Looks Description: Yuuji has long lenth medium brown hair and a fringe with sits across his forehead and sits over his left eye, that parts he wears a forehead protector, sometimes he puts his hair back into a short ponytail.
Yuuji's skin tone is fair along with having piercing white eyes with no visable pupils (Byakugan)
His garments are the tradtional Hyuga like robes with a few changes of his own, instead of it being secured at the shoulder he leaves it open exposing the skin on the right side of his body, including his right arm which he dones black handwraps which go around the wrist and forearm including the same style with his left which is usually hidden under the long sleeve, instead of matching white pants with the robe he instead wears a pair of black pants along with black shinobi sandals.


Personality Description: Yuuji is quite the serious person, having control over his emotions there are only a few things that are capable of throwing him off balance, due to this expressions seem more unnatural than natural when interacting with others which leads to his voice sometimes sounding cold and emotionless.
While on missions Yuuji's personality comes to a halt as he focuses on one thing, protecting others and himself while accomplishing the mission, Yuuji would take the risks and put himself in harms way to protect a friend, someone he cares about or the priority target, all within in an extent because Yuuji knows if he were to die, he would not be able to protect what he once swore.
Around the village there doesn't seem to be much change in Yuuji's attitude, some people would laugh and tell him to lighten and loosen up, but due Yuuji's past experiences he finds it hard to act normal being haunted by the doubts of failure in his mind, seeming to think that he must suffer this burden alone, this burden would be to uphold his ill fathers words to protect the branch and main house of the clan.
Yuuji has his own little personal trait, while alone sitting down, under a tree or just walking along, he'd pull fourth a locket that hangs around his neck and opens it, staring at it silently, people have asked whats inside, but no-one has managed to get an answer yet, so it remains a mystery.

Chapter 1: Branded

Yuuji was born into the Branch House of the Hyūga clan, serving the main house along with his father and mother, his father served to protect the main house, he wanted nothing best for his son but knew his fate and that he would be branded with the cursed seal on his third birthday, Yuuji's father tried to explain to him that his duty was to grow strong, fight and protect those of the main house, but he didn't understand, Yuuji didn't want to fight not that he was old enough to truly understand his fate of serving under the main house.
On Yuuji's third birthday finally came the day when he was branded with the cursed seal upon his forehead and on this same day his father fell seriously ill and couldn't up hold his duty to protect the main house, as the years passed his fathers condition never got better only worse which caused Yuuji to come to the decision to enroll into the Ninja Academy at the age of eight.
During his time at the academy Yuuji didn't focus much on his lessons, he focused more on making friends and being a kid, however when the genin exams came along, he failed the first time which lead towards a sudden attitude change, remembering his goal in mind for the sake of his father, he focused on his lessons and ignored his new made friends and went onto passing the second time round.
Upon graduation Yuuji received his forehead protector he finally felt accomplished, but thus then came the next part, the bell test where he was paired up with two of his friends who he coldly ignored during the time at the academy after failing, with his goals in mind Yuuji swallowed his pride and took on leadership between the three of them, his friends however refused at first but before realizing their failed attempts to retrieve the bells, they finally cooperated, after a series of attempts before the timer ended, by the help of his friends Yuuji managed to grasp the two bells, feeling accomplished enough he offered both bells to his friends as an apology for how he acted and was prepared to be sent back to the academy but was dumbfounded when he was told that all three graduated, Yuuji learning a final lesson that it isn't a bad thing to have friends around to help.

Chapter 2: Rise and Fall
After passing the bell test, Yuuji was assigned to Kotarou, along with two of his classmates, Kotarou was rather tall and largely built with shaggy dark hair with a unique sense of style to his outfit as well as a unique style in jutsu, he was adept in earth and water style but his main attribute was seal and summoning jutsus, he had an odd way of combing the elements together to create other style jutsus which Yuuji was fascinated by, however Yuuji learnt the hard way that his new Sensei was proficient in taijutsu being the perfect match against someone for a Hyūga student.
After doing the many D-Ranked missions, the odd jobs such as farming, Yuuji and his class mates got moved onto C-ranked missions finding them too easy, he demanded that he was ready for a higher ranked mission, however Kotarou did not agree with this, where Yuuji may have of been progressing faster than his classmates, he must learn patience and not rush ahead, he must train and figure out his ninjitsu way then he will be ready for higher ranked missions, frustrated Yuuji tried to take matters into his own hands, demanding higher ranked missions from the Hokage but alas he got the same answer he did from his sensei.
The next day, Yuuji and his classmates along with Kotarou were called in for a C-ranked mission, an escort mission from their village to Land of Wind, Yuuji couldn't help but complain where his other students simply agreed to it, he tried to explain how could he possibly get stronger doing these pointless missions, he didn't get an answer from the Hokage yet Kotarou simply explained that he should be careful what he wishes for, all these different experiences make you stronger in more than one way.
As the group made preparations for their journey, Yuuji kept himself calm and accepted the fact that things will change within time and that he must wait, once everyone was ready the group met up with Kotarou and the other man who seemed to be a messenger of sorts, as they left through the gates they started their journey to the assigned destination.
As the group made their way the rain started to fall down upon them and the wind started to howl, Yuuji somehow felt uneasy as if something didn't feel right but he didn't mention it to any of the others, suddenly an explosion from a paperbomb set Yuuji, his classmates and the messenger across the muddy ground while Kotarou stood strong ready to protect the escort and his students, Yoshino Kotori a rogue ninja with murderous intentions.
Yuuji slowly awoke face down in the mud, wounded from the explosion his eyes widened to see the lifeless corpses of his classmates who recieved the worst of the explosion, he looked over to see the messenger still alive and breathing before turning his attention to the ongoing battle between Kotarou and Yoshino, he slowly staggered up to his feet which caught the attention of Yoshino bringing a large grin to his face as he quickly changed his actions and directed his jutsu towards Yuuji, his eyes widened as feared his oncoming death, it was suddenly halted by a large figure blocking the attack as blood fell into the muddy puddles, Kotarou was known for protecting his students in trouble, but to give his life to save one has been unheard of, Yuuji stood there completely shocked as his sensei stood there before him, the words that the two exchanged were quickly ended as Yoshino burst into laughter and sought to finish the two in one more attack, but his over confidence cost him as Kotarou performed a lighting style jutsu and binded Yoshino in his place with an electric snare who broke into a state of panic unable to move, Kotarou offered a few final words of advice, leaving the rest up to Yuuji to finish the job and use the skills that he received, Yuuji held back his tears as stared down the rogue  held in place by the mud golem which slowly started to solidify, using the Gentle Fist, Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm from the short distance, letting out a relentless assault untill Yoshino hangs limp from the mud golem.
The rain finally halted fall over what was once the muddy battlefield between Kotarou and Yoshino, Yuuji looked around him at his fallen classmates and sensei as tears ran down his face, he removed their forehead protectors and placed them in his bag before grouping them up together before creating a pyre and set light to it, Yuuji sat down in the mud has he watched over them, failing to come to terms of what happened almost blaming himself for the events, his desire to get put onto higher ranked missions, he certainly got what he asked for.
As time passed, Yuuji had regained himself and supported the messenger on their journey to finish the rest of the mission, he left with haste to head back to  the Hidden Leaf Village to report the news of his fallen teacher and classmates, turning in their headbands to the Hokage , explaining what happened he left and returned home, refusing to partake in any missions for a long period of time, to regain himself and his thoughts, knowing the weight that remains on his shoulders.
