Artemis stands at about an average length for her age, at 5'3 and weighs 95 pounds. Due to her clan's inherited genes, her hair is a nice shiny blonde grown a bit over her shoulders accompanied by her dark blue eyes. Her eyes are clear, and the redness in her eyes almost never show under normal circumstances. Her cheeks are a little bit red most of the time. Her nails are clean underneath and cut short, to fit with her more "professional" look. She wears a white shirt which is always buttoned except for the top hook. Over her white shirt, she's wearing a black long-sleeved jersey. Accompanying her top, she's also wearing a short black skirt which is lengthened to about halfway between her knees and crotch area. The attire is finished off with short white socks underneath her long black boots which reach just below her knees. Just above her right knee, on her thigh is a dark grey item pouch carrying her kunai and scrolls.
Personality Description:
Artemis is a smart girl, having strived to do the best and know everything she can. After her father died, she started to get obsessed with knowing everything so she could protect her loved ones from unexpected harm, as that's what happened with her father. His death changed her from a nice, playful girl, to a girl that works most of the time to protect her loved ones by going out and spying and listening in on things. Though she's smart, so she doesn't just waste her time on things that could be nothing. She also likes to train to protect her loved ones, using weaponry and ninjutsu combined with her fuinjutsu. She also does missions when she has the time, and if she doesn't then with a little sore heart she takes time out of spying to do missions so she could rank up and one day be in the same information corpse her father was leading, and maybe lead it herself.

History:
"Before Birth-" Both of Artemis' parents were of the Takinoue clan, so it would be obvious that she would follow in their footsteps. Her father was apart of the infamous Konohagakure information corpse, used to gather information on other villages and find spies ect within the village. While her mother was, and still is, apart of the high ranking guards within the village.
"Birth to 10 years-" Artemis was born in the Konohagakure hospital on October 22nd, thirteen years ago. She was raised and taught by both her parents how to utilize her clan's secret techniques and her chakra's ability to burn on contact. She learned on well, everything they taught her she remembers. She has a great memory, which she probable got from her father. Once she was ten years old, her father was killed by a traitor within the village. Her father had no idea of the traitor, and the traitor escaped. This broke her apart and caused her to become sort of obsessed with knowing everything.
"11 Years to now-" After her father's death she was enrolled in the academy, where she focused on her studies so she could do her best to protect her loved ones, because she couldn't protect her father from an unknown enemy. She started to strive to do the best in everything, getting better at gathering information and even taking it so far as to make techniques which she could use with her bloodline to easily spy on just about anyone in the village, even the Hokage himself. To her it became an easy task to live in the shadows, be unseen and snoop where there should not be snooped. Her obsession drives her to this day to know everything, though she's not stupid, on the contrary she's quite smart, so she won't just go up to someone and ask them for their life story and every detail about it. No, she goes and uses her techniques to know even when that person is going to the bathroom.
