Looks Description: With long hair as white as snow and eyes as blue as the sky, with smooth white skin people would think he was a Hozuki based on that description alone, however his demeanor and blood would suggest otherwise. Dressed in mostly black attire with a red spiral insignia, he normally wears his Jounin vest over this attire with a white fluffy cuffling on his left wrist and a white bandaged wrapped around his right leg twice. He also has a small light red tattoo mark on his chin, a tribute to one of his ancestors. To top it all off, he wears very light black sandals that allow for good toe wiggling and air movement.
Personality Description: Kojirama is calm and stern in his demeanor most of the time, however he does have a sense of humor at times. He also occasionally displays a bit of anger when met with ignorance and tomfoolery. Due to tragic events surrounding him and his past, he also will display anger and become impatient with those he has to deal with on an underling scale IE a genin squad. His past has also shaped him into somewhat of a pacifist, refusing to kill on any circumstance and always willing to talk things out rather than fight the later making him well known in his abilities to negotiate a peaceful solution to a wide array of subjects and happenings.
Prior to having his previous genin squad, including his own son, killed during a mission he often taught with leniency and having some fun in his lessons. He managed to form quite a strong bond to his team making losing them all in a few moments that much harder to take in. When he was given a second squad after his initial squad had perished, his personality had changed to that of a harsher tone. Only when he lashed out at one of his genin for not being like one of his first genin did he realize that he was not ready to take on a second squad of ninjas quite yet and quickly turned them back in for re-evaluation of a new Jounin.
Despite his anger when it comes to dealing with his past, he still has proven himself to be quite the leader before and after his mishaps. Having a strategic mind and the ability to negotiate has gotten him out of some tough situations, both battle wise and when it came to negotiating things such as a hostage situation. In his free time he will often meditate, having found that it comforts and calms him. When meditating he is the calmest he will ever be and it would take a giant explosion that could take out an entire village for him to come out of that state of mind. Even then, it would be difficult.
During battle he will often remain calm, his facial expression always managing to stay stern and calm usually no matter the situation or surprise at hand. During battle he is also very patience opting to wait until the opponent makes a mistake or thinks he has won in order to strike out. It can be said that Kojirama plays a defensive battle, only opting to go on the offensive when his opponent makes a mistake or Kojirama see’s an opportunity to make a counter attack.

History: Born to a civilian mother and a Senju shinobi father, Kojirama didn’t have high expectations. While his father was a Jounin, he was more persistent on his son’s choices and his safety stating that he was going to let Kojirama decide on his future. At the age of four, Kojirama decided he wanted to become like daddy and entered the Ninja Academy. At age 8, he managed to graduate near the top of his class. Around this time his brother was born and Kojirama helped to take care of him while still doing and maintaining what genins do. Despite Kojirama’s talent he was unable to get past the chuunin exams despite missing his first two years as a genin in order to train. A couple of months past his 11th birthday, his father did not return from a mission on time. A week later after he was set to return. Several Jounin showed up at their house and Kojirama’s mother knew what must have happened so she told Kojirama to take his brother back to his room and sit there for a little while. Kojirama didn’t understand but did as he was asked.
The Jounin’s then informed the mother that he had been killed doing a high-ranked mission and needed someone to identify the only remains to make sure it was indeed him. At this time, Kojirama peaked his head around the corner to get a good look at the Jounin’s and mother at the door. One of the Jounin’s then unfolded a blanket revealing a barely recognizable head, but to the eyes of the mother and a on looking Kojirama there was no mistaking it, the head did indeed belong to that of the husband and father.
Kojirama’s mother let loose a small gasp as she brought a hand to cover her mouth as tears begin to slide down her face. Kojirama just stood there in shock as tears ran down his eyes as well. He then burst out into the open as he ran toward his mother and the Jounin’s shouting out in both sadness and frustration. His mother quickly turned around and took hold of him as he stretched out for the badly damaged head of his father. The Jounin’s looked at each other and one of them felt the need to apologize for the gruesome display of the father’s remains. He mentioned that the head was all they could find and felt it was absolute necessary to confirm his death with a family member. He did not mean for it to be this bad. The mother slowly nodded her head understanding while still keeping Kojirama from taking hold of the head.
After the funeral that was held the next day, one of the Jounin’s that had been at the Senju household came up to Kojirama and gave him a letter that was written by his father that was intended for him after his death. Kojirama took it with sorrow and nodded his head in thanks, to sadden to even thank the man with words. Kojirama would read what the letter said later than night in his room.
Dear son, if you are reading this then that means I am longer with you and unable to watch you. That means I am unable to watch your progression as a Hidden Leaf shinobi, when you first said you wanted to become a Ninja I told you I was behind you 100% no matter what you choose, but deep down I was glad that you had chosen the path of the ninja. As you studied and trained, sometimes with help from me, I knew that you would be a great ninja one day. Do not let the first chuunin exam’s be your last. I know that you have what it takes to not only be a chuunin but that of Jounin and possibly Hokage one day. You have the heart of a warrior and a love for the village that is not easily matched. Promise me soon; promise me you will never let go of that fire for we as Senju are important to the village. Our roots run deep in the village and have ever since the village was founded. Promise to lead many ninjas on this path my dear Kojirama. I love you son.
Halfway through the letter, water would hit the piece of paper as tears flowed like a flooded river down the face of Kojirama. Wiping the water off his face, Kojirama would fold up the letter and place it on one of his shelves. Kojirama would uphold this promise to his dad. He would become a great ninja. The following moths prior to the next chuunin exams he would train harder than ever before, both by himself and with his genin squad. He quickly was seen as the leader among them as well, not just in strength but other qualities that were evidence of a leader. When the chuunin exams rolled around Kojirama’s team was ready this time. The team managed to breeze through the first two parts of the exam, finishing with the best time in the forest of death. When the third round began with the individual fights, Kojirama was pitted against an Akamichi. Kojirama managed to win the fight fairly quickly, having tricked the Akimichi and forcing the plump shinobi to knock himself out. The second round was a tad bit tougher, having to go up against one of his teammates who happened to be an Uchiha that had unlocked her Sharingan and had trained it to two tomoe.
The Uchiha would have won had she not exerted nearly all of her chakra in a futile attempt to finish off a weakened Kojirama. Kojirama managed to barely dodge the majority of the technique but still took a hit that nearly forced him to pass out before she did. Kojirama managed to stay conscious long enough to be declared the winner thus moving on the third and final round. After subsequent rest the final round had Kojirama fighting against an extremely skilled and intelligent shinobi from the cloud village. The battle went on for a while; both shinobi’s giving it there all to win. They both had nearly exhausted themselves of chakra and stood covered in blood in the middle of the now broken down arena. With kunai’s in hand the two clashed once more, the clang of the kunai’s hitting each other producing sparks as they each stared into the eyes of the other. As each one struggled to gain the advantage in the clinch, Kojirama launched a surprise head butt against the kumogakure ninja forcing both shinobi’s to waddle backwards with pain.
It didn’t take long before the bloody genin’s both fell to the ground; the announcer’s voice could then be heard as he announced that whoever stood up first would be the winner. A minute or so went by with no movement from either ninja. Then suddenly one of them began to rise, it was Kojirama. Kojirama’s entire body shook as he struggled to stand, first getting himself up to one knee and then trying to raise the other. As the crowd cheered, the Senju managed to get up off his knees and only needed to straighten his back out to win…however he was not able to do so as he plummeted to the ground once more. The crowd ohhed and awed as this happened, and thus the match still went on until someone managed to stand up. Several more minutes passed before one of the genin’s would try to stand up again, this time it was the kumo ninja. The crowd started to cheer once more as the Kumo ninja struggled to get up. First to his knees and then off his knee’s with an un-straightened back. About half a minute went by as the kumo ninja slouched over until finally he was able to straight his back and full stand up, his head arching upwards toward the sky as his name was called out as the winner. Almost immediately after being announced the victor, the genin collapsed back to the ground unconscious as medical ninjas rushed out to the arena to gather the two-genin warriors.
Kojirama would wake up the next day, around the same time he had passed out in the arena, bringing his sleep total to a full 24 hours. Upon awakening his genin team, his family, and his Jounin sensei were there waiting to congratulate him on a well fought battle in the exam finals. Kojirama hung his head in sorrow, as his last memory of the exams was him failing to stand up straight. “I guess I didn’t win huh…” His genin team and sensei looked back at one another before the Jounin sensei spoke. “The Hokage and chuunin examiners wish to speak to you on that matter. Said as soon as you were well enough to leave, you’re to meet them in the Hokage’s office.” Kojirama’s head shot up surprised at the news. Turning his legs around to hang over the bed, he grimaced at the pain he was in. “Well let’s go. I’m ready.” Kojirama then let his feet touch the ground and almost immediately more pain shot through his body. Despite grimacing again at the pain he tried to stand up, only to immediately sit back down because the pain was unbearable. His Sensei reached out and touched his shoulder and spoke. “Woah there, they said when you are healthy enough to leave. You’re in no shape to be moving around by yourself. Whatever the matter is, it can wait a few more days.”
Kojirama gave his sensei a stern look. “No...if I can’t make it there on my own then you’ll have to take me. I am well enough to hear what they want to say to me. Just because my body is broke doesn’t mean my mind and spirit are! Now either help me or get out of the way so someone else can!” The Jounin sensei and others in the room were taken back with Kojirama’s remarks, but soon they all smiled. They knew Kojirama was a spirited shinobi. Through the Jounin’s smile, he would speak once more as he grabbed a hold of Kojirama. “Okay fine…” He then turned to the other genin and told them to go ahead and warn the Hokage and examiner’s that Kojirama in on his way. They nodded their heads and left.
Soon, Kojirama and his Jounin sensei arrived at the Hokage’s office. Kojirama telling his sensei to help stand him up straight in front of the Hokage, chuunin examiners, and his squad mates. Despite the dreadful pain that coursed through his body, it was not as bad as before when he tried to stand on his own. Leaning against his sensei he would speak. “Kojirama Senju…reporting to the Hokage sir!” The Hokage looked over the clearly in pain young genin and spoke up. “I was surprised when your teammates arrived and said you would be coming by today after having been informed earlier in the day that you had yet to awaken since your battle…Apparently the medical team did not account for the sheer heart and determination that you possess in your duty as a shinobi.”
The Hokage then eyed one of the examiner’s that were there. The examiner would then begin to speak. “Kojirama Senju, the brilliance you displayed in your solo battles was truly outstanding. Even more so was the fact that you were well in coherence with your squad mates during the first two parts of the exam.” The examiner would then stop speaking, as the other examiner there would speak up. “However…your final battle was indeed a loss, and seeing you here today one has to question whether your heart and will to keep going is not constant but instead a switch. As a chuunin, one needs to be steadier in the fact that their will and desire to get things done on a higher level remain just that, steady and unwavering.” The examiner stopped speaking and the Hokage continued on. “Yet...having seen such willpower and desire to be here on this day does show that you do have what’s needed of a chuunin…but as the examiner next to me concluded. Is that just a switch? Or can it be turned into something more permanent? That is quite a question…” The Hokage stopped talking and everything was quite for several seconds before Kojirama would speak up.
“I promise you I have what it takes to be a chuunin!! Like my father and family before me, I have the will of the fire!! It is not some switch that can be turned on or off! Like the woods that surround this village, my heart is abundant with love and support for Konoha! The vines that run through my body and this entire village drive my strength! You want to see my will!! My heart!! Then take a gander!” Kojirama then shoved himself off of his Jounin sensei, pain shooting through his entire body forcing him to drop to the ground. However…as sweat poured from his face and arms, he would struggle but succeed in standing up on his on. Through the pain and all, he still found the strength to continue talking. “You can…deny me here….But I promise you...I will not stop training...not stop fighting…until I become a better shinobi…until I become like my father….A respected Jounin...If you don’t make me chuunin.. it is but a bump on the road for me!! For my will of fire cannot be stopped!! And I will protect and defend this village until the last breath leaves me no matter what rank is bestowed upon me!!! That is the way of the Senju…that is.my.Nindo!!”
Sweat had now engulfed Kojirama’s entire body, his clothes wet from the heated water. But he remained standing, despite the pain, despite the wetness of his clothing weighing him down. The Hokage then held up his hand. “Enough…I have come to my conclusion…Kojirama Senju….I hereby promote you to Chuunin of the Hidden Leaf village.” The squad mates of Kojirama smiled and slightly cheered and then proceeded, along with his sensei, to help hold him up. As they did he himself smiled and spoke. “Thank you Hokage-sama...I promise, you will not regret this decision.” At age 11, Kojirama had become a chuunin for the village hidden in the leaves.
As the years went by, Kojirama spent the time helping his mother around the house, as well as helping his little brother whom had grown up and decided to enter the academy and become a ninja as well. Kojirama would also spend the next few years going on missions, as per custom of being a chuunin these missions were definitely a step up in difficulty. His previous genin squad mates made chuunin the very next after he had done so, and more often than not the four man squad that consisted of said chuunin’s and their Jounin Sensei would work missions together, forming their bond and friendship ever more. At the age of twenty-one, Kojirama was promoted to Jounin around the same time his younger brother was getting out of the academy and becoming a genin at age twelve. Kojirama had also been romancing a Konoha citizen for the past few years, and just a few days after his Jounin promotion he proposed to the women. Nine months later, Kojirama’s son was born.
As Kojirama aged in both experience and years, he became a loving father and promised himself he would not leave this earth without seeing his kid grow up, like his father had tragically done. It was during this time that he honed his speaking and negotiating skills, and learned to fight more defensively ensuing that after each and every mission he could return home to his loved ones. Soon Kojiramas younger brother grew into a fine chuunin and then Jounin as well, during the time Kojirama’s son also grew up, Kojirama was glad that he too had decided to become a ninja seeing himself and his father in the young boy. Eleven years later, Kojirama would take on his first genin squad; this included his very own son.
Kojirama was now thirty-two teaching his own set of young shinobi’s. At first it was tough for the veteran shinobi as he had not been use to teaching a group of ninjas of such a young age, especially when personalities clashed and he had to remember to remain neutral on it all particularly since his own son was apart of the squad. As the year went on, their connection grew and grew. Yes, there were trials and learning curves for both Kojirama and the squad, however the team became immensely bonded through these trials. It got evermore apparent with his son, Kojirama showing more love and bonding with him more than his own father had done. After a full year, the team was nearly inseparable.
Unfortunately it did not last that way, a month before the next chuunin exams in which he had given his genin the go-ahead approval for their entrance, they were sent on one last mission. It was suppose to be a simple C-ranked mission. Protect a lowly fire country merchant from one village to the next. It was expected to take only a few hours, and have very little chance of an attack given the merchant was not all that wealthy and had very little value. Yes just a simple mission…Things first went awry when Kojirama noticed the path they were taken was not the correct one that had been planned. When Kojirama confronted the merchant about this, he waved it off and said that he wanted to ‘see the sights’ and take the long way around. Kojirama knew this area quite well as he had run countless missions through this area...there were no ‘sights to see’. But nonetheless they had a mission and they would see it to the end, Kojirama did however inform his genin squad to keep an extra eye out for anything that looked suspicious.
The next thing that was out of place happened when it got dark, Since the shorter, previously prepared route would have beaten the darkness, the new long route did not and Kojirama knew it would be better to camp for the night and finish the mission in the morning. However the merchant insisted they continue through the night stating he was… in a hurry. Kojirama stopped the progression of the wagon that carried the merchant and his supplies. “In a hurry? If you were truly in a hurry you would have taken the shorter route. Or have you forgotten about the ‘sights’ you wanted to see? Something’s not right merchant and I think you know why…” The merchant seemed to shrivel in size at the stern words of Kojirama, the merchant was nervous and definitely hiding something. Kojirama continued to stare down the merchant, refusing to let the wagon go any further.
The merchant finally cracked under the pressure. “Ohhh Alright! I was… paid by these shady cloaked figures they said for me to hire some Konoha shinobi’s to protect my wagon and then lure them out to a waypoint at night. I was broke after taxes and needed the money...plus they were really scary...I’m sorry…” Kojirama stern look remained as he turned to his squad. “Well this mission just got a lot more complicated…but it’s good we know what we’re in for, now we have the advantage.” Turning back to the merchant Kojirama would get the location of the waypoint from him, once that was finished Kojirama would tell his squad that they needed to set up a plan before they reached that destination. “So…since you fine ninjas seem to have things handled, can I go now? I really don’t like traveling at night…” Kojirama smiled and turned back to the merchant. “Why? You wanted to see the sights, well now you get to feast your eyes upon true shinobi’s at work.” The merchant moaned in uneasiness as Kojirama went back to planning with his squad. After forming a plan, Kojirama smiled. “Okay guys let’s move on out.”
As the wagon slowly rolled along the ground under the night sky, the genin squad and Kojirama surrounded the wagon on all sides. The ninjas would occasionally glance toward the surrounding trees, checking for any movement. All was calm until they reached the desired waypoint. Almost immediately several shuriken shot of from the tree’s surrounding the wagon. The ninjas each managed to dodge the shurikens as the metal stars plunged into the ground. The attacks that had released the shurikens jumped out of the trees. They were dressed in dark garb, the only thing showing were the small slits of skin from their wrists. Even their faces were shrouded in masks, this group truly wished to remain anonymous.
There were four assailants in total, at least four who appeared out of the trees. Each one faced an opposing ninja. Kojirama stared down his opponent and would speak. “What is it that you want? You clearly planned this elaborate trap out. I’m sure some compromise can be worked out that benefits both parties involved.” The shadowed figured in front of Kojirama stood silent for a few seconds before speaking in a deep voice. “What we want is not something you can easily give…what we want is only given through the price of blood. What we want...is the death of Konoha ninjas.” Without another word the shady attired attacker quickly leapt into action, a kunai quickly sliding down their sleeve and rapidly approaching Kojirama. Kojirama quickly reacted himself; also pulling out a kunai as the two clashed and sparks flew. Kojirama then yelled out “Okay now!!” Suddenly the doors of the wagon burst open and out popped his three genin, shurikens being flung from their hands at the other goons. Meanwhile the shadowy group was caught attacking the other supposed ninjas, which turned out to be nothing but clones as they poofed away immediately upon contact.
The shurikens that the genins threw all landed on target, making the assailants wince in pain while the genin leaped to close the gap now. Kojirama disengaged the goon he was fighting and stepped backwards, throwing his kunai at the mysterious person to provide extra time for him to quickly perform a set of hand seals. The good was forced to stop and deflect the kunai but was soon smashed by a leaping hand made of wood that came from the ground. The mysterious individual was slammed against a tree by the hand, which it then wrapped around the shady figure and the tree preventing the stranger from escaping. The assailant let loose a small cackle as they turned into a log. Kojirama’s eyes then shot to his left just in time to avoid an incoming kunai intended for his head. As Kojirama’s eyes found his opponent, the adversary was already performing hand seals and then soon let loose a blade of wind using two fingers.
Kojirama did his best to try and avoid the attack however it managed to nick him across his face creating a cut. Kojirama then quickly reached into a pouch and pulled out two shuriken and released them. As they swirled through the air on different trajectories, the dark dressed ninja jumped into the air showing an impressive leaping ability and dodged the shuriken with ease. Kojirama and his genins would continue to battle the strange group and soon Kojirama started to gain the upper hand on his foe showcasing his array of Mokuton jutsus and tactics. Just as soon as Kojirama managed to trap the actual person this time with his Mokuton he heard words that sent shrivels down his spine. “Stop what you are doing or your precious squad gets it.”
Kojirama turned to see his genins all held down, bloodied and defeated and with a kunai to each of their throats. A new person had showed up and he was not dressed in the same garments. The person in question was male and at least 6’4 with white broad shoulders and an impressive physique overall. Kojirama could definitely tell this man prided himself on some sort of hand-to-hand combat. “Your skills are impressive as a ninja, that mokuton is not used very much.” Kojirama would then interrupt the large and muscular man. “Who are you and what do you want. Surely this can be settled without any more bloodshed. If it’s some type of revenge you are after I can tell you that it is not worth it. It will not bring you peace no matter how many murders you commit.” The large man let loose a loud and obnoxious laugh. “Revenge is not what I’m after Senju...you do hail from that clan do you not? You may find it hard to believe but it is peace and justice I seek, to make that happen their needs to be a certain number of karmic killings in order to achieve true solace.”
Kojirama’s face turned immensely stern as he spoke back. “What kind of karmic justice involves killing those lured into a trap? That sounds like you are just using that as an excuse to kill people hoping it enlightens what you are doing. There is no explanation you can provide that would convince me killing trapped people is the right thing to do to bring balance. I suggest you take this as a learning opportunity and denounce your murderous ways before you invoke the will of fire in not only me, but also the entire village that we call home. Trust me my lost friend, you do not want us as your enemies.” The brawny man chuckled once more and spoke again. “That’s too bad shinobi from the fire village. You would make a fine addition under my command. I guess not everyone sees the dream I have...it’s a shame really.” The man then looked toward one of his associates and with a simple head nod the masked assailant slit the throat of one of Kojirama’s genin before he could even react.
“NOOOOO!!” Kojirama formed a single ram handseal and wood roots uplifted from the ground and attempted to ensnare and pull away the covered members of the sinister man’s group. Kojirama successfully managed to do so and just in time as the crazed members made a slicing motion only to fail at cutting the strong roots of wood that had intervened between the kunai and the genin’s necks. The vines would then wrap and pull away the genins from the assailants as they themselves were quickly wrapped and restrained with Kojirama’s wood. The giant man grunted and stepped backed readying himself for battle as Kojirama closed in, preparing to fight the man one on one with Taijutsu. The two skilled men fought it out, Kojirama appearing to have the edge speed however the other man clearly had the advantage when it came to strength and taking blows.
After a few minutes of hand-to-hand combat, that eventually involved use of ninja weaponry, left both men battered and bruised they result in a more long-range battle throwing jutsus back and fourth. The big man was well versed in doton jutsu and surprised Kojirama at how well he was able to use it effectively with his other skills. He had to have come from one of the main five villages in order to be this strong, Kojirama was sure of it. As the clash continued Kojirama started to gain the upper hand and Kojirama could clearly see it was starting to frustrate the man. Kojirama would soon attempt to end the fight with a very aggressive move that involved leaving Kojirama defenseless and on the receiving end of a big blow. The move would unfortunately miss, however what happened next would haunt Kojirama for the rest of his life.
Instead of taking the open attack the bloodied, bruised and tired menacing man sought the opportunity to flee from Kojirama and head straight for his genins who had fallen unconscious due to their previous battles. “NOO!! Stay away from them!!” Before Kojirama could react fast enough the statured man grabbed a hold of the two genins, one with each of his large arms, and held their heads tightly under his arms. Huffing and puffing from being tired from their fight, the man would speak with a rasp in his voice. “Lay down your attack or your other two precious kids die...Do it now!! Put your hands behind your back and do not move them!!” Grunting and heaving with exhaustion from the fight as well, Kojirama willingly did what he was told hoping to avoid the loss of any more lives. “Okay…No more fighting…just take your people and leave mine alone…”
The man smiled as he smashed the wood that held one of his assailants down with a single strike of his foot, releasing the shadowy goon. The giant man then made a notion with his head and the goon went over to Kojirama and performed a few hand seals that would clasp his hands together with earth that shot up from the ground. The enormous man then smiled and spat out blood onto the ground before speaking again. “Heh, you honored shinobi’s hold the lives of others in too high of a regard, that is seen as a weakness in my eyes...In my dream…now I will show you why you should alter your beliefs.” Kojirama’s son opened his eyes and looked at his father and realizing where he was utter out small but hearable words for Kojirama. “Dad…help me…” That was the last thing he would ever say as the giant arm of the sinister man gripped tightly around his head, as did the man’s other arm against the other genin’s neck. As Kojirama screamed for him to stop, the man didn’t and with his power silenced the two genins forever.
Kojirama screamed as he charged forward with his hands still tied from the earth jutsu, he made quick work with his legs as he took down the one assailant that had tied him and continued his screaming charge toward the strong man. The monster let go of the two children he had just killed and waved the Senju on and as Kojirama got there, he jumped into the air and attempted to double leg kick the man in the stomach. His attack collided…but only against a log as the log flew and slammed against the back of the wagon. The man was gone…as Kojirama landed against the ground he positioned himself beside his son and cried into the side of his only son, the boy’s bloody green shirt being drenched with water.
Kojirama stood in the Hokage’s office with his head held down as the Hokage sat in their desk reading a piece of paper. The Hokage was the first to speak. “The man you describe is a missing ninja from hidden rock, he went missing a few years back and managed to take out quite a many of his own shinobi’s on his way out. There have been reports of similar happenings with wagons and ambushed ninjas not just from Konoha but also from the other ninja villages. It’s a surprise really that he hasn’t been caught yet as all five major villages have a high bounty out on him…For what it’s worth I’m sorry you lost your squad and son…A ninja’s life can be quite hard sometimes especially when things don’t go as planned…Since this mission was a trap to begin with I’m voiding it from your works so you need not worry about it.” Kojirama remained silent for a few more seconds before speaking. “Is that all hokage-sama…” “Indeed it is, you are dismissed ninja.” Kojirama nodded and disappeared leaving behind a puff of smoke.
The following years were not much better for the Senju, several years later Kojirama would lose his brother in combat as well again right in front of Kojiramas eyes as the two were trying to stop a dispute between two ninjas who went missing from leaf on charges of thievery and attempted assault. As Kojirama spiraled into a sever depression, it only added fuel to the misery when his wife was stricken with a deadly diseases and died only a few short months after his brother’s funeral. Kojirama’s former squad and sensei did there best to improve his mood but to no avail, however Kojirama did manage to find a sort of peace meditating and was often found doing so in his free time in various locations around the village. He tried to take on another squad at age thirty-eight, however it didn’t last as Kojirama lashed out at one of the students with a verbal abuse of the poor boy’s skills. Kojirama due to his veteran status and usually calm nature, apologized however, but turned them over back to be reassigned to someone else.
Now at age forty, time has slowly healed the scars that were left on his heart with the passing of so many close people however he still finds it hard to look a lot of kids and known parents in the eyes, knowing he use to have and be such a thing before it was torn away from him. With hopes of redemption and healing for the future, he is looking to take on a new set of genin. Hoping he has the patience and leadership to help bond together a new generation of shinobis, if there was a chance he could train them correctly...then maybe...just maybe their lives would turn out better than his… with little to no loss.
RP Sample: Kojirama sat cross legged on a high, thick branch atop a tree just on the outskirts of the village. As birds fluttered and whistled around him, The Senju’s stomach expanded and then relaxed in perfect rhythm as he calmly breathed. As his hands laid still just below his thighs, a small whitish blue bird landed on one of his hands and chirped and shifted it’s head back and forth sporadically looking up at the blank face of Kojirama. With eyes closed it would look as if Kojirama was fast asleep. However, if anyone knew the man they would know he was meditating as he did so very often. More birds and other small creatures started to surround and lay on the strange man in the tree. He was in their habitat after all.
Conversely, the Senju did not mind in the slightest. He knew they were no harm to him, as him to they. Being a Senju, like those of the creatures around him, his blood ran deep within the trees and roots surrounding the village. So much history could be told by just listening to the surroundings. Life, death, the rebuilding of hopes, of dreams Konoha’s massive forest had it all. One just needed to be calm. To close their mouths, put down their fists and weapons and open their ears to hear the story. For Kojirama it was a story he loved to listen to over and over again, each time seeming to become more in tune with it than before. If not for his great ancestor, there would be no forest, possibly no village, and definitely no story to this wide area… for he was a Senju, like his father before him.
Suddenly a ninja wearing Anbu gear attuned to that of the leaf village appeared in the branch adjacent to the one Kojirama sat on, scaring away the birds and small creatures that had come to enjoy the mokuton user’s company. Opening his mouth to speak while he still sat motionless and eyes closed, Kojirama would still be ever calm in his tone of voice. “You scared them away…to what do I owe this displeasure to?” The Anbu spoke up. “The Hokage wishes to see you, she requested you hurry as the matter was quite urgent. It’s in regards to the information you gathered on your last mission.” Still remaining motionless and flinching not, the Senju would speak again. “Very well…Tell her I’m on my way.” The Anbu member nodded and disappeared in a puff of smoke.
Slowly opening his eyelids, his sky blue eyes would gaze into the village before him. The sun was starting to set and from where he sat, it provided a majestic view upon the village. Slowly getting up from his meditating position he would place his hand on the bole of the tree, he slowly caressed the tree letting his fingers feel the bark as they moved along. “Duty calls…” With those last words Kojirama would disappear as a cloud of smoke took his position. Where his hand had stroked the bark, the birds and other small creatures from before would return to that very spot. Seemingly missing there once peaceful, tranquil friend of the forest.
