Description: A jutsu used by those that are familiar with physical pain. The user sends a small jolt of electricity through their body (The sensation is comparable to putting your tongue on a battery. This sensation is felt throughout the body). This jolt puts out a shocking field of electricity around their body that comes 2ft away from the users body. The jolt deals thrice as much damage to the individuals within the range and if wet, said individuals run risk of being paralyzed for a single post. The user is not at this same risk due to the jolt affecting them on the inside rather than outside. The electrical field is not visible to the naked eye making it a unpredictable jutsu recognize. The jutsu was made so practioners of the Raionhato style can perform the jutsu without having to drop their weapon or weapons.
Weakness: Only characters who have gone through intense pain, either in their history or through character development can use this jutsu without being hindered by the jolt. Otherwise the jolt will result in the user losing focus and interrupting any movement happening at the time. Despite not being able to be seen by the naked eye, those with enchanced ocular ability can see the jolt; should said ocular grant better perception.
