It had taken awhile . . . but they made it. With the gates of the village in sight, Junpei's eyes shifted to Kamina. He wasn't concerned about Nira, since she was a Genin and probably hadn't committed any crimes or at least any serious ones to possibly make her wanted. But Kamina was previously part of the Akatsuki, so Junpei was a little skeptical about how this would play out. Though the same could apply to Junpei, it no longer did as a contact of his in the Hidden Mist had taken his name out of the Bingo Books and even took away his status as a Missing Ninja. It was only fitting though seeing how he actually was no longer a Missing Ninja.
His red eyes moving from Kamina to Nira, he wondered what was going on in her mind right now. He didn't think that she traveled much or any at all, so this must be a completely new experience for her. Looking back at their interactions at the gates in the Land of Sound, he was glad he took her along so she could experience traveling.
The kanji for sound emblazoned in black on his white haori, he only hoped the Raikage had alerted the gate guards of his journey so know surprises would be surfacing.
