- When achieving mastery, it is evident that a Ninjutsu master can complete handseals rather quickly. At this level, Ninjutsu users are very familiar with molding chakra and the handseals used to do so. With this high-level of skill, their seals can be done at x2.5 the speed of the average shinobi. Their skill is highly noticeable against those of basic and adept within Ninjutsu. Since the user is capable of not wasting chakra; their talents teaching them such, Ninjutsu B-rank and below; cost 1/4 of the original chakra payment. Ninjutsu of higher rank (A-Rank, S-Rank), cost half the chakra that is needed. Shinobi at this level can spend 5,000 Ryo to gain a valuable perk - they are capable of completing one-handed seals. This perk, only applies to Ninjutsu techniques.

- At this level, compared to those who do not have any skill in weaponry your dexterity, speed and accuracy when handling a weapon are increased to Taijutsu Mastery level. People with this level are said to have the eyes of a hawk due to their great accuracy which allows them to even hit moving targets faster than they are, they can even track someone going up to the 5th Gate or higher with enough focus. Your speed is now equivalent to a Taijutsu Adept. At this level, Bukijutsu up to Rank B only use one fourth of the typical amount of chakra. Bukijutsu of higher ranks, up to S-Rank, cost half the chakra amount required.

Description: A ninjutsu that creates an intangible copy of one's own body, without any substance. Since the clone itself doesn't have the ability to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy, it is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. It's a basic technique, but depending on one's ingenuity, it can be used effectively. The clones may not dissipate when they come into contact with something. These clones can be easily distinguished by persons with dōjutsu. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (i.e. won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to - battle, intelligence gathering, diversions - this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts mental strain on an inexperienced ninja. Thus the best way to determine if it is indeed a transformation is to cause this strain upon the user; though this is of course not always successful.

Description: Tree Climbing Practice is a training method used to gain more skills with chakra control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands. If the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will lose their footing on the tree and fall off. If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the tree, causing the tree to break around the point of contact and the user will fall.

Description: This training method is used to gain better chakra control. To do this, the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of their feet and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. It has also been shown that one can use their chakra to "skate" across the water surface, like an ice skater, instead of just walking or running. Description: With this technique the user is able to store a variety objects or jutsu within a scroll or other surfaces with the seal inscribed, depending on the user's skill with Fuuinjutsu. While sealing an object takes a considerable amount of concentration for those unskilled with Fuuinjutsu, unsealing an object is simple enough and can be performed on the fly so long as the symbol is accessible to the user and thus making it possible to unseal a weapon in the midst of battle. Sealing in battle, however, is not possible for those who are unskilled in Fuuinjutsu.

The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force. The clones can also disperse on their own or be dispelled by the user of the technique. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, or Rinnegan. In the anime, a member of the Nokizaru Group also employed this technique during a mission to retrieve a scroll from Kumogakure shinobi. While leaving concealment, water simply appeared on the floor and rose up, revealing the user.

The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Description:This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move or breathe while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. It can also be stored in scrolls as traps.
Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water. Neji Hyūga was able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his tenketsu simultaneously to disrupt the flow of chakra and break the prison.

Haku is able to perform this jutsu with one-handed seals, allowing him to pin an opponent's arm and attack while they cannot use any techniques themselves.

A technique that changes the user's arm into a tree. Using the Mokuton (Wood) chakra, the tissue within the said arm is transformed into trees (see image) on a cellular level. Then by activating these trees, stimulating they lengthen at a rather high speed and form into many branches. It is quite possible to capture an enemy with the branches, and if the user felt like it - they can alter the ends into stakes. Creating a sharp, spear-like weapon.
Note: Up to ten branches can be formed, and a Lasting Jutsu Cost for B-Rank techniques will need to be paid, after it's initial activation. Unless, the user deactivates the jutsu after the first usage.

By sending chakra into the ground, the roots of the plants beneath are converted into raw materials. This technique allows for a building to be constructed, by forcing accelerated growth. Just like with the Four-Pillar Prison Technique, the size and shape of the building is taken from the user's imagination or memories. If the user is a Fuinjutsu expert, or has an ally near him who is - they can place tags around the house, creating a barrier, making it impossible for the enemy to detect it and allowing the user to "camp" in peace.

A clone that is created by using chakra to alter the user's own cells into vegetation. The clones can be as simple in function as a wooden dummy for use in the Body Replacement Technique or completely mobile and able to perform techniques. They have the ability to travel far from the user and are able to communicate with the original. Moreover, since the wood clone has the ability to merge with plants and trees, it is also great for reconnaissance missions. By directly touching the wood clone with his hand, the user can absorb the information it gathered and change the shape of the clone. Unlike other clone techniques, the wood clone doesn't disappear when hit and takes the damage to a certain degree. When struck, these clones do not disperse, and can still remain. These clones can also be dispelled like normal clones, however. If a wood clone is changed into a seed and ingested into the body or left on a target, it can be used as a transmission device of sorts. The user can use these to track their target as the seeds respond to their chakra only.
Note: B-Rank damage is needed to cause these clones to completely disappear. Also, dojutsus cannot tell whether this clone is the real person, or just a bunshin. To revert the clones to seeds, and use the tracking ability, a cost of 40 CP is needed.

Description:
After performing the needed hand signs, the user channeling his mokuton chakra down through his feet, stomps a foot on the ground, and before him, rising out of the ground, is a ten foot tall, seven foot long foo dog made out of mokuton. The mokuton foo dog can move about, walk, run, jump, and do just about anything a real dog can do, except it's made of wood, and thus is not a real dog. It is however, sentient, and Kamui can send instructions and such to it by speaking to it, as if it were a clone. The dog is meant to use to attack, defend, and track. It has a weight of 800 lbs, and a crushing force of equal to that of an S rank Mokuton Technique. It can run at a speed equal to that of a Bukijutsu or Taijutsu Master. When hit by an opponent's Ninjutsu, excluding Katon, the cells in the Komainu's make up absorb the chakra and replicate the Komainu's body, creating two of them, and so on and so forth, capable of making multiple Komainu, up to a total of 4 potential Komainu (1 for each time it is hit). In addition, by adding the Ram seal, the Komainu can launch a small but dense ball of wood from it's mouth, with the force of an S ranked jutsu. The balls can be rapidly shot, given Kamui has enough chakra (each ball costs an S ranked amount of chakra). Komainu must be within thirty-five feet of Kamui to use a mokuton ball. The balls can shoot for a distance of sixty feet.- Spoiler:
Weakness: It can be crushed and splintered by Brute force equaling to or exceeding Master Taijutsu. By hitting it with such force without chakra, it will not replicate. Due to the earth and water chakra make-up of wood ninjutsu, fire jutsu burn the thing without it absorbing the chakra, and lightning chakra can not be absorbed either. Fire Techniques against Komainu count as one rank higher (so a B rank Fire technique would be at A rank power, ie, and so an A rank Fire technique can destroy a Komainu). Upkeep for subsequent posts is an S rank in chakra cost.

Description: After channeling Mokuton chakra and forming the hand seals, Kamui will slam his hands down flat onto the ground. A fissure will erupt in the ground below him, and from it, a huge wooden creature emerges, and steps out of the ground on huge flat feet. What he made is a giant living tortoise of senju wood, accompanied by a huge coiling branch that comes from it's shell with the head of a snake. Genbu is thirty feet tall and twenty-two feet wide, with a shell as tough as tempered steel and a snake appendage that erupts from a hole in the shell that can stretch to thirty feet long and curl and move as a snake would. Genbu provides a number of uses by providing sturdy defense, a platform in bad terrain, powerful crushing attacks, and by being able to bind opponents. Genbu has a durability equal to that of the Mokuton: Mokujin no Jutsu and can withstand Ninjutsu and Taijutsu rank D-S, an can be hit by one bijuu dama and withstand damage. Two would obliterate it. The snake tentacle can move at the speed of a Tai/Buki Adept.- Spoiler:
Weakness: Successful hits of an S ranked technique used or generally wider scaled S rank techs that destroy things would be able to destroy this. To function, Kamui or a clone has to remain mounted on or at least touching the turtle in some form or fashion. Lower ranked techs will still chip away at Genbu as well, even if they don't destroy it right away. Katon jutsu used against Genbu count as a rank higher in strength (for whatever rank it is). Genbu can not walk quickly at all (at the speed of a Taijutsu Basic). While the snake part of Genbu is faster, it is less sturdy (Adept Tai equality). If Genbu falls on it's back, it cannot get up. The upkeep for consecutive posts is the S rank amount of Chakra allowed to A Rank Shinobi. Genbu would ultimately sink in deep water, and quickly be gone to it's depths.

Description: The user swings their sword in a single, large, crescent moon-shaped arc, which occurs with such ferocious velocity that the technique can be employed in situations where only a very limited time to react is available. The swing can be used to counter attacks from multiple opponents simultaneously.
