With approval of missions as your oil, get the gears running smoothly so Kirigakure can return to its' former glory. In addition to the word count the user must submit four (4) missions for the village.
In the latest edition of the installment to the Mizukage's office a bathroom had been added in the far right corner, the lengthy periods of time that the leader of Kirigakure sat behind his cherry wood desk didn't not mix well with the curse bestowed upon each and every member of the Kōkkai clan, thus this solution to the problem had been created. The restroom becoming something more of a second office due to the frequent trips he made there, but he did not fret for in this enclosed space he was able to get more of his private readings done. In recent days, Ōsharu found himself perusing through the little files that remained on the previous Nine Mizukage, the successor to the position was forced to right a report on the talents and accomplishments of the person who previously held the position as a means of keeping the history of Kirigakure preserved. By his third week in office Ōsharu could recite all of the information within each file verbatim including personal favorite jutsu, It was in this little fun fact about a particularly young Mizukage like himself that kept drawing him back to the files night after night.
Despite having been truly finished with all bathroom activities over an hour ago, Ōsharu remained in the bathroom propped leaning against the sink with a file in his hand, a four by four picture of Yagura rested underneath a paperclip in the left most corner. -- Knock! Knock! Knock! -- The small female hands of Aori, the Mizukage's slender built silver headed assistant, sounded as she rapped thrice against the door to the Mizukage's office. Its' contents empty at the moment because of where the owner was located, but when the sound reached the the second room a courtesy flush was given to the toilet before Ōsharu exited into the office, the file he was reading dangling from his hand on his left side as he went to open the door.
"Oi! Mizukage-sama! Erm... Your 7:47 Appointment has arrived. Shall I send them in?"
"Thank you Aori, and yes please do... I've been expecting them..."
Aori bowed before turning on her heels to fetch the client, the sound of her heels on the tile floor echoed in her wake. This brief moment of solitude gave Ōsharu more than enough time to tidy up his appearance, making sure that his hair flowed in the right places, and also to get the piece of toilet paper that had become stuck to the underside of his foot. The familiar sound as heel met tile announced the arrival of his client escorted by his lovely assistant. Holding on to Aori's arm was a little old woman, her attire reflecting much of her age, but the one thing that shown through her appearance was the timeless insignia of The Village Hidden in the Mist blazoned on the headband tied to her hip pouch
"Mrs. Yuki, it's very nice to meet with you in person and I thank you for coming down to meet me at such a time.."
"Surely Bleu, surely... May I come in, there appears to be a bit of a draft out here and we all know that isn't very good for my old brittle bones. He he he... I see you've been doing mission approvals, good boy! But, go wash your hands you have ink on them..."

After passing Mrs. Yuki on over to the Mizukage, Aori closed the big wooden doors of the office behind her as she returned to her daily duties. Ōsharu was quick to make sure that the elderly woman had been taken care before excusing himself to his personal restroom once again. The file which had previously been a mere inches away from his nose now sat flat in the middle of his desk, Yagura's picture upright and catching more than a few interested glimpses by the elderly woman. An intrigued hand was almost to the point of flipping open the manila folder and exposing all of its secrets if it were not for the sound of the restroom door closing indicating the return of the Mizukage. She flashed a coy smile as the blue haired man took his seat opposite the desk from Mrs. Yuki, a pen and parchment paper had been removed and set up as if the man were about to take notes.
"Well Mrs. Yuki, the floor is yours.. I'll just be jotting down some of my key notes as I see fit, no need to stop once started I've got a fairly good memory.. Take me back to the day that you saw the reincarnated Mizukage Yagura perform the Water Release: Water Mirror Technique..."
"Oh dear... Well, long ago and far away during the time of the last Shinobi World War... I was a young girl, no older than 23, but a battle ready combatant I was... Oh yes!... Though, with the experience I had nothing compared to the might of Mizukage Yagura performance of the Water Release: Water Mirror Technique..."
