Description: This technique can be utilized when in frog OR arrow form, When in frog form Long Shot ejects a large amount of oil that upon impact spans a 50 meter radius. The oil of course is incredibly sticky making it impossible for anyone caught within to move. It also seems to eat away at the ground making itself fifty feet deep thus anyone within will be drowned. The same thing happens though in bow form the summoner simply pulls back the bow string and an arrow of pure blackness appears and can be released with expert aim. Its sensory allowing for its masterful shots. If a target is hit by the oil it will act the same upon the ground the oil will open up though the target will be unable to move as the oil instantly binds them. A fire jutsu of any rank can make this technique into a serious blaze. travels at nin mastery. Enhances fire techniques of C-D rank by two ranks and B-S by one rank.
Weakness: A-rank water jutsu with a large enough volume can defeat this tech.

Description: This jutsu is used either in frog form or arrow form ,When in frog form Long shot releases a ball of fire very similiar  in size to the great fireball technique. upon contact with an object the ball erupts in a sphere that spans for 20 meters and 20 meters high incinerating anything caught in the blast. In arrow form it does the same though  the sphere created when the arrow strikes an object is only 10 meters wide and high. These trravel at nin mastery
Weakness: B-rank water jutsu.

im sorry, but being i was at work all day i was not able to get to this. The whole bow thing should be a jutsu. I can tell you were thinking of Monkey King: Enma how he turns into a diamond hard staff. His transformation was a jutsu, Transformation: Adamantine Staff i'm sad to say until that is changed this app is under review.

It looks like there are sub-techniques that follow this that are not listed as separate jutsus, so I'll need a lot more description on this. Your arrows can have:
- 20m range
- Can shoot up to five arrows with D-rank potency or three arrows with C-rank potency at once. (The D-rank arrows require D-rank chakra and the C-rank arrows require C-rank chakra). You can only choose to use either set once per post.
- You can summon Long Shot already in Bow for, but just know that it would have C-rank amount of chakra subtracted from its chakra pool from the get-go.
- Taijutsu Basic speed

If in frog form, then you need at least three handseals for this.
-The arrow is only going to have 50m range. Not sure if this was what you meant, since you placed in Sensory Range for the range.
-I have no problem with your oil being able to dissolve solid rock, but just know that it'll take the full five posts for the oil to actually eat it down to fifty feet, and a full five posts for the oil to melt down a target who is hit directly by this.
- the arrow would travel at taijutsu mastery speed, since it gives a clearer image of speed than ninjutsu mastery.

Nerf the range down to 40 meters. Also, the thing would travel at Taijutsu Mastery speed.

Btw, for your durations (I'll use Boom Boom for an example) does a 3 post duration mean that it'll take three post cycles (meaning you post three times) before your fireball goes away, or is the 3-post duration for literally every single post in 1 on 1 fights (meaning you post, then your opponent posts, then you post, then the fireball is gone).
