Description:The user blends in with water to be undetected by the enemy, similar to the Earth Release: Hiding in Rock Technique. It was shown that this technique is usable even in water as shallow as a puddle, as seen when the Demon Brothers used it to ambush Tazuna and his bodyguards. In the anime, a member of the Nokizaru Group also employed this technique during a mission to retrieve a scroll from Kumogakure shinobi. While leaving concealment, water simply appeared on the floor and rose up, revealing the user.

Description: The user will commence with a couple of handseals before being able to shoot a very thin jet of water at their opponent. Though not very damaging, it can be annoying and distracting to create a good opening. This technique could also conduct electricity, if someone was to make it a bit more lethal.
Weakness: Very difficult to cast this jutsu while moving around. This technique does not require a water source nearby.

Description: Kuroo kneads the chakra in his body and releases it in little condensed balls that would fly in the direction where required. The small water condensed balls are commonly mistaken as bullets, since they move at a decently speed (basic taijutsu speed.) When it hits a foe, the area where is hit on the skin, will be more pale than their original skin colour. This technique does not require a water source nearby.
Weakness: Travels in a straight direction, and cannot be controlled further on.

Description: Similar to the Doton Technique, Water Wall is a similar suiton version of it. Kuroo creates a wall specifically made of water from the ground. This wall will absorb any weapons temporarily, and defend up to C-Rank Ninjutsu-Taijutsu and under. B-Rank and above will break the wall down, as the water will all fall. When the wall does break, this water will become a sudden wave, which will sweep anyone off their feet, or at the least make them loose balance. (The wall is 10ft in height, and 8 ft in width.)
Weakness: During this time, Kuroo is vulnerable to techniques from behind.

This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most genin should not be able to do this technique.

Description: Kuroo makes all his other senses a tad lower, increasing his ability for his sensory jutsu. When this technique is used before any of his other sensory techniques, the range increases by 3m, allowing him to practically see a bit further than his average, everyday range.
Weakness: Within these two posts, this technique uses 3 chakra points extra for a D-Rank technique. (18 chakra instead of 15 chakra used.)

Description: Simple as it sounds, Kuroo would hold the Ram handsign and close his eyes. As he focuses, within a range of zero to ten meters all around him, he can sense any human activity or chakra within the area.
Weakness: During this time, he must be specifically concentrated. If he is distracted from what he's doing, the jutsu cancels itself.

Description: This technique allows Kuroo to take a small amount of his sensory based chakra and place it on any surface. This "surface" can be a human, object, or even a natural living thing (tree, bush, etc.) During the allotted duration of time, Kuroo is capable of sensing anything around the marking, and what it's marked on as well.
Weakness: This marking can be sensed by any other sensory ninja, with adept sensory skills.

Description: Similar to normal sensing by chakra depiction, there are those who are able to mask their chakra at very high standards. This technique will allow Kuroo to detect others through heat being emitted by any body. This jutsu is one of the most helpful ones out there in terms of finding someone if they can hide their chakra.
Weakness: When a user is hiding in water, Kuroo cannot detect them.

Description: Since Kuroo has mastery in his sensory abilities, he is capable of fighting even if he is blind. Although he will still have the disadvantage in battle when he is blinded from genjutsu, or anything else, Kuroo will bind together his hand seals and allow himself to send off sensory-like impulses. These impulses, similar to sonar, will be able to bounce back off solid surroundings, or people/animals. This will at the least allow him to adapt as fast as possible, so he can anticipate what would happen, or where things are. Each impulse requires D-Rank chakra, so it's preferred to not use this technique constantly since it won't be something common.
Weakness: Given that this technique will allow him to mainly avoid and dodge, he will not have the upper hand when it comes to fighting, or in terms of speed.
