Special characteristics/traits: Pale skin, black or white hair, slightly pointed ears, canine teeth, and tongue. Their eyes have become accustomed to very low to no light, and as such need to have their eyes shaded so they aren’t blinded. They also have somewhat of a split personality, their inner darkness that resides in their mind that sometimes talks to them.

Bloodline Name: Darkness
Bloodline Ability: Darkness is the production and control of the Setvix’s clan’s dark chakra, manifesting it in mainly physical forms. Contrary to the Nara clan, who manipulate shadows and need shadows to perform their techniques, the Setvixs clan produces their own shadows, and thrive in low levels of light. All techniques performed have a purplish hue to them.

Description: used mainly in conjunction with other jutsu of the clan, the user’s eyes turn black and they are now able to see out of all the darkness they have created. This allows them to also see in the dark when there is no light visible, developed by the clan as one of the first techniques ever learned by its shinobi.
Weakness: When it comes to using this technique it does not stop someone from being put into a genjutsu, in fact, being that the user is now seeing from multiple views at once it makes visual genjutsu that much easier to take effect.

Hand Seals/Charge up: putting one’s blood on an item
Description: The user fuses their specific chakra with their kekkai genkai into an object, changing its physical form. This can be used on non-animate objects only, changing their appearance to be dark and demonic. The items used would increase by same rank as the chakra put into it and increase in size slightly, though the user would not be affected by weight change. If the user’s blood got into the blood of another it would cause slight discomfort and some delirium
Weakness: This technique requires placing blood on an object, so if the user used this technique multiple times they would put their life in danger from blood loss and self harm.

Hand Seals/Charge up: 1 (raising arms, controlling jutsu with arm movements.)
Description: The user forms their specific chakra into hardened darkness, controlling its movements with their hands and arms. The darkness itself is able to form a mass array of objects varying from weapons to shields. The user is also able to fire projectiles from the original mass of darkness, which dissipate after 20m of being thrown. At D-rank, your darkness moves at Basic Tai speeds. At C-B rank, your darkness moves at Adept speeds. At A-S rank, your darkness moves at Master speeds.
Weakness: All Darkness techniques are susceptible to a single weakness, that being intense light. Flash Bombs in particular release enough light at once to disable C rank techniques for a single post. For other custom elemental techniques that create intense light Darkness techniques will have a 1 rank disadvantage.
Clan History: The clan originated in a valley that only got half an hour of light per week, if they were lucky. The rest of the week the whole village was surrounded in darkness, having to use candles to see. Because of the lack of light you couldnt see two feet in front of you. Every time the sun came out the people noticed how light they felt. They seemed uplifted, but because of the lack of sun they were always paler than normal. This place was always being ransacked and stolen from, being the major attack by the group that sacrificed to Jashin. A group of villagers got sick of being so defenseless. They found out through study and meditation that darkness could be molded with chakra. That darkness could be manifested and controlled. They found a way to concentrate and focus their chakra into darkness, fusing its dark essence in their bodies, making a specific jutsu. They learned how to make the dark solid and hard, how to see with the darkness, how to fuse the darkness into things to make it different. They fused it into weapons, making the weapons more durable and sharper. The darkness runs throughout the whole clan's blood, so they still have that inner voice trying to get them to let it out and be bad, like another personality always conscious. The clan moved away from the valley, because things got out and thrived in the dark, making it a very unsafe place to live, even for the most experienced shinobi. Now the clan has scattered, finding refuge where ever they can, and in many different forms.
