Duration: 35 upkeep without the benifit of kenjutsu mastery. CP deducted every 2 posts after activation. If they have done the training below or are S-rank: as long as the user wants to use this style.
Hand Seals/Charge up: none
Description: This style combines speed and power into the ultimate offensive style. The user uses two blade, swing with great speed and power to do many powerful hits in a short amount of time. This is made as an offensive style and has NO defensive moves. This speed and power is applied to all kenjustsu used while using this, even ones with lesser speed. The speed is that of a tiajutsu master. (and thus the need to master it)
The reason this speed and power exists, is because it combines mastery of weaponry, and the speed and power of tiajutsu mastery.

User must use two swords/whatever weapon,
and since Roy is the only one who knows this, it must be taught by him.
IF they want to ingore the keep up, the user must either be S-rank, or do a 2,000 word training thread until the user collapses, and then a 300 word healing thread,
no defensive moves.
