Looks Description: Amatsu, because of certain past event that resulted in the slight damage to his clan-genetic genepool, constantly surges electricity. This does not seem to harm anyone specifically, nor does it have the actual properties of lightning to conduct and such. What is really is, is his clan's chakra pouring out in a minute and minuscule manner. When using his clan-related abilities his hair becomes a definite glowing white with an electric blue outlining. The rest of his body also attains this specific outlining, which only serves to aesthetically show that his clan techniques are in usage. Whenever he can attain a purely calm and zen-like state in his mood he loses all traces of electricity on his body
Amatsu is a small child, and although his voice is rather ripened and mature for his age people never get past the fact that he looks like a little ball of lightning (hence his nickname Chibi Raijin). His skin seems to be slightly paler than what it used to be, but people assume it's just because of the electric-blue aura. Like his clan mates, Amatsu has sharp canines that are reminiscent to his draconic lineage. For a child his age, he rarely smiles. His clothing varies, but Amatsu never wears shoes
Personality Description: Amatsu generally comes off as what someone would turn out to be if they had a dark and grueling past: apathetic and capable of cruel and malevolent acts of violence. Although he is also capable of enacting generous acts of goodwill, he does such things on a whim or on even rarer occasions directed at specific people. Amatsu has shown in recent months an insatiable desire to learn, having had his proper education impeded in his earlier years in life. Although he has made an excellent work in catching up with grammar and the like, his mind does not fully register morale values. He has a preset mind that dictates that morale values impede the ability to execute maximum performance. He practices meditation, however, to keep sure
There could never be enough emphasis on how vicious and homicidal Amatsu can truly become, because of his troubled and broken past. It is also an uncertainty because his temper is volatile, and can range from very patient to zero tolerance without any warning. It is something that he cannot help, even if he tried. He is almost the embodiment of the nature of lightning, which is volatile and quite unstable. This fact, deep down in his heart, troubles him because he can never have the love and sympathy of others. Because he feels this way he has gained his infamous apathetic demeanor, never showing a smile nor showing signs of enjoyment and laughter. This seems to probably be his most dangerous aspect of his personality

History:
- Childhood Arc:
Amatsu grew up not knowing his parents, who had died before he turned one during a home robbery. Some say this was the life-changing event that led the young boy to who he became in his current form. He grew up relatively happy with his grandparents, who showered all their love and affection unto their orphaned grandchild. Those grandparents did everything in their power to keep Amatsu in ignorance of his parents, and did a successful job at it. He grew up believing his grandparents were his real parents, but secretly had nightmares of a couple being murdered before his very eyes. He never told his grandparents, and because of that decision things went easy for him for many years. His clan heritage was taught to him from an early age, but did not discover his element. He had hoped to be as strong and mighty as fire dragons of a time long past and gone, but the universe had different plans for the little boy, and it all began with a thunderstorm.
- The Gremlin Project Arc:
At the age of five Amatsu was informed by his grandparents that other children were going missing in the area, whenever a certain blue mist appeared in the area. Whenever such an unnatural presence manifested, Amatsu was to return indoors immediately and without question. For a few months after his fifth birthday the mist appeared three times total, and whenever it did Amatsu was never under a few breaths away from running home. He always outran the mist, but sometimes other children were not so lucky as he was.
Sadly, nothing lasts forever. On October 31st the mist had finally claimed Amatsu, who was caught off guard. The next few days went by as a blur to the child, losing and gaining vision in a hospital setting. When Amatsu had finally gained consciousness he was chained in a basement. Before his form were two round objects bound in bloody bandages, and behind them a single Jounin with a strange mask on and a doctor's coat. The man spoke in a guttural tone, asking Amatsu if he knew what the two bundles were. He replied no, and was then asked if he knew who his real parents were. The boy did not understand what the strange man was getting at, until he began to un-bandage the objects one by one. It was apparent what they were, and the man gave a monstrous roar as Amatsu screamed.
With his mind broken, he was molded over again as a child soldier in a secret Gremlin project. He was one of the few children to have a kekkei genkai, the other notable KKG user being a girl named Chikara Shurajo. Amatsu had come to love the girl, but could never manifest his emotions in the proper manner. He shied from the girl and bottled his emotions further, which only served to fuel his cruelty and malice. When the Gremlin project was discovered and was taken down, Amatsu was one of the more troublesome children to detain. He wasn't convinced as easily as other children were in the replacement plan, knowing that there was no peace in the world after seeing the severed heads of his parents.
He complied, nonetheless, and assumed the role of a village Genin to live out what he assumed would be the later days of his life.
- Flight from Kirigakure Arc:
Amatsu grew tired of the metaphorical prison that he bid his time in. He decided to leave the village, because of the constant reminders of his time in the Gremlin studies project. He left a note for his grandparents in gratitude of their sheltering him and providing his early years with great joy. He never knew where Chikara ever was, and solemly left the village and into the wilderness of the Land of Water and beyond to find himself and sort his mind. He has been in constant move since.
