Tomi is a fair-skinned man with spiky, black hair that has a blue tint to it and is tied in a ponytail. His bangs parted down the centre of his face to frame both sides of it, He wears the standard Uchiha outfit which consistes of a high-collared, blue shirt with the Uchiha crest on his upper back and blue pants which were wrapped up in bandages at the ends. On his waist, he had said bandage belt that holds a sack which presumably hold ninja tools.
When on duty, he would wear the standard Anbu uniform complete with arm guards, a flak jacket, and a porcelain mask which was fashioned to resemble a bear with a dark, triangular marking on top. In his back pocket he carries a small book with him to document things he finds interesting
In the summer he cuts his hair so his ponytail is absent, and his hair is spiky in the back. He also changes his attire.
Under his armour he wears a black sleeveless top with long place pants. His Anbu tattoo is also visible along with a scar that marks a x on his shoulder.During winter he wears his normal attire with boots and a grey cloak on top.
Personality Description: Before learning about his families true history he was a happy child, eager to play with his siblings and such. Some parts of him never changed.
Like his motivation in life when he decides when fit he will retire from being a shinobi and go to explore, his ambition is to learn the secrets of all the villages and the secret of life in general. Even though he hates reading he wants to document it by writing a book.
As he grew older and spent more time with his father he began to become a bit of a pervert, together he would go to hot springs to peek on girls and things like that. The only books he reads are romance books.
He was also very honest and his father said it was a good thing, he has almost never told a lie the only lies he tells is to get out of intense situations.

History: Tomi was born in The Village Hidden In The Leaf. He had a brother Kingu and a sister Asashu. From the age of four he began to train to become a ninja day after day night after night he spent learning to kill people and learned to be stealthy as time passed he slowly became distant from his siblings slipping into his own world.
But before all that he was just a normal child, he knew nothing about his family his parents and his brother and sister just left him alone. But when his family weren't secretly going out to kill things they were like a normal family going out together, eating dinner ect…
At the age of six he began to spar with his older brother who was already a genin at the age of nine, of course he would lose the fights but over time he got used to him and was almost able to last thirty minutes fighting him on a good day, his father thought he should now fight his sister who was also a genin but a bit more experienced. As he switched sparring partner he could tell the difference.
When he was seven his home was attacked by some rouge nin his mother and siblings were killed in a robbery now him and his father left to live in this cruel world, they both didn't talk to each other for a while util they both got over it p, when they both realised they're assassins why should they care about death.
Now aged eight almost nine he was ready for the academy he was excited to learn about jutsu and his villages history as an aspiration of his is to learn about the history of all of the villages in the world.
While in the academy he mostly stayed away from people just focusing on his grades, if he got bad grades he would not only dishouner his family but the whole of the Uchiha clan. The only people he wanted to get along with were the interesting people in the academy but he didn't pay much attention to what other people did. It took him a year and a half to finish the academy before becoming a genin, now he waits to see who will be in his squad.
He was put in a three man cell with two other people and a sensei, they completed many missions their toughest being a C ranked mission and after 15 missions he took the chunin exams they blew right through the rounds like it was nothing until they had to fight each other, Tomi vs his teammate. As an Uchiha he didn't want to dishouner his family or his clan so he fought all out beating his teammate he went onto the next round and won so automatically he became chunin, he didn't like what he had to do but his teammates understood.
Prior to becoming a chunin he was given three items a flak jacket from the village, a sword and a necklace from his father all because of his hard work he was proud “ I swear from this day I will be as strong as can be and honour our family.” He said before going out to train.
Two years after becoming a special jounin for his excellence in the field he was promoted to join in by the hokage his mission record was almost perfect He had completed 10/10 D rank mission 4/5 C ranked 10/12 B ranked and 1/1 A ranked mission. He was making his father proud, he spent a month as a normal jounin. Within the month he became an anbu , the Hokage found out about his past and used it to his advantage. His first mission as an anbu was to assassinate an enemy ninja.
He took the mission proudly, he would walk out the hokage office and disappear into cloud appearing in his home. He would grab his katana and wave at his father upon leaving. He would walk out the village holstering his sword and holding a poster.
On the poster a man with red hair approximately six foot tall and half burnt face " Hmm ... Should be easy enough I guess" Tomi said jumping from tree to tree. After about 40 miles he decided to rest, he would sit leaning against a tree eating a sandwich he made.
He knew he had left himself very open this is what he wanted the enemy to be lured in he knew he was there. With a slight turn of his body he would throw a kunai into the bushes and he would hear a yell, hopping out of the push a man with red hair and a burnt face would come out still taking the kunai out " Heh that hurt you little runt!" the man would say as he began running at Tomi.
Tomi's eyes glowing red would laugh as he unsheathed his katana he would jump high in the air so high it looked like he was an angel falling. His sword ready to cut was in front of him he was holding it with two hands " Haaaaaa!!" He would yell as he would fall down to the ground " Not gonna reveal to much just incase" he thought to him self landing on the ground bouncing of with a foot I. The air, he would hit the man in the side of the head sending him about a metre back. He would quickly sheath his katana and engage hand to hand combat.
He would send a barrage of punches and kicks, when his opponent would punch he would easily dodge there was a massive speed difference between them. He had had enough as his opponent he used Kawarimi to appear behind him and with all his force he would hit him on the back of the head, this would knock the man out he would take him back to the village
