Fūma Clan (Land of Sound)

A shinobi clan that resided within the Land of Rice Fields is no other than the Fūma Clan. The Fūma Clan was unfortunately in the midst of construction of a neighboring country of the Land of Fire, the Sound Village. Located at the Land of Rice Fields is where the Sound Village was created by Orochimaru, one of the renown Legendary Sannin. The Fūma Clan in the Sound Village specifically specializes in the art of using chakra threads, the most dangerous muder-suicidal technique. The clan also had a vast amount of members who generalized themselves in archery, and hidden techniques only learnt by the Fūma Clan. Unluckily, the Fūma Clan split into two factions, one being the idiotic puppets controlled by Orochimaru's mischievous development experiments, and the other affiliating themselves towards criminal activity becoming traitors in the eyes of the rest of the clan. Because of the major difference of the Fūma Clan in the Sound Village, it became unknown whether or not they shared a linage with the original Fūma Clan introduced in the Anime/Manga.

Fūma Clan (Orig.)

The original Fūma Clan(which will be considered the second factor from the Sound Village that split up for the sake of making sense), is a prominent clan recognized for their weaponry skills. This second factor that was split from the Fūma Clan in the Sound Village is mostly famous around the parts of Amegakure and the Land of Fire for fighting using the Fūma Shuriken, made by the Fūma Clan themselves. The Fūma Shuriken is a large, four-bladed weapon with extreme sharpness, and an accurate choice for assassination. Thus, this explains why the Fūma Clan got involved with criminal activity in different parts, but still to this very day, many shinobi use the Fūma Shuriken as a choice of weapon.
