- Dragon Slayer's Bane is an ancient kekkei genkai of the Ryūjin clan, which allows a clan member to inherit distinct traits of a dragon that can be used for offensive, defensive and supplementary purposes. Members of this clan are specially aligned to a single element from birth, and are unable to acquire a second element.
The element a Ryūjin possesses becomes their greatest weapon and their greatest source of power. Their bodies, from their skin to the bone to their cells, are highly resistant to their natural element. It allows them to expel their respective element from their body like a natural extension. Because of their genetic build and their clan ancestry circumstances, their chakra pools are more than that of normal shinobi (enhanced clan chakra pool) They believe dragon blood runs through their veins, their reasoning behind their large pools of chakra.
Ryūjin, because of their excellent resonance with their natural element, are harmed especially by the opposite element to their base element. Opposite elements gain an extra rank in power against a Ryūjin and their abilities.
The Ryūjin cannot learn Kugutsu (Puppetry Techniques), Genjutsu and Kenjutsu as well. The Ryūjin ancestors have never believed in the usage of mind tricks or tools to accentuate their abilities. That belief passed through the generations so deep that their bodies have rejected the teachings of such abilities.

Description:
The standard technique of the Ryūjin clan, a skill that is practically an inherited ability that only they can perform to this effect. Depending on their element, the Ryūjin can gather it in their mouths and expel it in the fashion of a dragon's roar. Different elements have different effects of their roars- Fire Release: The user first inhales, gathering fire in his/her mouth He/She then releases such fire in the direction of their opponent, creating a large, exploding fireball which damages and burns the opponent.
- Water Release: The user first inhales, gathering water in his/her mouth. He/She then releases such water in the direction of their opponent, creating a large, swirling vortex which damages and drenches the opponent.
- Earth Release: The user first inhales, gathering dirt and earth in his/her mouth. He/She then releases such dirt and earth in the direction of the opponent, creating a large swirling blast of rocks and dust that damages and pulverizes the enemy.
- Lightning Release: The user first inhales, gathering electricity in his/her mouth. He/She then releases such electricity in the direction of his/her opponent, creating a large, exploding energy beam which damages and shocks the opponent.
- Wind Release: The user first inhales, gathering air in his/her mouth. He/She then releases such air in the direction of the opponent, creating a large swirling tornado-like blast which damages and buffets the opponent
Automatically, this technique is at C-Rank power, but the user may choose to add additional chakra and increase the range by five meters (B-Rank does fifteen meters, A-Rank does twenty meters, etc.)
Weakness: An Elemental Ninjutsu technique opposite of the user's element of equal rank or higher can dispel this technique. There is a two post interval between uses at the base level, which increases by one as more chakra is applied

Another standard technique of the Ryūjin clan, a skill that is practically an inherited ability that only they can perform to this effect. Depending on their element, the Ryūjin can consume the enemy's technique if it corresponds with their base element (ie. if the user's element is Fire Release and uses a C-Rank amount of chakra, they can consume a single Fire Release technique of that rank.)
Weakness: The user can only consume the element of their base element. There is a two post interval between uses at the base level, which increases by one as more chakra is applied- Fire Release: The user first inhales, gathering fire in his/her mouth He/She then releases such fire in the direction of their opponent, creating a large, exploding fireball which damages and burns the opponent.
Clan History: There was a time in history in which dragons ruled the air, the seas, the lands and the deep underground. One couldn't poke a foot out without rubbing against the scales of the mystical monstrosities. This was all in a far away continent, now in smoldering ruins after a terrible event transpired. The reason for such a disaster was a war amongst the dragons, who seemingly sent each other into extinction.
A not-so-sane cult of dragon worshipers and dragon riders fled to the present Shinobi World continent with the remaining dragons and their eggs. The bat-crazy cultists, seeing as the dragons were beginning to die out, made a desperate attempt at saving the race through inter-species mating. It didn't do any good in saving the dragons, but the offspring of such inhuman relationships bred a special breed of humans. Possessing traits of their dragon fathers and human mothers, the first True Ryūjin were strikingly beautiful and equally powerful.
Generations of incestual marriages made sure the bloodlines remained pure and kept that same power. They have tried their best in the past thousand years to upkeep this tradition, but some marry outside of their clan, although never to return. The ones that stayed within kept their abilities and kept passing them on, while the ones who married outside of the clan saw children with diluted abilities to their own, and generations thereafter with weaker children. Those generations are lost to history, but the main line is still around, still boasting the power of the dragon. However, they do not fully in their ancestral circumstances as few documents from the cults and riders' migration to the Shinobi world continent. Nonetheless, they carry pride and honor in their power, and in their daily lives to this day.
They are not a unified clan, as many members are scattered about the world. However, they find solace and good vibes from other members of their clan, still keeping a bond that has existed since before their time.
