Special Abilities: Demona being conducted fromt he special metal that it is made from has the ability to conduct the chakra of the user that is using it. This allows for the user of the blade to send in their own elemental nature of chakra so that the blade can get extra effects. With fire chakra the blade will heat up and get a red glow allowing for it to not only burn on contact with targets but increase its cutting ability. And with lighting chakra it gets a mild shocking effect so when the blade is touched it sends lighting through its target.
Origin: This sword was said to be created way deep in the mountains way before the time of the secret villages. Though this is not one hundred percent sure. But way when the Hotaru can was first starting to form three children playing in the mountains duirng a thunderstorm saw a blade stuck in a rock get hit by lightning. And not knowing wha to do they ran back to the clan and told them.One of the clan elders would proceed to take the blade from the stone and use it for himself and since then it has been passed down his family.
