Description: By forming the rat handseal, Kotesu must be in one set location to be able to summon forth his sensory abilities. Closing his eyes will grant him a visual of the several chakras within the area, and can easily depict the location of the said chakra source. If the jutsu is still in use after the basic activation; Kotesu will get a feel of anyone within a twenty meters radius. If he cancels the jutsu, he must redo the process once again for usage.
Weakness: Drains chakra each post if used after initial activation. Eyes must be closed for the first intial activation.
