Description: Exactly like the normal substitution jutsu, but this technique requires 5m of ninja wire with each use. Upon being struck by an expected blow and having the time to perform it, the user replaces their body with a ninja wire trap. When struck in a cloud of smoke, ninja wire will expand to ensnare the offender in five different area regardless of height, then the user of the technique will reappear nearby. Around the ankles, below the knees, around the thighs, waist with wrist also inside, and lastly upper body and bicep/triceps. These strategical placements allow limited movements and even counter the Rope Escape technique, due to subdued areas. Requires only a small moment to set, given the enemy is not focused on the user.

Description: After needed handseals, Shinji uses pre-existing water or ground water to summon a spout of water from underneath the target. This sends the target into the air, on top of the geyser. The spout reaches anywhere from 10-20m high, this height being controlled by Shinji. Due to the high pressure, even if chakra isn't applied to the feet to stand on water, the target will still be launched. After reaching the desired height, the spout of water disperses leaving the target airborne.

Description: Requiring a considerable amount of water, Shinji focuses the volumes of liquid into the earth, forming a hulking, dense, and heavy Manta Ray. It then breaches the through the earth, like a whale would do in the ocean, then slams itself head or body first onto the battlefield. This drenches the area replacing the water it used, easily leaves a giant crater in the area it landed on, and the water after the attack rushes fast enough to displace matured trees. The more water the bigger the size of the attack.

The pressure the water is launched can be slightly increased or decreased, to appease the users needs, but not to the point wear bone can be broken.

Description: This jutsu kneads chakra into water in the users stomach and upon expelling fires a stream of water that forms into a gigantic sphere in the sky, but does leave them vulnerable for a considerate amount of time(1 Post). The sphere will follow the user around if the user permits it to and can be moved to anywhere 20m within the user. With the users signal the sphere will then eject an armada of condensed water spheres with the power to severely dent steel. Each bullet launched is roughly 7 feet all around, packs way more than a punch, and is fired at speeds equivalent to ones Ninjutsu level and aimed with accuracy equivalent to their Ninjutsu level. The trajectory of the canon balls can be adjusted to wherever the user pleases, as long as the sphere is within range, but the spheres fired cannot have their trajectory changed in mid flight. This jutsu is extremely effective when dealing with large numbers, making it a necessity when attacking enemy villages.

Description: Ghost Step allows Shinji to move at speeds he normally cannot, but only for 10m per use. This Kenjutsu is a necessity to common Samurai in the ninja world, for without this technique, their difference in speed with common ninja would be easily bested. It allows Shinji to move at Taijutsu speeds equivalent to his Kenjutsu skill level. So currently Shinji is at Adept, so for quick instant, Shinji would move at a Taijutsu adepts speed. What gives the Samurai the edge for the quick duration of this technique, is that this technique can be employed basically anywhere, land, air, or sea. It also leaves a trail of afterimages, giving the technique some extra style.

Description: This technique was created to rid the resistance water places against objects, mainly weapons, while submerged. With the same concept of a chakra coating, Shinji creates a thin coating that simply displaces the water or substance that is around the blade. This eliminates friction and allows the blade to move even faster than normal, due to the air molecules also being pressed away from the weapon. Shinji can apply this technique to projectiles and they will hold the enhancement until the technique is dispelled. Due to the air molecules and other surrounding substances being displaced preventing friction, along with faster attacks, the blades also have the tendency to be absolutely silent.

Description: An advancement of the jutsu Suiton: Teppōdama - Water Release: Gunshot, Shinji holds the half Tiger seal in front of his lips then fires up to six bullets of water, that each have a 2.5 foot radius, at his opponent. Like the name depicts, the bullets have the potential to kill and break bones, from the speed which they are fired and their tendency to be hard as steel. This jutsu can easily counter Suiton, Doton, and Fuuton attacks of the same rank, Katon of one higher, and Raiton of one lower.

Description: Shinji calls forth eight of his signature animals in a condensed, watery, spectral form. They each rise from the ground in a ghost like way, to assume a defensive stance over the target guarding them from each of the Cardinal directions and the other four fill the remaining four open zones. They are large enough to slouch over and also protect the target from aerial attacks, thus forming a dome hard as steel, a defense to be considered. Shinji can also soften and re-harden the Manta Rays to allow others to enter the protection, but they show no signs of this softening or hardening, so it is unnoticeable. It can guard against 3 attacks equivalent in rank, 4 of lower, and 1 higher regardless of element or positioning, whether it be from inside or out. Shinji has two ways to dispel the dome, he can either simply liquefy the Manta's or by using a D-Rank amount of chakra, he can force the solid Manta Rays away in all directions.

Description: This jutsu forces a thin sheet of water to jet out through the ground around Shinji. Being as sharp as steel with correct timing it can block projectile and other things. The main use for this jutsu though, is to quickly Shun Shin/Body Flicker while the cascade of water quickly covers your body, making a masked escape or movement. After the veil reaches the height of the users body, it simply falls onto the ground into a small puddle. Due to the small amount of water used, the jutsu can be employed in areas where it seems water doesn't reside. This does not Body Flicker for Shinji, he still must execute necessary handsigns himself.

Description: This jutsu allows Shinji to rapidly control volumes of water, to attempt to grab his opponent. The amount of water controlled is more than enough to surround ones body, but the water can be controlled anywhere in a 15m diameter. After successfully gripping his opponent, Shinji clinches his fist, tightening the water to a pressure where it can tickle, kill, or anywhere in between his opponents. He can also control over which area's he applies pressure to, so Shinji can wound certain areas of his target to appease to various situations. Similar to Gaara's Burial shenanigans.

Description: This technique is a sheer display of speed, power, and mastery in Kenjutsu arts. A shinobi with mastery in Kenjutsu could easily perform this technique in almost a blink of an eye from a passive stance. It requires 100% courage and confidence, for the slightest taste of hesitation would render the technique useless. Though it may seem to be jutsu the swing of a blade, it is much more than that. The wielder must put their very spirit into the swing, with no regrets or remorse.
Now onto what the technique does. It gained the name Oni's Swing due to its intention to destroy spirits, but not just regular spirits, warrior spirits. Or in this case, the enemies weapon. A true test of valor and skill, swinging their blade with every intention to clash with the opponents weapon, the user attempts to destroy their blade. The weapon crafted from the weakest material will immediately be destroyed, showcasing the wielders lack of skill. If two weapons of equal material clash, then this technique will be considered as a highly enhanced and powerful slash. With the weapon being destroying, if the target was guarding, they are literally defenseless and even the fastest shinobi only have a basically non-existent chance of dodging the oncoming successful weapon. This is because the weapon will continue to follow through the swing after destroying the rival blade. Weapon ranking plays no part in this skill, only materials used when crafting. (Legendary Weapons in this case, are considered to be crafted out of better material than the currently best available. Unless noted in the weapons description.)

The difference is that this fog is much denser, barely allowing one to see their own hand in front of them, also the mist travels with Shinji, centering around him.

He can momentarily stay in the pillar and can move at a decent speed. The real attack is when he slams himself down, which causes a tidal wave to crash upon the battle field. The force of the water launched can flatten trees and also remains on the battlefield after the attack. Creating levels of water at ones ankles.

Description: Not really a jutsu, but rather a developed skill, this technique allows one to almost fully conceal their existence. Only sensor's of a higher rank can detect them by sensory means. This applies even if the user and enemy were master sensors. All of the users natural sounds become inaudible: breathing, heartbeat, footsteps, etc. The only noise that they can create is that of other objects, for instances if they stepped on a branch, brushed against a tree, whispered to a teammate, etc.

Reeling back and sending his hand forward the Manta flies towards its opponent with enough force to break bone. The Manta Ray is slightly bigger than a grown human and due to it's fins which now act like wings, it can execute slightly tricky maneuvers, given enough space and time.Shinji can also ride inside or on top of the Manta Ray during it's duration.Once 10m away from Shinji or the user of the technique, the Manta loses shape and turns into normal water.

Description: After necessary handseals, Shinji summons a giant hand large enough the envelope his body. This hand is made purely of water, but is tightly packed and has the density of steel. Shinji can control the moments he wants the hand to become dense or take on the absorbing qualities of water. He controls the large arm as if it were his own and tends to use it with his right hand. With him choosing to control the fist with his right hand, it forms beside him on his right. He can open and close the hand as if it were his own, but its strength is limited at 2x his own. So Shinji cannot go around uprooting gigantic trees and smashing things. The fingers of the hand can also branch off into smaller appendages which me may control mentally. The arm can retract and extend anywhere between the range of 0-15m, not having to bend at specific points, since it is water, it can also perform slightly tricky maneuvers.

Description:After forming his hand sign, the blade of Shinji's weapon becomes encompassed in quickly flowing waters. The current runs along the blade, then once it reaches the hilt it curves around the flat of the blade and cycles again. There is always enough water to keep the whole blade enhanced however. The waters run along the blade at the speed of 50mph, greatly increasing its cutting power. Normal ninja tools stand almost no chance against this jutsu and will be cut in half or ground down in little to no time. It can easily cut through a flesh and once it has tasted blood, the red liquid will enter the rotation and make the sword seem red. Despite the fast speed of rotation the water emits only a faint hum, similar to that of a faucet before the water rushes out.
