Description:Basically all he does is place four tags with ドレインシール,Drain and Seal, on them around the intended target, which mainly is a barrier or a constant technique. So what happens is for four posts the seals begin to drain what ever they are around until it is at it's weakest state and unable to stay in it's form. Then the papers are place in their own scroll and the chakra they absorbed is sealed away into the scrolls. But that isn't where it ends as after that the user can place explosion tags on the scrolls the papers have been placed in. And depending on the strength and type of the jutsu they drained determines the type of explosions that comes from the scrolls. So lets say a A-rank fire jutsu is drained and sealed into the paper and scroll; that means when the user puts explosion tags on the scroll the explosion will be mostly fire. And if the jutsu drain is simply chakra based with no elements involved the explosion would be like any other regular explosion, but with a little more kick to it.
Weakness:-If papers are destroyed before draining is done the technique cannot be done for the rest of the topic.
-If something happens to the paper like it gets wet, even a little damp, it won't work at all
