Description: A local daycare has run into a mishap, a few toddlers have escaped and are now wandering the village. Find them!
Stepping outside of the daycare, Kotaro rolled his shoulders simultaneously then twisted his torso earning a couple of pops. Irritation plagued his face as he was shamelessly disappointed in the daycare employee for letting small children not only get lost, but get lost in the village rather than in the shelter of the facility. Shaking his head and with a release of oxygen from his lungs he hunched his cloaked frame over then leaped to the roof tops.
From their he would have a vantage point and be able to overlook the streets of Iwagakure for any toddlers or odd occurrences that had toddler traces. Walking along the elevated rooftop that had a small slant because the home covering was obviously a triangle, Kotaro made a balancing game out of it as he swayed left and right trying to keep himself steady. Keying back into the mission at hand, he figured he'd keep getting distracted on the roof top so he stepped off the roofs peek and slid down the slant with his feet, before leaping down onto the ground safely.
"Hmmmm . . ." Kotaro hummed as he looked over both shoulders and to his sides. Nothing seemed out of the norm and no one seemed to have a dirty secret or have a state of panic upon finding a wandering youngster. "Bah" He expressed lightly in a vexed tone as he trudged along. Hands swinging about childishly by his sides, he kept his eyes actively sweeping the area until he saw a little child run inside of a store. "Ahhh, finally!" With great haste, Kotaro's frame began to jet forward as fast as he could. That alone wasn't that fast due to Kotaro not being one for physical training, but it was a decent pace. Coming to a stop his head looked over into the shop that was a convenience store, but odd enough it was empty. "Hey kid!" Kotaro shouted as he entered the store wondering where the kid was. No clerk was even present, it was literally deserted.
"What the hell." One of Kotaro's brows raised as he hesitantly approached a back door that was present in the building seeing as that was the only place the kid could go. First cracking it and peeking, then peeking his head inside the area looked like a normal break room. A lone fan spinning on the ceiling, a table in the center of the room, then a counter, but all of the surfaces were empty. Curiously Kotaro stepped inside the room and closed the door silently behind himself. Walking throughout the room, he noticed that was all that was in there. No additional doors anything, but he didn't know where else the child could have gone. "What the hell . . ." Kotaro said walking by the counter and drumming his fingers on it.
Shrugging, he guessed his eyes mislead him and he began to move to the door, but on his way he heard some chatter and it was drawing near. "Oh crap!" He said a bit hushed, but with concern as he moved to a position beside the door, so it would swing open in front of him and he wouldn't be seen.
Then to his surprise the toddler from before filed in and so did the rest of them. Kotaro shook his head, but was relieved. "Hey, what are you kids doing in here?" He said in an authoritative tone as if he belonged in the room himself. In turn they shrugged and Kotaro simply lead them back to the daycare.
