Looks Description:

Standing at 168cms rather small for a man of 26 years old dont you think. Weighing 52.2kg this boy was rather small and slim for his age also his hair a combination of white and blond allowing for different shades of light whenever struck by the sun. Beautifully framed was a face of average proportions. The odd uniqueness was not a doujutsu active but the eyes upon this boy were golden yellow the pupils dead black, Most likely something to be noted due to his affinity with bees. His outfit also shows this resemblance in a slightly different manner. His coat high neck white while bearing yellow out lines. His sleeves black just like his legs and sandals and under garments. The kunai pouch worn by shinobi located upon his right leg while his smaller pouch was located upon his left.

Rain is your average ninja, Does he have a superiority complex, is he a stuck up bitch or a rather happy and loving person? Is he the type of person to strike out in anger at those who deserve it or at those who don't. Is he the type of person who can become angry from little things. Does he cry and get emotional, Can he turn of those emotions and become a killing machine.

Do you want to know something, Rain is your average ninja This mean's he is pretty much all of these things, Rain is one of those guys who still haven't had the chance to fully become who he is nor who he wants to be. 18 year's old is rather old for those who still have'nt figured out exactly what the personality is don't you agree. It's kind of like when your at normal people school and they ask you what you want to be when your older. at 5 your a prince or a princess, at 12 your a celebrity at 17 your so unsure because the possibilities are still endless. And that is just like a personality, him personality is just like this, he does'nt feel like he has fully created himself, he is'nt vain nor does he disregard him looks. he is'nt loyal to solely one thing or one person not does he solely think about himself.

There is one thing that will never change, It's how he feel's when in love, It is something that has never happened yet so he himself does not know this, But he will EVER ONLY FALL IN LOVE ONCE. him heart will belong to that one person and that one person only it is simply the matter of who. Now i only have one thing way were i feel it is possible to show exactly what i mean, So it will be stated that Rains personality is very circumstance based, he will react differently depending on factors so i shall give an example. If his best friend were to insult him in a clearly joking way, Rain would joke around and throw insult's back at him friend. If Rain 's lover insulted him in the exact same way him best friend did Kai's behavior would be vastly different, he would be angry upset and hurt that he wold say something like that and wold not take it as a joke. History:

Born dead, His body his soul all of it removed from this world for one glittering moment. Upon his mother hugging him his life seemed to breeze into him. His eyes opened though not there natural color but the color of the unique clan kekki genkai, The doujutsu was simply one of the few traits this shinobi marvel would have. Upon fading it was shown that this young baby had deep yellow eyes. Born into the unique medical clan he would soon become a part of history or so that was his parents plans.

At the early stages of his life he showed great skill with chakra control, Most notably due to an active doujutsu upon his very birth a feat no other child would be capable of unless born with the medical marvels control. He was trained utilizing an odd oil at an early age to help one harness the control of chakra. Learning this before he was even 4 years of age. This intense training taught him to love the precious bits of life when he could have fun.  Being taught ninja ideals was tough for this young boy due to the fact he hailed from the land of rice fields. His family were not from nor lived within the large major nations. They had not expected there child to be the bearer of such a potent Kekki Genkai for this special kekki genkai even within the clan was rare. Though the decision to leave behind family and friends was a hard one, Rains parents had decided t o move and integrate themselves into a village. Having chosen the village hidden in leaves they would make there way to Konohagakure. That was there destination. It took some time to get to the village but when there they would settle in to there new home.

Excited for his first day of the academy the young shinobi in training barely slept the night before, Thus the reaction of shock when he awoke to find out he was slightly late on his first day was one of surprise. Being reprimanded on his first day was embarrassing but when settled in to class. he realized his calling., He knew he would become one. A medical ninja. This became apparent when he saved a small creature via the sole use of chakra. A powerful ability indeed capable of healing and producing certain abilities. After only months at the academy he was withdrawn from the basic shinobi program and placed into the Medical program, This was were he belonged learning about the body learning about herbs plants and how to use the earth to gather everything required to kill an opponent or save someone from the brink of death. The only problem Rain had with this program was that they refused to teach them to battle. Stating medical ninja don't need to fight. Something Rain thought was wrong, Yes he agreed and idolized the 4 rules of the medical ninja even making them his own nindo but to protect ones self from harm while healing required skill. He would have to train himself.

At the age of ten he had created his first poison. Showing his ability to secrete such a poison into a kunai and utilize it in battle. His hidden mechanisms all over would also serve to validate this point. This was shown again and again during the rather tedious exams that genin were forced to go through, Though he failed the chuunin exams the first time failing at the last hurdle due to his abilities being medical related and not physical. It was now that he focused on his chakra control and taijutsu like abilities learning the enhanced strength based fighting style. Within his hands this fighting style was amplified, His control allowed for greater strength than normal while retaining the same chakra usage as those who also utilize said ability. Learning how to control his strength for different circumstances was a skill he would take to the grave more than likely. Though after 2 years making him twelve he would go on to passing the chuunin exams.

his time being a chuunin was spent shadowing the current higher level medical shinobi of Konohagakure in the medical core offices, The hospital of Konohagakure was a rather large place and Rain would feel at home here, Studying the uses of plants herbs and antidotes as well as formulating more poisons to provide other shinobi to use along with there antidotes his prowess would spread to other forms watching surgeries take place as well as watchign several implantation to improve the power of other shinobi. Having shown his physical ability as well as his medical ability in the chuuni nexam Rain was to split his time with average shinobi missions as well as medical training, He was always on the board fighting for Medical ninja rights in a way. They had the right to defend themselves. Medical ninja werent just healers they were people who to better themselves should be able to fight to defend themselves. It was what the legendary Tsunade had done she had invented the Chakra enhanced strength fighting style that many medical ninja use today as well as battling for the right to have more medical ninja within the world.  He would continue fighting for more medical ninja as well as more medical ninja benefits but it would most likely be a rather long and hard battle.

Rain spent 5 year's as a chuunin, Having decided to become a teacher at the academy to explain about the importance and the pros of medical ninjutsu and ofcourse the abilities involved in the art of healing and creation of poisons and antidotes. Though many ninja want to get as powerful as they can they generally see healing a pussy thing to do but with the ability to heal comes the ability to kill many do not understand this thus being a medical ninja is not the "coolest thing to do" There were many interested though only two females but they were skilled. For five years Rain worked with these kids after the academy and even pushed them into chuunin rank due to there amazing skills. These chidlren would hopefully become the next generation. Once these kids reached chuunin Rain decided it was time to take the jounin exam.

Naturally he had passed the exam thus granting him the jounin rank, In fact he was also offered the rank of Anbu, This he would have to turn down, He instead decided to take up a rather unique position within Konohagakure, Becoming the Chief of medicine within Konohas hospital. A position his family were proud for him to take. This position meant spending a rather large amount of time talking to the Hokage about medical supplies abilities etc. Thus granting a relationship with the current Hokage. Or atleast hopefully.  For now being the medical chief was his job and he would proceed to do it.
