. He has slender fingers that can easily grip onto objects and react with dexterity. His eyes are emotionless and usually bloodshot. His body is overall slender. His hair having a very odd kind of dark gray flourishing throughout it. It is usually pulled back slickly with the use of forms of product. Allowing it to remain in its smooth form while not being of issue.
His apparel depends on the situation. He enjoys dark clothing that can easily hide in the dark or forms of clothing that blend in with his specific surroundings. When traveling he is known to bring different forms of apparel in order to change and adapt to his surroundings. When in formal gear he will still utilize shinobi tools and clothing adaptations due to personal paranoia. However, his formal apparel is relatively rare due to his anbu duties.
His shinobi gear uses light and baggy clothing to hide tags, tons of weapons, and so on. Usually having a flakjacket firmly placed around his chest. One that carries multiple pockets for convenience. His apparel in anbu duty is enough for proper movement, with strapped on sandals, and tucked in partially baggy pants.
His chiseled shapes are not odd for his frame and are in proportion to the rest of his body. He holds numerous scars across arms, chest, and face. His most notable feature is the harsh burning disfigurement of his right face that was suffered decades ago under important means in which he near lost his life. He almost always covers it up, however, in hatred of what the mark stands for and how it was achieved.
This doesn't stop him from firmly wearing his sunagakure headband with pride. He normally wears it strapped to his arms or around his forehead in times of need. Anywhere else can be taken into consideration as he does enjoy adapting to specific situations and fights. Never knowing when parrying with your shoulder could leave a blatantly open spot for his agile body to strike.
His chiseled and slender body is accommodated with moderately large hands and feet. Their slenderness and mobility being exquisite for many instances as stated previously. His eyes are emotionless and usually daunting. That of a soldiers, one could vibrantly express.
Personality Description:
Vindicta is a strategist at heart. He values sensory abilities for their enhancements in strategy. As they can perceive a large area with ease. This leads Vindicta to be very knowledgeable of his surroundings and area. To adapt to the situation and is why he is valued as an Anbu Captain. His ability to react to situations with relative ease and complexity whilst properly dominating them is what throws him apart from everyone else. He is very demanding when upholding his strategies and enjoys utilizing multiple inconvenient openings to land as much damage as possible.
He is always aware and he is always thinking of his next movement at large.
Vindicta is not the best type of person. He is selfish and greedy to multiple extents. He barely enjoys spending money and loathes it when he has to pick up the slack of other people. Due to being the Anbu Captain he has to be the best and must maintain his team. He, however, does want his team to acknowledge his prowess whilst refining their own in order to never be too far behind. In other words, Vindicta would not hesitate to get rid of someone if it means finishing the mission, as taught by his ninja rules. The mission comes first and thus one must not expect too much mercy from him.
Vindicta, however, does believe in honor to an extent. He enjoys to play with his target so they know what's coming next when it's finally time to end it. He does not enjoy killing because he finds traumatizing a much better ending. Thus, Vindicta does not have a strict killing complex. He will usually kill depending on the necessities of the circumstance, but nonetheless enjoys a good show. This being said, this personality trait inhibits him to humiliate and traumatize his enemies more so than having the urge to kill them. Finding that them living with their mistakes being a much better ending to such a miniscule life.
He is caring to those he wishes to express care to. He enjoys music and vibrant apparel to an extent as it can easily distinguish ones character. Vindicta's ability to join in others musical or flamboyant pursuits is not uncommon during certain points in his life. He is driven mad with the guilt of his fallen comrades and chooses to persuade himself otherwise by drinking and attempting to do something completely out of the ordinary during his off hours.
This does not change the fact that he is strictly an individual who cares about himself. No other individual that he has met so far could fill the void within himself from past conflicts. However, he holds his head up high and chooses to finish whatever mission comes his way. As is his ninja way. Even if it may be the most bullshittiest mission in the world.
If he drives him away from thinking about the past, then he will indulge wholehearted.

History: There was his birth. A very very simple birth with very little circumstances for error. He was birthed in the villages hospital to prestigious shinobi. He was thought of to be the next apex predator, metaphorically. As his parents were genius strategists and secretly were anbu specialists he surely had a rising in his name. He was rather childish when growing up. He had little friends, but he had one best friend.
He and his best friend grew up together and were together for years. To the point where they even went to the academy together and graduated side by side at the age of twelve. It was odd for them to wait for such an age to enter, as they were both skilled by this age, and were both the sons of powerful shinobi. It was more so the promise they had made together. That they would train together and gain enough prowess side by side to enter the academy, ace, and get into squads together.
Their plan boasted their chance for their partnership. As they correlated and complimented each other so vividly that it would be considered heresy to put them into separate squads. Thus, they were initiated together and were to be side by side for the entire time. They joined together into geninhood. They went on to succeed in many missions and would occasionally cast away their third wheel in the squad. Thus, by the time they were fifteen, their squad was renamed to the "Third Wheel Murderers." As, the third squad mate would always die usually months into their introduction due to the duos strict want to finish the mission. To the Jounin Leaders avail, he was able to make it so no other members could join their squad. This being done in an attempt to limit casualties.
Vindicta slowly grew up to become ruthless. Far more ruthless than any other creature before him. He had only two friends, really. His squad mate and the Jounin leader before them. Like many stories, many of these kind of teams perished in misc means. Be it by the enemy or a mistake in their own thinking. However, not many stories end up with a misconstrued and, as far as anyone is concerned, unknown murder.
As their career as a squad grew and their access to the chunin exams being willingly granted they set off. He and his squad mate ended up dominating the competition during that specific year. Utilizing tactics that swayed their ego. In the end, of course, they became chunin. A very short lived and easy arc. They never, however, grew apart, and their team only grew firm and stronger as their mission range expanded beyond that they thought possible.
As they grew as chunin and became potent together. Vindicta was soon growing attached to his skill set. This being derived from his puppetry. He had enjoyed his puppetry, but felt that they could never adapt to him the way his team could. As the years went by, as he became a chunin at around sixteen, he would soon feel inclined to step himself up more so than before.
Upon several years of being friends, their group disbanding as his comrade became a Special Jounin and their previous Leader going on to help the Anbu, he was alone. They still went on missions together and trained together, but it was scarce. Vindicta was still a chunin due to not wishing to be promoted at the time. He became bitter in his loneliness and soon came about a sudden idea.
Why not immortalize his best friends?
He used his genius to situate fake missions and traps. Killing half a dozen sunagakure shinobi and completely wiping their traces from existence in order to get to his best friends. So that they too could be considered MIA. As time went by, he locked himself in his home, and experimented. Slowly transforming his companions into puppets of their own. Immortalizing them forever.
He became a jounin and had disguised these puppets for many years. Their abilities as a team truly growing, but there was a lack of instinct, and thus, they were not the true team they could be. Vindicta had learned this when they were struck down in a vicious battle in which his only intent was to finish the mission. This intent led to the slaughter of his other squad mates. In the end, he was not enough, and his puppets were discarded whilst he remained bitterly defeated and injured.
He learned of his mistake when being confronted his said dark foe. A foe who knew what he had done and chose to allow him to live with his consequence. This is why Vindicta chooses to run and hide away from this personal ordeal. To disguise it with missions and external goals. He was a murderer and no matter how much he wanted for his dark rival to kill him he had let him live. Deeply drilling this idea into Vindicta's skull as he aged.
It's harder to live than to die.
Nonetheless, he honed himself and hid from the truth. Becoming so indulged in his studies that he became a murderous machine. Capable of ending armies with his unique prowess. In the end he joined the Anbu. This was an easy escape. He was to wear a mask and hide away from the crowd. Disguise himself and complete the mission. As he grew in popularity he evolved as a person.
As time went by onto his thirtieth something year of painful living he became a prime example of the an Anbu Captain should be. Possibly coming up to even claim the position with proper approval.

Vindicta held his fine composure no matter the odds. Despite the missions uncertainties he remained at ease. His sandals planted unto the dry ground before him with no intentions of failing him. His body toned and chiseled as it relaxed beneath his dark robes. His hooded figure doing no harm to his adept senses. This was going to be a prime example of what a true individual could accomplish. Something that would sway the minor nations to discard their petty war efforts. When one man alone went on to discard a thousand.
Their advances were idiotic and easily played out. As Vindicta was covered in this black and baggy robe that went down to his shins he utilized weaponry and tags underneath. It wasn't as if he would be caught naked with only a robe to wear. No, he was prepared underneath, but as far as anyone was convinced ... he had nothing of GOOD interest.
His posture was erect and the field itself was flat. However, hundreds of feet away from his location were trees on this flat land. Trees being utilized by an army to advance towards Konohagakure territory. Vindicta had no idea how these people held threat towards Sunagakure, being so far away, but he did not obscure his ideals. He was to complete the mission for its listed reason and nothing more. Thus, the sun was shining and Vindicta took firmly on this dry and harsh ground. It was no wonder trees didn't accompany him for hundreds of feet. The ground was horrible.
Nonetheless, with this environment one could consider it hard to determine all the enemies, but Vindicta was utilizing a sensory chakra type at the moment. Bringing in direct patterns of their movement through the use of various techniques. Their formation was firm, but it could easily be flanked. Vindicta laughed as he intervened between their rendezvous point. They were coming from all directions and with the proper tip Vindicta knew where they were heading. A nice and blatant area to await instructions on aerial tactic. Welp, Vindicta didn't care about no flying machines. He was firmly awaiting the massacre to come.
As they reached the vicinity of the flat area in all directions Vindicta stood firmly in the middle. His hands extended horizontally to his sides. A sinister smile enveloping his lips as his fingers began to move at heightened speeds compromised of blurs. Puppets came flying from the ground by the dozens. How long had Vindicta been at this point? Long enough to lay traps and long enough to plant himself before the idiotic minor nation army could find him or themselves in the general area.
As the puppets, dull in form, but powerful in art, maintained their elevation he gasped violently. Almost as if he was alerted by something, but really it was only a taunt. A random action to break the sudden silence that enthralled the area upon his discovery. A taunt that caused all the forces in the area to react valiantly and with little avail for those opposing him.
As everyone reacted at a maximum of 75 meters away from him he too reacted. His puppets spinning violently around him as miniscule pores opened beneath their skin. A barrage of needles attached to pseudo chakra threads stemmed through fuinjutsu from the puppets controlled their flight. A custom skill that was created for this specific roleplaying purpose. As his chakra thinned from the mass conjunction of threads and movement he began to switch detach the senbons. Ensuring no damage to himself or other puppets as they were in constant movement and battle with oncoming traffic. As a puppeteer he could not afford a shinobi breaking his line. Thus, he wanted no one to get even 10 meters close to him.
He didn't even want ANYTHING coming that close. Utilizing puppets as meat shields to escape techniques and attacks. With simple movements he aimed to suddenly trigger an explosive mechanism in many puppets. Using flammable chemicals to send shrapnel all around and about those fighting them. Vindicta using a handful of puppets to protect himself from oncoming shrapnel and flames that began to envelope the area.
Soon after the explosion they retreated. One by one those alive ran off like cowards. Vindicta yawning promptly before walking off to avoid the oncoming flames he would tell some Konohagakure douches to clean up because he didn't have any water elements and didn't feel like wasting puppets for a mission he was not assigned to do.
