Description: THis technique is the toad like variation of the Hidden Shadow Snake hand. It works on the principle similar to the Toad fire summoning jutsu which allows one to summon forth parts of the animals organs or applicants. This relies on summoning FIVE toad tounges that reach a total of 15M. These tounges have many uses but mostly utilized for capture and sedation, As the tongues secrete a poison that has no effect on the summoner. Upon contact with the skin of the opponent the poison seeps into the skin and into the blood stream. After 5 posts of the poison being within the system the target is asleep, At 3 posts the target begins to act intoxicated forcing those with Drunking fist to enter the mode. It can be used via the arms or the mouth of the user.
Weakness:Requies summoning jutsu, Can be cut with a sword C-rank or above. Medical ninja can create an antidote to the poison or extract it.

Description:Channeling Wind Chakra to his mouth, Jake releases it at the same time as he makes a croaking noise similar to a frog. This releases a loud noise that can confuse many to believe this is a sound release ninjutsu. This releases a powerful burst of wind that can actually deter B-rank level non enhanced weaponry while easily deterring C-rank level enhanced basic weaponry. Able to also deter jutsu of the same rank unless Raiton which can deter B-rank level raiton whether nin weaponry enhancement etc. This blast of wind that is 10 meters wide can also force opponents back 5 meters while causing deep bruising and possible fractures due to blunt force damage.
Weakness: Fire release is powered up by one rank. Weapons of A-rank or higher is un-effected.

Description: The user spews forward a large amount of Oil, This Oil forms into the shape of the user. It follows the water release rules but is unable to use any jutsu but oil release techniques. When struck the Oil erupts covering whomever has struck the clone causing them to be covered in Oil. This greatly restrics movement [Lowering movement taijutsu etc by one rank]. Fire release techniques on oiled people gain one rank in strength while water release of D-rank can wipe the oil off. If the clone is ignited it can survive for 5 posts before dispersing. Oil techs used when it is ignited are also ignited.
Weakness:Water Release can disperse with ease.

Description: By placing a protective layer of chakra around his body before converting some into Oil, Jake produces a small armour of Oil that slowly drips. Increasing his speed by one rank due to the sliding of the oil its added effect is of course the slippery oil around his body. This slippery oil protects the user from blunt force attacks that seem to just "Slide" off his body up to A-rank.
Weakness:Slicing techs have full effect. Water can wash away while the user sets themselves up to be flammibale increasing katon techs that hit the user by one rank.

Well with croak it deters non enhanced weaponry of up to A-rank because if its not enhanced its just a basic weapon in terms of application. Though it may be heavier it could easily be detered by a powerful wind.

The clone is basicly the same as water clone with the same weakness and strength minus the fact it can be lit on fire. As water clone release is C-rank i thought as its the same though with oil the rank would be the same.

Description:This technique requires no handseals but does require the use of a giant or medium sized fan, It must be large enough for one to ride on like Gale the fan currently in Jakes possession, This technique places wind chakra into the fan to create a gust underneath that allows it to levitate, This levitation can be anything from 1 meter from the ground or 20 meters above.  This can also allow the user to glide for 20 meteres and can be manipulated to move in any direction. A very useful air based movement technique. The technique speed is relivant to the users ninjutsu skill. [Basic = basic speed etc]
Weakness: As wind chakra is used it is weak to fire jutsu enhancing fire based jutsu if struck, No offensive or defensive capabilities via jutsu. If the fan has defences they remain of course.
