History: The water is produced once every one hundred years from the giant tree that hides the village of Takigakure.
Abilities:
Enhanced Chakra Pool: Whoever drinks at least half a liter of Hero Water will gain a temporary additional 200 Chakra points added to their chakra reserves.
Side Effect: This effect only lasts for a hour in-rp time (or up to two battle threads if it's done within the same day). After the effects go away, the user's lifespan will be decreased by many years. Those above 50 years would only be able to drink this once before dying right after. Those above 30 years old would only be able to drink this twice before dying right after the second use. Those younger than that would be able to drink it three times before dying after the third use.
After each use, the opponent's stats would be reduced to that of the Basic level, and they'll experience pain and fatigue. They would need to do a 1500 word resting topic recovering their strength and chakra. Also each use of the Hero's Water will revert the user's chakra pool back to its normal level, thus any chakra training boosts would not longer apply. User is still able to get it all back through training, though.
Chakra Shield: A chakra shield automatically surrounds the user and can deflect weaponry up to C-rank and Ninjutsu/Taijutsu up to D-rank. The chakra shield can also be used to block Genjutsu up to D-rank. This chakra shield disappears after the user's chakra levels go below 100 CP.
