Looks Description:
Daiki stands at a height of 5'1", something quite average for his age, and weighs up to 102 pounds. His smooth light tan skin is something most females would be drawn to along with be jealous of. He doesn't exactly enjoy this trait of himself, but he tends to bear with it. His light brown hair comes down to his ears in length and several bangs like to rest upon his forehead. He has matching brown, chocolate colored eyes to go with it. Whenever he just so happens to smile, which is only 0.1% of the time, his white teeth seemingly sparkle in the sunlight and it looks as if he's glowing. For his normal apparel, Daiki wears a baby blue T-Shirt under a white hooded vest. The collar of the vest goes up to his chin, which offers his neck good protection. On his lower body is a pair of brownish-grey shorts that are a few centimeters above his knees. To go with this Dai wears black sandals on his feet that are quite similar to that of a shinobi's. Rather than keep his headband on his forehead, the place it's supposed to be, it is seen tied around his neck.
Personality Description:
The silence is strong with this one. Daiki refuses to speak with other individuals unless he deems it necessary, or it is required of him. Due to this, he has a somewhat aloof aura, one which prevents various people from approaching him. Luckily, he enjoys the solitude this creates for him because it actually gives him time to think. Thinking about the world and its problems has always been something Dai enjoyed doing. Not only does it pass time, but it helps him remember not to make the same mistakes everyone else has made. This leads him to take his actions into consideration before he dares to perform them. Anyone can see that he is quite mature despite his age, but at the same time can be quite tactless. When he does talk to people his blunt remarks often come out as insults. Sometimes, he likes to outright insult them if he sees it to be fit. Once he does, Daiki mostly tries to draw the other person's attention away from what he said. However, he does a very poor job at it. Small slips of sarcasm usually come out of his mouth as well, yet he doesn't notice whenever it does.
He is very much of a kuudere, someone who is cold on the outside, but soft within. One must break past his defense to know the real him, the real him being someone that is actually a very laid back person. Daiki is surprisingly bright as well, but refuses to show it in public. His parents told him of his high IQ after taking a test they had ordered him to do, which he knew was used to determined someone's intelligence. The only time he bothers to use his smarts is in combat when he needs to come up with a plan. In the presence of authority, whether it be an elder or a higher ranking shinobi, Daiki becomes similar to that of a little soldier. He doesn't even deem himself "worthy" of standing in the same room as someone who is an ANBU or higher.

History:
- Birth - Academy:
- Daiki was born in a well off family located in Sunagakure no Sato, one with a large sum of ryo at their disposal. Some could say he could get anything he ever wanted with how wealthy his family was. They grew successful due to his father being high in Suna's ranks, often completing missions with a success rate of 99%. His mother created weapons for sand shinobi to buy and utilize which only added to their fortune. Due to Daiki being the only male his parents produced, he was similar to that of a "heir" and had large amounts of pressure placed onto him. Once he turned four years old his father even began his ninja training, making him read several books from the village library and teaching him chakra control. Other than training his Dad did nothing for the boy. Meanwhile, his mother barely paid any attention to him and was more focused on his sibling. That left his older sister, and only sister, by seven years to take care of him. Besides getting "beaten" for either being rude or by doing something stupid, she was the only one who truly acted like his mother and father. Indeed, she took on the role of both of them, in Daiki's opinion of course.
As the years went on, the boy grew up both physically and mentally. Despite this, he was entered into the academy at the age of seven, which is relatively late. Usually kids would sign up once they turned six years old. Not Daiki however, for his preparation for the academy wasn't finished until a full year after. And so, on the first day it was obvious to him he was far ahead of most children in his class. He didn't complain though since the work was a breeze for him and that didn't occur too often. There was also another perk to this: his sister was the one who would always walk him home from the academy. Daiki usually asked to go to various places, since he never wanted to return home right away. It was a bonus to have fun with his sibling while doing so. The boy's academy life wasn't something anyone could consider spectacular. Even if everything was easy, he had a hard time making friends. It wasn't as if he needed any, but his mother would sometimes scold him for being a "social outcast." When she was never too involved in his life in the first place, she saw it fit to berate him on such a small matter. He never understood the reason to why, but decided to ignore it all together. After all, the only person he really listened to was his sister.
- Academy - Present (Genin):
- More time went on and Daiki was improving at an exceptional rate. By the time he was nine years old, he had already learned all of the required academy jutsu and was nearly the top of his class. The key word here is nearly. The only reason he didn't strive for the top is due to the pressure his parents put on him. Even more would be added if he was first in pretty much anything. Of course, he never wanted such a thing, so he often failed a few tests here and there. It was either that or quickly giving up in the practice spars they had outside. He was still a lonely kid around this time, and will continue to be in the future. His mother would sometimes force him to hang out with kids in the higher class families. How she did it, no one will ever know. Though, Daiki still sent them away with his blunt attitude which caused his mother to always be furious with him. Yet he still ignored all of it. His life continued the same way it did for the next year: go to the academy, get picked up by his sister, meet children he didn't want to meet, do whatever else afterwards. Unfortunately, this all changed to day his sister decided to leave the village a week before his eleventh birthday. She said it was something about wanting to find new opportunities, but Dai wasn't really listening due to the fact his sibling was leaving. The only person who actually cared for him was leaving...it made him wonder if it was Karma.
Of course, she promised to visit him whenever she could, but that didn't help heal the hole in his heart. After she left Dai dived into preparing for his genin exams, which was said to be coming up in the next year. His father told him about it no less, for the academy usually told students either a few weeks or months beforehand. For the next 12 months the boy practiced everything he could, whether it be his brain, his strength, or his jutsu. Once the day of the genin exams arrived he was more than ready. With a few jutsu and written tests, he obtained the rank of Genin with a perfect score, doing it somewhat effortlessly. A few days passed after he had accomplished the task, and it was on one of those days that he finally turned twelve years old. Although he was promoted, he was not assigned to a genin team as of yet. And so Daiki patiently waits for the day where he is called for a team meeting, and from there he shall see where life takes him.
