Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. Description: The Hiding in Frost Technique produces a visually clouding frost by causing the temperature of air to fall below the freezing point, effectively freezing any ambient water vapour in the vicinity. The frost allows the user to become transparent within it. Upon being struck with an attack, the user becomes visible. Due to the frost being created with the user's chakra, it is likely that any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the frost coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu. Those not using dōjutsu can see in the mist, but since the user is transparent, it voids that sense. An effective way of finding the user is by the use of excellent hearing.

Weakness: Since it drains chakra from anyone other than Xavier, that means that their comrades would be susceptible to the draining; which is a bad thing because if they do not watch what they are doing he will end up hurting the people on their side. Not to mention if the people whom are on his side are not used to mists, then it will also be difficult for them to move through, ultimately hindering his comrades.

Description: Xavier becomes one with the air; using the air in the atmosphere as means of sensory, enabling him to get a feel of individuals within a 100 yard diameter of him. Even the slightest movement made by anyone in the immediate vicinity (25 Yards) could be felt by him, albeit he is still able to get a feel for the presence of others even if not as immense as the ones closest to him. Rain, mist, or other more, light forms of weather do not mess with his sensory abilities - with him being able to hone them through such conditions over the years, however more hefty forms of weather (blizzards, sandstorms, hurricanes, etc.) do.
Weakness: Heavy weather minimizes Xavier's ability to sense foes whilst this jutsu is active. If this occurs, he will only be able to sense people within 25 yards along with the feeling not being as vivid as his abilities would be without horrid weather.

Weakness: A brief pause must be taken on the initial activation and if the use is continued afterwards then chakra will be drained each post. You need some kind of handsign or something to activate this, and what is your max range for this cause you state you can still get a feel for people not in the 25 yards does that mean you can feel everyone withen the 100 but only get a good feel of those 25 or less yards from you ?

Wind Release: Dust Cloud - Range changed. I'm not specifying dimensions the wikia left out as that would be limiting myself for no reason when it was done on multiple other techs. i.e. the jutsu library

Hiding in the Murky Mist Technique - I'll let Poncho take a looksie at this since they're techs in the library that have the same function along with canon techs in general.

Water Altercation Technique - Mk.

Fuujin's Perception - Tis sensory, hand seals shouldn't be required for activation when it was passive in the anime nor do the rules say that they require such. Not to mention, I've viewed other techs where there were also wasn't any hand seals or charge up required.

P.S. Poncho said he will be looking at this soon, I'm curious about what was said regarding the canon techs, water alt. and the mist for the most part.

Does this scramble the sensory or anything? Same goes for other obstructions or weather changes. Blizzards, sandstorms, wind winds, etc. You don't have to explain each of them, but just give a general statement to what extreme or unnatural weather does to it.
