The cloaked figure had made his way through the rugged and threatening mountain ranges that surrounded Kumogakure. Upon leaving his village he had made haste to assimilate to the weather of the neighboring country. He adorned a black cloak that covered most of his face along with the rest of his body. Masking his appearance wasn't for him to seem reprobate or wicked, but just to shield from rays of light beaming down from the over barring sun that would soon start diminishing as clouds from the east encroached.. Skin maintenance wasn't a consistent habit of his, but he was still cautious.
Drip...drip..drip, drip, drip.... The drops of rain that had fallen from the dark gray clouds had soon become running streams of water from the somber skies as Nezumi approached the Valley of Clouds and Lightning. The sudden change in whether wasn't unnecessary but a sort of foreshadowing for the oncoming events, and the only source of light was the occasional flash of lightning, who even then, roared only in the safety of the clouds for fear of the being that stood below them...Even the sun had chosen to hide its face on this occasion, for it too knew that this storm was nothing compared to the one that was too come. Nezumi continued to trek through the mountain ranges onward to Kumogakure no Sato.
