Description:
In all honesty I have met your Hokage and she is extremely lazy. I need you to create missions of all sorts so that the ninja of your village do not get bored and start randomly going insane. You will be rewarded half the cash of the jutsu rank you created.

Okay im going to stop this here. After a talk with Kid we decided that only the Anbu Captain and Kage can create mission's for the villages. It is part of their duty to do so, so no more missions are to be created by members. The missions above can be added to the mission list however no more after this post.
