Description: An incredibly powerful and lethal genjustu actually able to damage and kill a person by inducing limitless fear and causing shock to the victim. The user infuses the genjustu around themselves or an object causing an illusion to appear around whatever is infused. This item or user will not change in appearance at all, but anyone who looks at the item or user will instantly be overcome with a deep seated  and irrational fear of the the thing infused as the genjustu will travel through their optic nerves in their eyes to directly affect their brain, the beauty behind this technique is they only have to see any part of the thing infused once, as fear remains in ones memories and mind, this goes the same for reflections. This fear is so great that those affected will begin to doubt everything, and begin to lose control of all rational thought. Even if a person knows that they are in this genjustu, the irrationality of this fear causes them to still feel the affects completely. Those affected will have their heart begin to beat uncontrollably faster, and they will tremble intensely in fear making it impossible for them to hold anything, or produce hand signs. Those affected will feel their vision blur and they will begin to feel sluggish, bloated, and weak, causing the their mobility to be greatly hindered to the point that they will only be able to do a trembling frantic walk, their speed going down two stanges stage, they will steadily grow more frantic over the course of 4 posts, after 4 posts target will be not able to stand or move and they will fall to the ground, losing control of their bladder and rectum causing them to piss and shit themselves. Molding chakra also becomes harder for those affected by this gen as it is almost impossible to concentrate to mold chakra, making it so they can only perform jutsu of c rank or lower. On the 5th post in this genjustu, those affected will die as their heart won't be able to take anymore, and they will die of intense shock. Ironically those with doujustu, such as the byakugan or sharigan, that can see chakra and tell when people are in genjustu will be more easily affected than others, only having to see the chakra around the infused thing to be affected, and thanks to highly sensitive eyes of those with dojustu, they only have 2 posts before succumbing to shock and dying. The user can cancel this genjustu at any time they wish.  
Weakness: Any person with at least adept in medical can calm and stop the rapid beating of the heart with the mystic palm technique, only affects vision. Those with a higher skill in sensory than the user can tell something is up around the infused object because of the chakra coating, this does not go for chakra seeing dojustu as they will have to look at the thing infused to tell, and would then be already in the gen. Kai can break this like all gens, but since the user is overcome with such an irrational fear they usually don't think to or are trembling too much to form the hand sign, so it will require someone not affected to release the genjustu for them. If someone affected by this gen manages to get out of the topic with the user, the affects will stop.

Description: A simple genjustu that is incredibly affective  and can be infused into everyday speech. This release of genjustu increases their power of suggestion and persuasion over other living things 20 meters around the user, as well as makes their voice automatically highly appealing to any who hear it, no matter what their preference in voice is. It allows them to convince others to do things for them, or trust them, though there are limitations as the user cannot persuade a person into doing something that is completely unlike them with no real reason. For example if the user charm speaks to tell someone to kill their best friend, it would be ineffective because they gave no reason, and it is an incredibly unrealistic thing for a person to do (unless an uchiha of course). Though if the user's uses charm speak and tells the target that their friend has been committing terrible acts, was shit talking them, or planning on killing them, they have the opportunity to turn the target against their friend, and trust them more. This ability only affects those with an equal to or lower ability in genjustu, and the larger the difference is in the ability of genjustu the more effect charm speak will have and if it is used on those with no abilities in genjustu, the target will listen to, do, and believe almost anything the target says up to a point of basic human reason, and common fact, the user cannot make a person kill themselves no matter what for example, no matter what level the target has in genjustu. Those under the effects of charm speak can be release by regular genjustu method, though releasing themselves is a hard task as they find a user of these highly trustworthy and believable in most occasions.  
Weakness: Can be broken by regular methods such as kai, has an incredibly close range, those that can see chakra will see chakra surrounding the user's tongue.

Description: The user creates a large, flat, circular pool of water anywhere in a 25 meter range around themselves Its surface acts like a mirror, perfectly reflecting anything it is facing, such as any attacks. By then rotating the 'mirror' 90°, the reflections emerge and materialist from the mirror, where they collide with the mirrored targets. As these reflections use the exact same technique as their counterpart — regardless of its type — they counter the attack completely, while repelling them in the process. However, upon impact, the reflections disperse into water. This Can only reflect A rank and below techniques. These mirrors can also be used as shield and have A rank defenses, able to block an A rank, two b ranks, and so on.

Hand Seals/Charge up: Extra snake hand seal added to the hand seals for the justu, if it doesn't require hand seals than not needed.
Description: The user can manipulate viscosity also know as the resistance of fluids to a change shape, able to change any fluid to be incredibly thick and sticky, or make it become incredibly smooth and thin. If a suiton technique is made thicker and sticky it go up in power by one rank, and will also increase its resistance to damage by one rank. If used to make a suiton technique thinner and smooth that technique's power as resistance to damage will go down by one stage, but its speed will go up.  It is also possible to affect other' suiton techniques with this justu, but it will require the user to use chakra equal to the technique they are trying to affect plus 1, so if they wanted to affect a c rank suiton technique, it would require them to use a b rank amount of chakra.

This justu can also be used offensively by itself in order to thicken the fluid in a person's joints, or make their blood or cranial fluid thicken and be unable to move. In order to do this the user will have to make contact with the target, but even the slightest of touches will work. If successful the target will feel their blood thicken and their body almost feel jello like. Their speed will drop two ranks and they will move it almost slow motion. There thought process will also be slowed as their cranial fluid has become to thick for their head and messed with their brain working, causing them to not be able to use justu above B rank while affected. These affects will last for four posts, and it will cost a b rank amount of chakra to do this.  
Weakness: Must make contact for this to be offensive on its own, other wise it needs another suiton technique to be useful.

  It is too OP and can be denied simply because of the fact that it is too OP, simple. Next i thought only Uchiha clan are able to cast visual Genjutsu as seen in the anime and manga? i don't think anybody else has casted a Visual Genjutsu but i could be mistaking? I understand the trembling in fear but why are all these other effects coming into play? why is he shitting and pissing himself? why does his vision blur? why is he still effected even though he knows that they are in the Genjutsu? it is far to over powered and should only have one of the effects not 10 different effects? so you're right it is too OP and can be denied for that fact. Also the weakness only covers ONE of the effects which is the heart beat. What about the vision blur and everything else?
  
  
• Charm speak: This needs to be reduced to the 10 M as stated in the range. Also, the staff have said that it needs a better weakness pertaining to the jutsu since nearly every Genjutsu can be broken with Kai. Also, please add in that this effects those of two ranks and lower than the user, reason because people do have strong wills. (Sato)
  
  Range says 10m but description says 20? This needs a better weakness. Every genjutsu is able to be broken by Kai i believe? he needs something more suitable towards the jutsu. What if their character is built on a 'Fuck the world, don't trust anybody' personality? what if the opponent has a strong will power? etc...
