Description:

The Data Filtration Seal is a Hiden created by Kisu in an attempt to better his ability to gather information about his environment. When the seal is placed upon a surface, either by chakra exertion or common methods, it begins an automated analyzation process where it discerns information about the object it was placed upon. For every two hand seals the user performs, up to ten, the seal will determine:

- An object's true material composition, such as wood, iron, or organic substances. (No hand seals)
- An object's ability to conduct chakra, and if any chakra ^{(elemental or non-elemental)} has been conducted through it previously. ^{(This stage does not tell when or how the chakra was conducted.)} (Two hand seals)
- An object's condition, if applicable. ^{(Gives a projection of when an object will break, often inaccurate of an object's actual condition. Based on material composition.)} (Four hand seals)
- An object's given name, if applicable. ^{(Only constitutes common information or information gained by the user. Can give names of common unknown entities, such as a specific variety of dagger or a species of plant.)} (Six hand seals)
- An object's likely applications, such as its combat uses or the medicinal/poisonous properties of a plant. ^{(Does not constitute metagaming - can't discern too complex information, such as entire combat styles or the mixing process for a medicine.)} (Eight hand seals)
- An object's inherent weaknesses, such as wood's weakness to fire. ^{(Does not constitute metagaming - can't discern information that is too complex, such as genetic disorders or absolute chemical compositions.)} (Ten hand seals)

For every level of information that the user wishes to discern, they must wait one post for the seal to finish recording the data. The first level is completed within the post of activation, and every level after that requires one additional post, up to five. When the user is ready to gain the information from the seal, they must make contact with it a second time in order to receive the information. The information can then be stored in a Master Seal or it can be transferred to a scroll for storage. When touched, the seal is resolved, vanishing from the object. This seal can only be accessed by someone with an active Master Seal or someone who has a higher Fuinjutsu skill than the one who applied the seal.

Chakra is only paid for placing the seal. The seal's appearance is a small dot, roughly the size of the user's fingertip. Second contact with the seal can be with any part of the user's body.

Weakness: Not only must the user touch the surface to apply the seal, they must touch it twice in order to get any use out of the information it gathers. On top of it, a long string of hand seals is required in order to fully analyze the target in question, making combat use for this technique almost completely null. The seal also requires time to work, meaning that the user must have time to wait for a full analysis.

Description:

The Data Filtration Master Seal is a Hiden developed by Kisu, and the component used to store and organize information gained from Data Filtration Seals, as well as locating placed seals in the environment around the user. The seal itself is drawn in the shape of a small eye, generally hidden somewhere under the wearer's equipment. When this seal is placed, it remains active until it is removed by the user. Its effects only apply to the wearer of the seal.

The Master Seal is used to temporarily store up to six seals worth of information in the user's mind. In order to permanently learn that information, the user must pay the technique's chakra cost again to keep it within their mind or transfer the information onto a scroll at no cost. If the user reaches six slots worth of information and resolves another seal, the oldest information is discarded.

While the Master Seal primarily holds on to new information, it has a second purpose, which is locating placed seals. By performing the Bird seal and expelling a D-Rank amount of chakra as a Sensory technique, the user can locate Data seals within their sensing range. These seals appear as small pulsing lights in the user's mind, and pulse faster as the user approaches them, guiding them towards their location.

Ultimately, the Master Seal is like a key used to unlock the information gained by data seals. It can only hold so much, but often that little information is invaluable.

Weakness: While the Master Seal has no inherent weaknesses, Kisu has noted to himself that he can't sense anything other than his data seals when searching for them via the Master technique. Utilizing the Master Seal has the same complications as the Data seal, putting the user at risk when in combat situations.

I see no problems. Just know uour fruin skill needs to be at a certain level to be placed in combat or on people etc... other than this its approved unless stated otherwise
