Weakness:Requires Praying Mantid stance. Chakra System shock does not effect Tajutsu or Kenjutsu below B rank. User is also affected by the chakra shock. Cannot erase A or S rank Jutsu, but reduces them by 3 ranks for A and 2 ranks for S.

how would this effect an A or S ranked technique that were already fired off, like the searing migraine katon technique?

hmmm a ninjutsu eraser.... it could weaken higher ranks but i dont see it completely stopping them.
