Personality Description: Kyoko commonly comes off as extremely aggressive as well as physically demanding. She accepts nothing less than one hundred and ten percent of her squadmates. As a Jounin, she commonly pushed Genin beyond their limits. However, a certain sense of satisfaction could be seen on her face as her teammates surpass her expectations, allowing the only sense of happiness she temporarily allows others to see.

Description: The Shadow Imitation Technique allows the user to extend their shadow on any surface (even water) and as far as they want as long as there is a sufficient area. Once it comes into contact with a target's shadow, the two merge and the target is forced to imitate the user's movements. Therefore, the two can throw shuriken at each other at the same time if the user desires that (of course, to prevent hurting themselves, the user just has to have the shuriken holster in a place where you don't normally have it, like the back, so that the opponent draws nothing when the user draws a shuriken). If the target is out of range, the user can produce a better light source to increase their shadow's size or rely on pre-existing shadows for their shadow to freely travel through. It's also possible to split one's shadow, either to trap more opponents at once, or to create a distraction. The shadow can also be attached to people without binding them, letting the "victim" move freely. Doing that has the purpose that the person, the shadow was attached to, makes contact with a third person, to bind the latter one with the shadow. Shadow Imitation Technique move somewhat slow though, only able to travel at a basic taijutsu speed, no matter how powerful the user's ninjutsu is.

Description: Shikamaru invented this technique while teaching himself to use Asuma Sarutobi's trench knives. By infusing the blades with his own chakra beforehand, they are given the effect of his shadow techniques. By using these weapons to pierce the enemies' shadows, they are paralysed in place. To pierce the shadow, it is necessary to avoid the target just barely — Shikamaru added fake explosive tags when he used them against Kakuzu and Hidan to help with that. Since it is more difficult for the enemy to notice it, this ninjutsu compensates for the weak point of the similar Shadow Imitation Technique, being its limited effective range. It is unknown for how long this jutsu can keep its targets paralysed, however it can be disrupted simply by the removal of the blade or by the disappearance of the opponent's shadow.

Description:This is a ninjutsu from among the Nara clan's secret techniques that uses materialised shadows to attack and bind, instead of merely immobilising and controlling like the Shadow Imitation Technique. The user changes the shape of their shadow into several sharp needles and controls each separately. They can then attack several targets simultaneously and at the same time snatch away their ability to move by sewing them stuck with the shadow threads. Because it is a physical attack, it is impossible to capture someone without harming them, but on the other hand, since the speed of invocation and the time of duration are excellent, it can be used when urgent restraint is required.

History:
Kyoko was born in Konoha and raised by her parents. She was born in a hospital as most baby in the village were. She was a small baby, though the same size as her older sister. The doctors were considerably kind and considerate, just as her parents were throughout her entire existence. They decided to name her Kyoko, after her aunt who had passed away nearly a year ago. Dressed in pink clothes, she was their baby girl for the majority of her adolescence.
At an early age, her older sister Keiko, a ninja within Konoha decided to begin training her younger sister in the ninja arts considering the fact that the Nara clan was renown for their ability. Every day, she was to study the shinobi world as well as train her taijutsu for a year. This training was apparently helpful considering she was able to become a Genin by the age of eight, many years earlier than most ninja her age. Upon her beginning of being a ninja, Keiko then decided to begin teaching her little sister the secret arts of the clan, or at least start. The first would be shadow possession, the beginning staple for the majority of Nara ninja.
Together, the two practices manipulating shadows as far as they could. Keiko, who had mastered the technique was able to stretch twenty meters maximum. However, Kyoko had a hard time producing one that stretched five meters from her own shadow. It took a lot of time and practice, however after a week of training, she was too able to stretch all of twenty feet, demonstrating her own mastery. The next technique she would learn would be Shadow Sewing, allowing her to materialize her shadows into tendrils used to stab at opponents. This one was easily taught due to Keikos efficient explanations of how to focus the chakra.
These two techniques allowed for the success of Kyoko during her Chunin Exams. Only she and another boy from another village were able to pass all three tests and become Chunin of their respected villages. She was one of the youngest as well, being only eleven years old. Many of the Chunin were already teenagers with many Jutsu advantages over her, but she would not let that demoralize her. However, her sister would teach her one last Jutsu before setting her on her way.
Together, the two were forced to train for a month, attempting to perfect this Jutsu. Keiko would have to explain to a non-bukijutsu user how to infuse a weapon with their chakra. The concept was easy to learn, however the execution was what hindered the girl from mastering the ability instantly. This skill would allow her to infuse her chakra in a weapon, throw it at a shadow, and trap the target. Ultimately, it was the ideal Jutsu. However, a month passed before she was able to do so. But she did it
Shortly afterwards, her sister would pass away during a mission, causing the girl to leave village and become a missing ninja. She lived on her own until the age of eighteen, when she decided to join Otogakure due to the lack of persecution. She was welcomed with open arms and after her display of her master sensory abilities as well as her shadow possession skills, she was allowed the position of Jounin. However, she was promoted by Oboro Uchiha as he came into office as Otokage, allowing her the position of sensor in the Anbu black ops.
