Hand Seals/Charge up: None
Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small Shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these Shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.
Weakness: Upon any impact, it turns into water, therefore if it hits a wall or something in that matter, then the shuriken has failed.

Hand Seals/Charge up: Monkey → Dragon → Snake
Description: The user will commence with a couple of handseals before being able to shoot a very thin jet of water at their opponent. Though not very damaging, it can be annoying and distracting to create a good opening. This technique could also conduct electricity, if someone was to make it a bit more lethal.
Weakness: Very difficult to cast this jutsu while moving around. This technique does not require a water source nearby.

Description: Kuroo kneads the chakra in his body and releases it in little condensed balls that would fly in the direction where required. The small water condensed balls are commonly mistaken as bullets, since they move at a decently speed (basic taijutsu speed.) When it hits a foe, the area where is hit on the skin, will be more pale than their original skin colour. This technique does not require a water source nearby.
Weakness: Travels in a straight direction, and cannot be controlled further on.

Hand Seals/Charge up: Hold the Ram handseal, and close eyes.
Description: Simple as it sounds, Kuroo would hold the Ram handsign and close his eyes. As he focuses, within a range of zero to ten meters all around him, he can sense any human activity or chakra within the area.
Weakness: During this time, he must be specifically concentrated. If he is distracted from what he's doing, the jutsu cancels itself.

Hand Seals/Charge up: Holding the Ram handseal.
Description: This technique allows Kuroo to cancel out all sort of objects and human beings, except weapons. He would be clearly able to see weapons. Through his vision, the weapons appear as a light blue, as everything else is gray-black.
Weakness: While this jutsu is being used, he is vulnerable to be attacked since he can't see anything else besides weapons that may be hidden or used.

Hand Seals/Charge up: Ram → Tiger
Description: Kuroo makes all his other senses a tad lower, increasing his ability for his sensory jutsu. When this technique is used before any of his other sensory techniques, the range increases by 3m, allowing him to practically see a bit further than his average, everyday range.
Weakness: Within these two posts, this technique uses 3 chakra points extra for a D-Rank technique. (18 chakra instead of 15 chakra used.)
