Special Abilities: Sanroku’s Clan Encyclopedia is a blank paged hard-cover book [99 pages] that has every one page custom to be filled with details regarding a single clan/bloodline. The information must be given by a clan member or a shinobi possessing the bloodline [from birth] to be received by Sanroku and written down diligently. Sanroku not only studies almost every subject possible in his disposal, but he also wishes to make significant contributions to most of them. For the Book of Eli Sanroku expects to observe physical sciences, so the young shinobi is going to study the anatomy, geography, geology, physics and zoology within every clan/bloodline that is willing. For the Book of Eli Sanroku expects to observe philosophy, so the young shinobi is going to write on aesthetics, ethics, government, metaphysics, politics, economics, psychology, rhetoric and theology of all the clans/bloodlines that are willing. The Book of Eli is also making Sanroku study the education, foreign customs, literature and poetry of all of the clans/bloodlines willing. Sanroku plans to make his combined works constitute as an encyclopedia of Shinobi knowledge. Information will also be written down on the villages that Sanroku investigates in his travels.

- Kage’s of specific villages have all the information provided to them of their village, so all village clan/bloodline details can be given if the Kage gives the ‘go-ahead’ to study in the said villages library. With this encyclopedia, as long as the clan/bloodline or village is within, then the owner of the book will have all the information on the said clan/bloodline or village that is within ‘public knowledge.’ Meaning of course that the owner of the encyclopedia cannot learn to utilize the clan/bloodline jutsus or even know the village secrets.
Origin: The Book of Eli is Sanroku's first book and it is to begin to be written while in his "Travel the World in 30 Days" mission. Sanroku vows to travel the shinobi world in order to find out who represents the vicious cycle of war, conflict, and hatred that occupies the ninja world. In order to do this, Sanroku needs to document all of the Clans/Bloodlines and Villages of the world in order to trace their lineage. Although this book has 99 blank pages to be filled with information, there is just one page that Sanroku already filled out that has “The Science of Deduction” which he considers a short Detective/ANBU story that emphasizes heavily on investigative tactics, which he reads in order to pass his time.
Materials used: Senju Wood created by Katsuro Michiki, the legendary Teaching Senju of Kumogakure was used in order to create the pages in this book.
Total Price: Since it is simply a book created by Katsuro as a beginning E-rank with no possibility to do damage even when developed into an S-rank, I say 0. And because the only way to develop this into a 'higher ranked' item is by extensive IC roleplay, I suggest the price to be 0 again.
